Location information is an essential requirement in wireless sensor networks (WSN), many wireless sensor applications would be limited without location information. Distance vector-hop (DV-Hop), as a typical path-dependence algorithm, utilizes the connectivity and multi-hop transmission for estimated positioning. However, a large positioning error is caused because of its simple and rough estimated method. In this work, we analyze the defects of the existing traditional single-objective and multi-objective model based on DV-Hop algorithm, and provide a multi-objective localization model based on the real average estimated distance of all beacon nodes. Then, we solve it using the multi-objective optimization algorithm (NSGA-II), and named it RAMGA-DV-Hop. Eventually, we tested it with different aspects, and the simulation results confirm our method significantly outperforms the DV-Hop and OCS-LC-DV-Hop. Moreover, compare with existing multi-objective localization algorithms, such as NSGAII-DV-Hop, its overall performance also has advantages. © 2019 IEEE.

The laser-based power-bed fusion (LB-PBF) additive manufacturing (AM) has become a forefront of AM technologies to produce 316L stainless steels with superior mechanical and corrosion properties compared to conventional methods. However, there is a lack of understanding of the effective manufacturing window which can introduce optimum energy consumption, characteristic microstructure, and properties. As such, this study aims to identify the role of different LB-PBF process parameters (i.e., laser power, scan speed, hatch space, and laser-pattern angle) and different post-heat treatment procedures to obtain enhanced mechanical properties in of 316L stainless steel with limited optimal energy usage. To this end, Taguchi’s design of the experiment (DoE) was elaborated to define the ideal LB-PBF process and heat treatment parameters. Based on the DoE and experimental results, the LB-PBF energy density between 6.7 J/mm3 to 14.7 J/mm3 produced parts with a volumetric mass density of 98.8% or higher. The parts manufactured with laser power of 175 W and heat treated at 870 °C for 2 hours were shown to present the highest tensile strength of ~970 MPa and elongation up to ~40%. The microstructure results show that the change in the process parameters leads to grain size, texture and boundary characteristics variations. The heat treatment at 650, 870, and 1150 °C results in grain reorientation from to components and preferential grain growth up to ~45 μm. It was found that dislocation and grain boundary strengthening played a significant role in enhancing the mechanical properties of the as-built material. While the growth of grains during the heat treatment procedure increased mechanical twinning propensity and dynamic Hall-Petch effect, further improving the strength and ductility of the material. © 2023, The Authors. Then, in view of the development status of cooperative guidance technology for multiple aerial vehicles, it introduces thoughts on technology development at home and abroad based on time coordination, space coordination and spatiotemporal coordination, perspectively. Finally, the cooperative guidance technology of multiple aerial vehicles is summarized, and the future development direction is prospected.

It is difficult for many-objective optimization problem to solve the problem of excessive consumption time effectively and maintain the balance of convergence and distribution of the solution. Aiming at this problem, a manyobjective parallel optimization based on external archive is proposed. The main idea is to design a many-objective selection mechanism penalty-based boundary intersection to enhance the selection pressure of the algorithm. Then an external archive is established to store the solution of convergence and diversity and guide the population towards evolve to the real pareto front. At the same time, in order to reinforce the diversity of the population, evolutionary search is further run on external archive. In addition, the idea of parallel is established to optimize the time. To test the performance of the algorithm, the algorithm is applied to some benchmark problems with 4-15 objectives and compared against other state-of-the-art algorithms. The simulation results demonstrate that the algorithm can effectively guarantee the convergence and diversity of solutions and shorten the time. © 2019 IEEE.

PIWI-interacting RNAs (piRNAs) are a type of small non-coding RNAs which bind with the PIWI proteins to exert biological effects in various regulatory mechanisms. A growing amount of evidence reveals that exosomal piRNAs are potential biomarkers for diagnosis and treatment of complex diseases. Effective methods for the prediction of exosomal piRNAs are the foundation of piRNA functional research. In this study, we propose an end-to-end deep network for identifying exosomal piRNAs based on features learned from natural language processing (NLP) models for sequence embedding with attention mechanism. First, a benchmark dataset is constructed by processing piRNA subcellular localization annotated data and sequence data. Moreover, bagging positive unlabeled learning is applied to get the reliable negative set. Finally, we treat a piRNA sequence as a sentence and its k-mer subsequence as a token. Sequence embedding models with self-attention mechanism is designed to extract features from exosome piRNA sequences, which are used for the prediction task. Compared with three competing methods, our model achieves the best performance and reveals the key factors of exosomal piRNA sequences by the attention mechanism. Our model characterizes exosomal piRNAs and could be beneficial for researchers to investigate exosomal piRNAs’ functions.

Focused on revising the cumulative error of the SINS, a dual-mode navigation algorithm based on the infrared and SAR information fusion is studied in this paper. The SAR system can provide the SAR image and the information including the distance and the beam direction of the SAR antenna, the infrared system can provide the infrared image and the optical axis direction of the infrared lens. Under the premise of the same direction of the SAR and infrared beam, a navigation algorithm by associating the matching results of the SAR image and infrared image with the digital map is studied, which can be applied to amend the aberration of the SINS in the middle phase. At the same time, the common aperture characteristic and GPS error isolation method are used to isolate the error sub area. The simulation results reveal the validity of the algorithm.

Understanding the regulatory mechanisms of intestinal organoid morphogenesis remains a fundamental challenge in organoid biology. Emerging evidence highlights mechanical bistability as a critical regulator, mediated by dynamic lumen-actomyosin feedback. The recently developed 3D vertex model demonstrates that crypt curvature modulates actomyosin localization via mechanosensitive pathways, creating two stable morphological states—bulged or budded—depending on mechanical history. This model advances beyond static vertex models by incorporating epithelial thickness variations and lumen pressure effects, explaining previously unresolved phenomena like irreversible crypt budding and snap-through transitions. The findings establish a new framework for understanding mechanical decision-making in epithelial tissues, with implications for organoid engineering and developmental biology.

In this paper, the composition and operation mechanism of a multi-aircraft cooperative simulation system is analyzed, with its formal architecture identified as a discrete event system differential equation system specifications (DEVDESS). Then, the operation and control problem of the cooperative simulation system is converted into the simulation control problem of a specific DEVDESS system. A coordinator-based test method for cooperative simulation is proposed and validated by tests of real-time mathematical simulation. © 2019 IEEE.

In this work, we combined three-dimensional (3D) necklace-like Te-Au reticula as novel surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) active substrates with oxidation-reduction displacement reactions to construct a molecular machine for SERS detection. The structurally tunable 3D necklace-like spatial structures generated more active ‘hot spots’ and thus enhanced the sensitivity of SERS signals. Besides, layers of ultrathin nanowires showed high sequence dependence which ensure the repeatability and abundant hotspots at interparticle gaps guarantee the high SERS performance of the substrate. A better localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) effect of the sensor was verified by finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) analysis in both Raman intensities and electromagnetic field distributions compared to the citrate-stabilized AuNPs and CTAB-protected AuNRs. The proposed strategy can also serve as a universally amplified and sensitive detection platform for monitoring different molecules, thus achieving an amplification detection of 3,3'-diethylthiatricarbocyanine iodide (DTTCI) are 1 nM and R6G with a low limit of detection of 1 pM. Especially, The intensity of the main vibration of R6G from 30 spots of SERS data with excellent reproducibility (relative standard deviation of 6.25%). High selectivity and accuracy of the SERS sensor were proved by practical analysis melamine (MM) in milk with a linear calibration curve (R2=0.9962) and a limit of detection of 0.75 mg/kg. Our research provides a new perspective to construct 3D SERS sensor from integrated structural design. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Bug fixing holds significant importance in software development and maintenance. Recent research has made substantial strides in exploring the potential of large language models (LLMs) for automatically resolving software bugs. However, a noticeable gap in existing approaches lies in the oversight of collaborative facets intrinsic to bug resolution, treating the process as a single-stage endeavor. Moreover, most approaches solely take the buggy code snippet as input for LLMs during the patch generation stage. To mitigate the aforementioned limitations, we introduce a novel stage-wise framework named PATCH. Specifically, we first augment the buggy code snippet with corresponding dependence context and intent information to better guide LLMs in generating the correct candidate patches. Additionally, by taking inspiration from bug management practices, we decompose the bug-fixing task into four distinct stages: bug reporting, bug diagnosis, patch generation, and patch verification. These stages are performed interactively by LLMs, aiming to simulate the collaborative behavior of programmers during the resolution of software bugs. By harnessing these collective contributions, PATCH effectively enhances the bug-fixing capability of LLMs. We implement PATCH by employing the powerful dialogue-based LLM ChatGPT. Our evaluation on the widely used bug-fixing benchmark BFP demonstrates that PATCH has achieved better performance than state-of-the-art LLMs. Copyright © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.
