This paper introduces in detail the origin of the development of automatic control methods, applications and current research hotspots. It also introduces some control methods commonly used in industrial and agricultural production, and expounds the current application hotspots and new advanced control methods that are developing rapidly. The background, current situation and classification of the inverted pendulum platform are introduced in detail. In the first chapter, the LQR method in modern control theory is introduced in detail. The influence of parameters is analyzed through simulink space modeling and simulation control experiment. At the same time, the real-time experiment is also done in combination with the hardware platform. In the second chapter, the fuzzy control theory in intelligent control is introduced in detail. By combining fuzzy control with LQR method, suitable LQR parameters are calculated by pole assignment. After proper adjustment, reasonable fuzzy rules are adopted and adaptive fuzzy control principle is applied to adjust the control situation in real time. Using simulink space modeling, a good simulation control effect is obtained. Finally, the summary is made.

Differential Evolution (DE) is a simple and efficient numerical optimization method. Most DE variants in the literature adopt fixed population size. This paper incorporates into DE the mechanisms of lifetime and extinction which regulate DE's population size in an adaptive manner. The population size is adjusted according to the online progress of fitness improvement. Two schemes of inserting new individuals are proposed to match different mechanisms respectively. The performance of these innovations is examined through the optimization of benchmark problems. The results show that the proposed adaptive population sizing strategy is efficient for improving the convergence and efficiency of the DE. © 2011 Asian control Association.

Since the coal mine tunnels are always very long and narrow, multipath effects of radio signal in tunnels are produced and low positioning accuracy of Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) location algorithm is achieved. According to the research on the special environment of coal mine and combining the arrangement of beacon nodes in mine tunnels, an improved RSSI localisation algorithm based on beacon nodes is proposed in this paper. The method of beacon nodes' ID number, coordinate information and hop counts broadcasting to network in DV-HOP was introduced in this algorithm, to exclude the effects of disturbed RSSI values on personnel location. And the hop counts and coordinate information were used to correct location error. As a result, the noise immunity and location accuracy of RSSI were improved. The simulation shows that the effect of proposed method is more precise than RSSI under the same environment and can meet the requirements of underground person position. A relative navigation method in which the measurement information between aircraft only has distance or angle was proposed to achieve accurate relative navigation between aircraft formations in the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) Denied Environment. In addition, four relative measurement schemes are analyzed. An augmented state is introduced in the relative navigation system model, and the observability analysis of the navigation system is carried out relying on the Lie derivative theory, which gives the limitation of motion: the relative position and velocity of the aircraft cannot be parallel or zero, and a single aircraft cannot keep flying straight. A consensus unscented Kalman filter (CUKF) algorithm is established using the geometric characteristics in flight. The observability of the system state is improved after using the additional constraint. Finally, a standard Monte Carlo simulation system is established, and the system simulation is carried out, which shows that the Observability analysis is verified to be correct, and the algorithm demonstrates high accuracy.

This paper establishes a satellite network topology optimization model based on satellite orbital dynamics, establishes constraints from two aspects of satellite geometric visibility and satellite elevation constraints in the concept of inter-satellite links, and finally solves the above optimization problems by using simulated annealing algorithm, and presents a time-varying satellite network topology optimization method. In the actual simulation, we give a satellite network with multiple satellites and optimize it. The optimal solution of the network configuration is obtained, and a shortest inter-satellite transmission path from signal start star to signal termination star based on time-varying is solved. For this inter-satellite link, the connectivity of inter-satellite link and the fault tolerance of satellite network are analyzed, which proves the feasibility and validity of the optimization method.

Due to the difficulty of acquiring real aerial infrared cloud images, we propose an efficient way to set up cloud simulation data set by particle system and texture synthesis, in order to alleviate the problem of data shortage. The deep network for cloud segmentation is trained on our simulation image data set, substantially decreasing the demand for real aerial cloud images. When testing on the real image data set, a satisfactory segmentation result with 79.64% has been reached which can meet the usage requirements. Our method can make the deep cloud segmentation network training feasible despite of the real image shortage, reducing the cost of data acquisition.

In the process of formation cooperative autonomous flight and mission execution, multi-UAV systems have the characteristics of large disturbance, strong coupling of multi variables, high degree of uncertainty and complex cooperative factors, so there are many difficulties in the design of cooperative and intelligent control system. How to effectively develop the cooperative and intelligent technology of multi-UAV systems has become an urgent problem in the field of unmanned system and artificial intelligence. This paper first introduces the key technologies involved in UAV system at present, and then analyzes the challenges faced by the development of UAV system. Finally, it focuses on the development trend of multi-UAV systems cooperation and intelligent technology in the future. Multi-target Tracking (MTT) is the process of processing received measurements to maintain estimates of the current status of multiple targets, with important applications to autonomous driving, aerial reconnaissance, underwater operations, and others. In the model-based setting, Bayesian filtering can provide the theoretical optimal estimate in a single target scenario. However, in complex situations, uncertain factors such as changes in the number of targets will cause the amount of calculation to increase exponentially, resulting in a decline in tracking accuracy. To solve that problem, model-free methods based on deep-learning provide an attractive alternative, especially the state-of-the-art architecture Transformer based encoder-decoder prediction model, which outperforms the Bayesian filters in the single frame prediction tasks. However, when switching to continuous tracking, these algorithms need to be trained separately frame by frame to adapt to the new tasks. Still, there is no correlation between their predictions from different frames, which prevents them from fully utilizing all the measurements. In this paper, we propose an end-to-end Transformer based MTT method with state autoregression, which allows the model to have the capability of online continuous tracking and make total use of the entire trajectory. The results show that the proposed model is a great extension from single-frame prediction to online continuous tracking.
