In recent years, as people’s living standards have improved and consumption concepts have been transformed, the demand for purchasing consumer electronics online has continued to grow, further stimulating the development of the logistics industry. Consequently, how to deliver consumer electronics to households at minimal cost has become a crucial factor that limits the development of the consumer technology industry. To tackle this problem, this paper studies the task assignment problem for multiple initially dispersed UAVs to deliver products to target locations while minimizing their total operation time. Each UAV can continuously provide delivery services to multiple target locations within its limited loading capacity and operation time. To solve this problem, we propose several hybrid multipopulation genetic algorithms. First, a novel crossover operator for the genetic algorithms is designed, through which a single parent chromosome can generate offspring individually. Second, two mutation mechanisms are performed to increase gene diversity. Third, multiple local search strategies are employed to enhance the populations’ fitness during each iteration of evolution. An improved 2-opt local search strategy is applied to optimize individual chromosomes when their similarity with the current best chromosome falls below a prescribed threshold. Alternatively, local search strategies are utilized for 1-opt, 2h-opt and interchange processes. Combining local search strategies, genetic operators, and the multi-population mechanism leads to several hybrid multi-population genetic algorithms. Numerical simulations and experimental tests demonstrate that the hybrid multi-population genetic algorithm, integrated with the improved 2-opt and 1-opt local search strategies, exhibits superior performance among the designed hybrid genetic algorithms, the minimum marginal cost algorithm (MMA), and the existing popular Co-evolutionary Multi-population Genetic Algorithm (CMGA). In this paper, an autonomous positioning method based on coarse-to-fine multi-modal image matching is proposed for UAV navigation in GPS denied environment. Coarse image matching refers to roughly determining the approximate position of the real-time image in the reference image. Fine image matching refers to iterative matching around the position obtained by coarse image matching to achieve more accurate matching results. Besides, RANSAC is adopted to eliminate the outliers of image matching. After getting the result of image matching, we use PNP to estimate the position of the aircraft. The proposed position method has the advantages of high accuracy and reliability. The experimental results show that the average error of the position of the proposed method is 59%.

Preventing and controlling Low-Slow-Small(LSS) targets are problems to be solved due to their good concealment in urban environment. Consequently, the problem of target assignment is studied in this paper. Firstly, a target assignment model based on heterogeneous sensor networks is proposed. The characteristics of LSS targets and the influence of environmental factors such as climate and terrain are considered on this model. At the same time, the detection capabilities of different detection nodes and collaborative tracking capabilities are also considered. Secondly, an intelligent optimization algorithm GSAPSO based on PSO is proposed to maximize tracking effect of the sensors. Finally, the simulations are used to compare the GSAPSO algorithm with the traditional PSO and GAPSO algorithms. The results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has better tracking effect.

In this paper, we propose a closed-form IMU error state covariance integration method for optimization-based visualinertial state estimator. We derive a closed-form solutions of the IMU error state covariance propagation in pre-integration process, yielding improved accuracy of IMU residual information matrix. Our visual-inertial state estimator is based on a tightly-coupled, sliding-window optimization framework, which jointly estimate the IMU states and landmarks and performing marginalization to limit the computational cost. Finally, the system are validated in park environment dataset, the result shows our proposed method is effective.
