Aiming at issues of low accuracy and poor anti-interference ability in laser point detecting, a target detection method based on Faster R-CNN was proposed. The laser point position detecting method is realized by calibrating the laser point data set, initializing the weight coefficient and the training network model. Experiments illustrate that the proposed method is more accurate in cases of strong noise such as the light changing, the background changing and the smoke filling the air. The accuracy of the method is 98.1%, as a better detection effect and generalization ability.

Because of the increasing mobility of air targets and the trend of heavy using of UAV in the future, the paper analyzes the parameters and ballistic characteristics of the proportional guidance method based on the revised idea of proportional guidance. The method has certain defects in the face of high maneuvering targets, so we have derived a kind of modified proportional guidance law, and designed a new modified proportional guidance law which can effectively overcome the target maneuvering interference. The digital simulation results show that the modified guidance law can effectively overcome the interference factors such as target maneuvering, and it is easy to implement in engineering. © 2019 IEEE.

There has been a direct relationship between the temperature of the laser point and the quality of the casting in the process of the 3D printing. In the paper, a method based on convolutional neural network (CNN) was proposed to estimate the temperature of the laser point. The collected temperature data used were trained by the deep-learning method. A new structure of the model was proposed on the part of the CNN model, which improved from original LeNet. The process of the prediction for the testing set was carried out through the new model. The unknown temperature in the testing set can be estimated. The experimental result illustrates that the proposed method is satisfactory.

Recent object detection models have achieved satisfactory performance by deep learning with large-scale annotated datasets. However, these models often perform poorly when the training examples are not sufficient enough, especially for one-shot object detection where there is only one training example of each target class. In this paper, we propose a network parameter generation framework for effective one-shot object detection. By leveraging the semantic relationship between the source-domain and the target-domain (new classes), our framework can generate network parameters for the new classes directly. Furthermore, we develop two implementation schemes for this framework: weighting-based parameter generation and regression-based parameter generation. These two schemes use different information to construct the relationship and transfer knowledge from the source-domain to the target-domain. Experiments on the PASCAL-OSCD benchmark show that our methods can significantly boost the performance of one-shot object detection. © 2019 IEEE.

TCP ensures reliable transmission through its stateful implementation and remains crucial today. TCP performance profiling is essential for tasks like diagnosing network performance problems, optimizing transmission performance, and developing new TCP variants, etc. Existing profiling methods lack enough attention to TCP state transition to provide detailed insights on TCP performance. Thus, we build TcpSight, a tool focusing on TCP state transition throughout connection lifetimes. TcpSight conducts stateful analysis by capturing key events using an efficient per-connection lock-free data management mechanism. Besides, TcpSight enhances profiling by integrating application layer information collected from the TCP stack. With the profiling results, users can identify the culprit of TCP performance degradation, and evaluate the performance of TCP algorithms. We design optional modules and filtering mechanisms to reduce TcpSights overhead. Our evaluation presents that TcpSight incurs an additional CPU consumption of about 16.6% (without filtering) and 10.6% (with filtering) when the server's load is 55.7%, and generates storage consumption about 1.88 KB per connection on average. We also give application cases of TcpSight and the deployment experiences in Alibaba Cloud. TcpSight helps in revealing meaningful findings and insights into exploiting TCP in the production deployment. © 2004-2012 IEEE.

The accuracy of industrial robot kinematics parameters directly affects its absolute positioning accuracy. Based on Modify Denavit-Hartenberg (MD-H) kinematics theory, a more accurate calibration method for kinematic parameters of industrial robots is proposed in this paper. It takes the kinematics parameters, deceleration ratio and coupling coefficient of the robot as error parameters to establish the error model. The calibration experiment and accuracy verification experiment are designed by laser tracker. After the introduction of the reduction ratio and the coupling coefficient calibration, the absolute positioning error of the robot in all directions has been greatly improved, and the overall average accuracy of the robot is increased by 91.42% compared with the uncalibrated, and is increased by 81.02% compared with the without introducing the deceleration ratio and coupling coefficient. © 2020 IEEE.

Aiming at the problems that carrying out forest fire monitoring and fighting missions by using the Rapidly-exploring Randomized Tree (RRT) algorithm to plan paths cannot adapt to the autonomous movement of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and that high-order dynamic characteristics may mutate during the mission, this paper investigates a trajectory generation algorithm based on the integration of the RRT algorithm and the minimum snap algorithm. First, the RRT algorithm is used to generate the initial path, then the minimum snap algorithm is used to smooth the initial path and obtain a trajectory suitable for the actual flight of the UAV. However, because the UAV is considered as a particle in the simulation, during the actual flight, this trajectory may not guarantee the safe flight of the UAV and may cause the UAV to collide with an obstacle or other nearby UAVs in the cases of formation flight. To solve this problem, flight corridor concept is used to limit the UAV's flight trajectory for ensuring the safe flight of the UAV. Simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively ensure the safety, smoothness, feasibility, and trajectory of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Problems of vibration fatigue in UHV reactor is mentioned, comparative analysis of several commonly used fatigue analysis methods, finally, the modal superposition method is used to calculate the structural fatigue caused by vibration. Through analysis of reactor vibration data, the reason for using frequency domain signals as fatigue frequency domain load spectrum to calculate the service life of reactors. In order to perform reactor fatigue analysis, a finite element model of the reactor was first built using ANSYS Workbench finite element integration software, the frequency response function FRF is obtained by harmonic response analysis, and then the vibration time domain signal are transformed into frequency signal as load spectrum input with the power density spectrum, finally, nCode fatigue analysis software is used to estimate the service life of the reactor. © 2019 IEEE.

In this study, we investigated the structure, energetic effects, and electrical properties of oxygen vacancy (V O ) configurations at (101)-oriented twin grain boundaries (GBs) in HfO 2 -based resistive random-access memory (RRAM) using first-principles calculations. Our results demonstrate that the 3- and 4-coordinated V O s at GBs exhibit lower formation and negative segregation energies than those in the bulk phase. Furthermore, they show a favorable trend in migration barrier energy, indicating a preference for the generation and accumulation of V O s at GBs. Additionally, V O s exhibit a strong attraction to surrounding O atoms due to Coulomb interactions, which leads to their aggregation and a tendency to form migration channels. The density of states reveals that the under-coordination of Hf ions at GBs causes the conduction band to expand by 0.4 eV, resulting in a narrower band gap. Notably, the conductivity of divacancy is significantly influenced by the conductivity of constituent V O s. By systematically analyzing the bonding/anti-bonding states and isosurfaces of charge density, the mechanism of localized electron density redistribution induced by divacancies at GBs was elucidated. Charge density analysis indicates that the conductive sub-band created by V O12 significantly enhances the conductivity by facilitating electronic transport, thus serving as the conduction mechanism in RRAM.
