Since the Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite communication system has the advantages of low latency, global coverage, and rapid reconstruction, it has become the main networking method of satellite networks [1]. Routing is the basis for realizing satellite communications. Because the complexity of the shortest path algorithm basically determines the computational complexity of the routing algorithm, the shortest path algorithm is the core of the routing problem. This paper attempts to use the laws of LEO satellite network topology to calculate the shortest path between the source satellite and the destination satellite. First, we derive the function of inter-satellite link (ISL) length with time and establish the geometric model of the satellite network. Then, on the basis of this model, we establish the shortest path algorithm between source-destination pairs (SD pairs) - the symmetric geometry algorithm (SGA). In addition, in order to ensure the optimality of the path, we extend the applicable scene of the model from the two-dimensional plane to the three-dimensional sphere. The simulation test results show that compared with the traditional Dijkstra’s algorithm, SGA can greatly improve the calculation speed of the shortest path while ensuring the optimality of the path.

In practical applications of multi-agent systems, agents are often heterogeneous, and each type of them typically has different task objectives. For heterogeneous multi-agent reinforcement learning(HMARL), the diversity of agent types and the unbalanced agent number of each type can lead to the curse of dimensionality and non-stationary. Moreover, the increase in the number of heterogeneous agents may result in slow convergence during training. This paper proposes a graph-based selection-activation reinforcement learning(GSARL) method for training heterogenous multi-agent collaboration strategies. It first constructs agents based on their types, then extracts the global adjacency matrices and the ally adjacency matrices from the agents' observations, and calculates the global feature matrices. Afterwards, GSARL utilizes hierarchical graph convolutional network to sequentially convolve the global information and ally information, obtaining action logits based on agent types. By using the neural topology graph and the selection-activation method, the optimal multi-agent collaboration configuration is obtained through combinatorial optimization. Experiments are conducted in an adversarial combat simulation environment involving collaborative Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs) and Unmanned Ground Vehicles(UGVs). Simulation results show that the proposed method can accelerate convergence while allowing that each type of heterogeneous agents can leverage its unique advantages.

Preserving details and avoiding high computational costs are the two main challenges for the High-Resolution Salient Object Detection (HRSOD) task. In this paper, we propose a two-stage HRSOD model from the perspective of evolution and succession, including an evolution stage with Low-resolution Location Model (LrLM) and a succession stage with High-resolution Refinement Model (HrRM). The evolution stage achieves detail-preserving salient objects localization on the low-resolution image through the evolution mechanisms on supervision and feature;the succession stage utilizes the shallow high-resolution features to complement and enhance the features inherited from the first stage in a lightweight manner and generate the final high-resolution saliency prediction. Besides, a new metric named Boundary-Detail-aware Mean Absolute Error (MAEBD) is designed to evaluate the ability to detect details in high-resolution scenes. Extensive experiments on five datasets demonstrate that our network achieves superior performance at real-time speed (49 FPS) compared to state-of-the-art methods.
