This research addresses the challenge of assessing equipment decision-making effectiveness in environments characterized by uncertainty and multiple influencing factors. We propose a novel approach involving the creation and optimization of a dynamic Bayesian network-based model tailored for equipment decision-making processes. The model facilitates a systematic evaluation of decision-making effectiveness by incorporating various factors, including equipment performance, environmental conditions, and enemy defensive capabilities. A comprehensive assessment system has been developed to simulate the penetration capabilities of different equipment through enemy defenses. Moreover, this study identifies potential errors in the effectiveness evaluation model by analyzing its performance in typical scenarios, pinpointing areas for enhancement.

A C2 computing framework for unmanned systems to perform complex tasks is proposed using methods of system of systems engineering, which is formed by combining the macro-scale command and control (C2) process mechanism model (PREA loop) and micro-scale C2 process mechanism model (OODA loop). Guided by PREA loop and OODA loop, the computing framework is divided into four steps and three kinds of transformations. The four steps are design, construction, operation monitoring, and assessment. The three transformations are tactical feedback, campaign feedback, and strategic feedback. A C2 organization model of joint landing combat force is established against the background of a typical complex task of joint landing operation, and the C2 computing framework based on the PREA &OODA is used to implement the C2 activities of the joint landing combat force. The influence of the computing framework on the performance of unmanned systems under different task conditions is verified, including task coordination load, task efficiency and sensitivity of unmanned systems response. In this paper, high-speed train is regarded as a single prime point, a new tracking control method combining adaptive control and Kalman filtering is proposed. This paper solves the noise interference problem in the tracking control process of high-speed train. The method first linearises the original system, then uses Kalman filtering to do model estimation, and the controller is designed for the predictive model through adaptive control. Finally, MATLAB is used to simulate and verify the effectiveness of this method. This proposed method successfully solves the problems of nonlinearity, noise interference and unknown parameters in system. The error caused by resistance in the high-speed train tracking control process can be dealt with effectively.

A new method for evaluating the credibility of aircraft HWIL simulation is established based on the idea of time-varying area measurement and uncertainty measurement Mainly for univariate, single simulation, multivariable and multi-simulation. The DTW distance measurement method is used to obtain the weight coefficients of correlated multiple response variables, and the effectiveness of uncertainty measurement method in obtaining the credibility of aircraft HWIL simulation at a certain level of confidence is verified through typical examples.
