In order to deal with the influence of dilution passive decoy jamming on target selection of UAV radar, and to enable UAV radar have more independent decision-making ability to acquire the naval ship correctly in an ocean battlefield scene containing single real ship and multiple passive decoys, a method which established the mathematical simulation model of jamming scene, and used the model as the fitness function to calculate the adequacy measurement parameters of subjective Bayesian reasoning through genetic optimization algorithm is proposed. This method is applied to UAV radar target selection, compared with traditional target selection methods using single target feature, this method can improve the accuracy of ship acquisition by comprehensive using multi-dimensional target features. Moreover, this method can further improve the joint acquisition accuracy by setting multiple adequacy measurement parameters for different radars, which prove that the method can achieve the purpose of improving the success rate of UAV radar against dilution passive decoy jamming. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

For mixed-ship scenarios, traditional aircraft have limited ability to extract ship features due to the constraints of observation angles, making it difficult to effectively select the high-value ship targets. In this paper, a ship length and width reconstruction method adaptable to multi-aircraft cooperative detection is proposed, taking dual-aircraft radar cooperative detection as the research object. Under the premise of known heading, a ship size reconstruction model is established by combining the radial size information from different observation directions. Finally, the performance of the model under different detection conditions is analyzed. Simulation verification shows that the maximum length reconstruction error does not exceed 7.56% of the true length of the target, which can effectively restore the target size information and provide necessary support for effectively solving the problem of the high-value ship targets selection in mixed scenes. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

In this paper, based on the fusion tracking of infrared and radar, a federated kalman filtering algorithm based on adaptive fault tolerance is designed. According to the observation equation of infrared and radar, a distributed fusion federated kalman filtering structure is established by using three infrared sensors and three radar sensors. The sub nodes filter their detection information respectively, and the estimation results are obtained. After that, the sub nodes filter results are sent into their part of fault-tolerant judgment respectively, then we can get the weight information of each sub node, thus it can determine the degree of dependence of each node, and the filtering results of all sub nodes are fused into calculation by their weight. The final simulation shows that the algorithm can isolate the interference in the multi-mode fusion tracking process effectively , and get a stable state estimation output. © 2021 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

This paper presented an adaptive gain scheduling algorithm for hypersonic vehicles with wide envelopes. First, the linear parameter variable parameter (LPV) model of hypersonic vehicles is established in the flight envelope. Then, the active disturbance rejection controller is considered to cope with disturbances and uncertainties, and the control gain is scheduled using the guardian maps method to adapt to the wide envelope of velocity and height. Finally, numerical simulation results show good control performance and meet the required performance indexes in all operating conditions, demonstrating the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method. © 2024 IEEE.

Due to the uncertainties and various noises of the Hypersonic Aircraft(HA), traditional method of designing attitude controllers based on accurate models faces immense challenges. To solve those proposed urgent problems effectively, in this paper, a innovative data-driven RL algorithm called FR-PI2 is proposed for the task of Hypersonic Aircraft attitude control, wherein several key techniques are introduced. Firstly, Hypersonic Aircraft attitude control is transformed into a stochastic optimal control problem, and the numerical solutions of the proposed stochastic optimal control problem are obtained with a path-integral-based method, called Policy Improvement with Path Integrals(PI2). Secondly, a model-free policy parameterization method with PID controller is integrated into the PI2 algorithm to ensure a low dependency of the Hypersonic Aircraft system model. Thirdly, a brand-new sample filtration method is proposed to guarantee rapid convergence, and an online optimization technology called rolling optimization is applied to guarantee optimality and real-time performance. Two series of experiments are carried out and analyzed to demonstrate the outstanding performance of the FR-PI2 algorithm. © 2022, The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In this paper, the engineering problems in scene matching positioning system are studied, according to the scene matching positioning of satellite under the condition of denial, establish a volume of physical model, kalman filtering method of indirect filtering residual envelope method is adopted to improve the mismatching points out and jumping back and forth, filtering results using backtracking method to solve the problem of less The precise positioning of the aircraft's own position under the condition of satellite rejection is realized, so as to achieve accurate guidance and strike to the target. The simulation results show that the method described in this paper is effective and has good academic and engineering significance. © Chinese Institute of Command and control 2024.

Vision Transformers constantly absorb the characteristics of convolutional neural networks to solve its shortcomings in translational invariance and scale invariance. However, dividing the image by a simple grid often destroys the position and scale features in the image at the beginning of the network. In this paper, we propose a vision transformer based on region proposal, which obtains the inductive bias in a simple way. Specifically, RPViT achieves locality and scale-invariance by extracting regions with locality using a traditional region proposal algorithm and deflating objects of different scales to the same scale by a bilinear interpolation algorithm. In addition, to enable the network to fully utilize and encode diverse candidate objects, a multi-class token approach based on orthogonalization is proposed and applied. Experiments on ImageNet demonstrate that RPViT outperforms baseline converters and related work. © 2022 ACM.

Zero-shot detection (ZSD) is a hot topic, which can detect unseen object without training on it. This new approach rises several challenges, e.g., the imbalance between positive and negative data, ambiguity between background and unseen classes, and how to align visual feature and semantic concept. In this paper, we apply an end-to-end zero-shot network to fulfil ZSD, where polarity loss is utilized to train detection model. polarity loss puts more importance on difficult data to reduce class imbalance and can maximize the difference between positive and negative predictions. Then, we use a semantic embedding method that use word vectors in both classification and regression subnets to better align visual features and semantic features. Finally, we use MS-COCO dataset as seen classes to train detection model, then we transfer the model for our own to detect warship object. Our model performs good on unseen classes and test accuracy of using polarity loss is apparently higher than that of using focal loss. © 2020 IEEE.

Integrated navigation technology is widely used in aviation, aerospace, sailing and other ground-based navigation equipment, the inertial navigation system (INS) is the most common tool. In practice, the key to navigation is precise position, and the position is cooperated with the image matching. According to the label results after image matching, the position of sensor can be calculated. However, the label results cannot be get in every period, what’ more, he output results of the inertial navigation system (INS) is with big error, thus the article studied an algorithm of INS error correction based on the intermittent label measurement, in which the cubature kalman filter is used. After that, it also studied the influencing factor of the labels, such as the label error by match, the count of label, the area of label, thus the INS positioning error can be reduced in line with the engineering guarantee. © 2022, The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

complex simulation systems usually need to satisfy the credibility requirements and the credibility of complex simulation systems is inextricably linked to the credibility of simulation sub-systems. Hence, in order to guarantee the credibility of complex simulation systems meets requirements, it is necessary to allocate the credibility of simulation sub-systems. complex simulation systems are composed of several correlative simulation sub-systems and their credibility has correlation relationships, which makes it difficult to obtain the credibility of simulation sub-systems quickly. The existing works mostly ignore the relationships between the sub-systems and are difficult to generate the credibility allocation results of simulation sub-systems. In this paper, we model the credibility allocation problem as a probabilistic inference problem based on the pairwise Markov random field (PMRF). In addition, we apply several inference algorithms to perform the inference exactly and approximately in the credibility PMRF. Finally, experiments are conduted on the air defense combat complex simulation system, and the experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method can obtain the credibility allocation results quickly and accurately. © 2023 The Authors.
