Chalcogenide superlattices Sb_(2)Te_(3)-GeTe is a candidate for interfacial phase-change memory(iPCM) data storage *** employing terahertz emission spectroscopy and the transient reflectance spectroscopy together,we investigate the ultrafast photoexcited carrier dynamics and current transients in Sb_(2)Te_(3)-GeTe *** orientation and excitation polarization dependences of the THz emission confirm that ultrafast thermo-electric,shift and injection currents contribute to the THz generation in Sb_(2)Te_(3)-GeTe *** decreasing the thickness and increasing the number of GeTe and Sb_(2)Te_(3) layer,the interlayer coupling can be enhanced,which significantly reduces the contribution from circular photo-galvanic effect(CPGE).A photo-induced bleaching in the transient reflectance spectroscopy probed in the range of~1100 nm to~1400 nm further demonstrates a gapped state resulting from the interlayer *** demonstrates play an important role in the development of iPCM-based high-speed optoelectronic devices.

Underwater supporting robots serving as a relay of energy supplements and communication for other underwater equipment are promising for ocean exploration, development, and protection. This paper proposes a novel autonomous docking system centered on a designed supporting robotic fish named 'CourierFish'. Specifically, CourierFish is capable of docking with a surface dock station for supplying itself and docking with a seafloor platform for supporting equipment in the platform. A visual navigation scheme integrating LED and ArUco markers is presented for accurate localization. The control approach for docking motion is also illustrated. Simulations and aquatic experiments are performed to verify the feasibility of the proposed docking system. The obtained results lay a solid foundation for the construction of various underwater equipment and robot networks. © 2023 IEEE.

Timed weighted marked graphs are a subclass of timed Petri nets that have wide applications in the control and performance analysis of flexible manufacturing *** to the existence of multiplicities(i.e.,weights)on edges,the performance analysis and resource optimization of such graphs represent a challenging *** this paper,we develop an approach to transform a timed weighted marked graph whose initial marking is not given,into an equivalent parametric timed marked graph where the edges have unitary *** order to explore an optimal resource allocation policy for a system,an analytical method is developed for the resource optimization of timed weighted marked graphs by studying an equivalent ***,we apply the proposed method to a flexible manufacturing system and compare the results with a previous heuristic *** analysis shows that the developed approach is superior to the heuristic approach.

With the advancement of industrial intelligence, the Industrial Internet has been widely used in energy, manufacturing and other important industries. In recent years, security incidents have occurred frequently in industrial control network, which means that maintaining industrial control network security has become more and more important. Intrusion detection technology can actively detect abnormal behavior in the network, and is an important means to ensure the security of industrial control networks. Presently, the intrusion detection technology of industrial control network has problems such as extreme imbalance of classes and redundant interference of traffic characteristics. This paper analyzes these problems and clarifies the existing solutions for different problems in principle. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper studies the algorithm design of variance-constrained H∞ state estimation problem for delayed memristive neural networks with adaptive event-triggered mechanism. The denial-of-service attacks are modeled by a series of random variables obeying the Bernoulli distribution with known probability. In addition, the adaptive event-triggered mechanism is introduced into the sensor-to-estimator to avoid unnecessary resource consumption. Our purpose is to construct a finite-horizon state estimation algorithm, and sufficient condition is obtained for the estimation error system satisfying the H∞ performance requirement and the error variance boundedness. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the feasibility of the presented H∞ state estimation algorithm. © 2022 IEEE.

In light of the challenges posed by the variability of industrial part shapes, weak texture information, and surface reflections in current industrial vision inspection, traditional methods such as feature descriptors and template matching are inadequate. This paper innovatively proposes a machine learning object detection method, establishes robust stable features for weakly textured industrial parts, and evaluates the performance of the model and feature selection in combination with actual fuel tank cap detection tasks. Firstly, we construct a dataset of fuel tank cap targets and establish a comprehensive and relatively stable feature dataset, including geometric features, texture features, and color features. Secondly, through ablation experiments and comparative experiments, we conduct intelligent per-formance testing on model detection accuracy, parameter selection, and feature contribution. Finally, the evaluation results demon-strate that the support vector machine (SVM) model exhibits the best detection performance after feature selection, with a detection accuracy of 99.0% under the optimal parameter settings validated through experiments.

This paper investigates the cooperative guidance issue for multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for simultaneous attacks on maneuvering targets with a prescribed angle formation. Each UAV is accessible to the relative information with respect to the target while the absolute information of the target is unavailable. Also, each UAV just interacts with its neighbors locally. By introducing the integral sliding mode technique, a finite-time observer for the exact estimation of the absolute information of the target is designed. With the help of such an observer, a distributed cooperative guidance algorithm is developed such that both the time-to-go estimate consensus and angle formation objectives are achieved in finite time given that the undirected graph is connected. Finally, a simulation example is presented to validate the efficiency of the suggested guidance algorithm. © 2021 IEEE.

Focused on revising the cumulative error of the SINS, a dual-mode navigation algorithm based on the infrared and SAR information fusion is studied in this paper. The SAR system can provide the SAR image and the information including the distance and the beam direction of the SAR antenna, the infrared system can provide the infrared image and the optical axis direction of the infrared lens. Under the premise of the same direction of the SAR and infrared beam, a navigation algorithm by associating the matching results of the SAR image and infrared image with the digital map is studied, which can be applied to amend the aberration of the SINS in the middle phase. At the same time, the common aperture characteristic and GPS error isolation method are used to isolate the error sub area. The simulation results reveal the validity of the algorithm. © 2021 IEEE.

The excitation unit is the weak link in the generator operation since it produces internal deterioration under long-term operation. To evaluate the health condition of the key excitation unit and generate warning information in advance, this work proposes a health assessment method based on the Gaussian mixture model (GMM) and LSTM neural network. Firstly, the weights of each type of data will be determined by obtaining the electrical parameter data of the generator excitation unit from the SIS system, using the infrared image data of carbon brush and excitation transformer based on infrared image acquisition system, and the correlation between each electrical parameter data and temperature on account of the MIC correlation analysis method. On the top of it, LSTM neural network prediction model is established. And establish a GMM-based health benchmark model based on the data collected in the field during healthy operation, and design the health decline index HDI using the Marxist distance for evaluating the health status and deterioration degree of the unit. Finally, the method of this paper is validated by the 2022 operation data of a thermal power plant in Weihai, which proved that this method can provide a basis for regular maintenance and early identification of faults in the power plan and quantifying the degradation degree of the excitation unit under long-term operation and making early warning before the abnormal occurrence of the unit. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The purpose of constructing the knowledge graph of electromechanical equipment is to make full use of the data and information carried by electromechanical equipment, constructing the knowledge association between each independent equipment. The knowledge graph of electromechanical equipment uses a structured way to express the relationship between concepts and entities in electromechanical equipment, and uses this form for data storage and computational reasoning. This can simplify the design of the electromechanical system and improve the efficiency of knowledge reasoning and knowledge calculation. However, due to the complex structure, high correlation and large amount of information of electromechanical equipment, the constructed knowledge graph of electromechanical equipment often has the problem of insufficient association expression and sparse information. Especially lack of expression of its hierarchical relationship. Therefore, this paper proposes a hierarchical relationship construction method based on electromechanical equipment, which is specifically used to extract the information about the physical model, logical model and geometric model of power distribution equipment, electrical equipment, cables, and pipelines in electromechanical equipment, constructing a Hierarchical knowledge graph. The hierarchical relationship construction method is mainly through the integration of logical and physical levels, hierarchical structure of electromechanical equipment data and data clustering as an important feature, so as to obtain stable and hierarchical characteristics of electromechanical equipment knowledge graph. At the same time, the hierarchical features can further complete the construction of the knowledge graph, thereby improving the structure of the knowledge graph and efficiency of the reasoning engine.
