intelligent Transportation systems (ITS) are heavily dependent on private user data. However, most ITS fails to harness the potential of this invaluable data due to the absence of effective data governance mechanisms promoting users' contributions. Moreover, data contributors face security risks such as privacy preservation, data leakage, etc., as well as high costs in data sharing, while benefits are disproportionately reaped by system operators and interaction. This systemic imbalance could indirectly incentivize a surge in inactions and even malicious actions. In response to these challenges, we propose the design of a True Autonomous Organization (TAO) for ITS, namely ITS TAO. Utilizing the newly designed decision models with decentralized organization structures and the three-power structure, ITS TAO aims to realize the fair distribution of rights and benefits for ITS data contributors. Furthermore, we design a real-time evaluation system based on parallel intelligence capable of identifying potential hazards.

Live-maintaining work is essential for continuous power supply to the substation. To improve the safety and efficiency of live-maintaining work, this paper proposes an equipotential live-maintaining robot system suitable for 110kV voltage levels. Considering the narrow space, complex working conditions and strong electromagnetic interference in substations, binocular vision technology, manipulator trajectory planning algorithm based on time-energy optimization, high voltage electromagnetic shielding technology are utilized to develop the system, and the live-maintaining robot is successfully applied in actual substation. By accurately identifying and locating the joint bolts and insulator, the robot system can achieve equipotential live-disassemble, live-assemble the joint bolts within 18 minutes and live-clean insulator within 5 minutes, demonstrating its the effectiveness and practicability. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

In this paper, a time-fractional heat conduction model is established to describe the heat transfer process of monocrystalline silicon in the Czochralski method. The numerical solution of the fractional-order model is obtained by using implicit difference scheme. In addition, an improved grey wolf algorithm is proposed to estimate the parameters of the fractional heat conduction model using the experimental temperature data. The numerical experiment results show that the time-fractional heat conduction model has a higher explanatory ability, compared with the classical heat conduction model. The Improved Grey Wolf algorithm proposed in this paper is effective in solving the parameter estimation problem of the time-fractional heat conduction equation.

This paper studies the problem of optimal parallel tracking control for continuous-time general nonlinear *** existing optimal state feedback control,the control input of the optimal parallel control is introduced into the feedback ***,due to the introduction of control input into the feedback system,the optimal state feedback control methods can not be applied *** address this problem,an augmented system and an augmented performance index function are proposed ***,the general nonlinear system is transformed into an affine nonlinear *** difference between the optimal parallel control and the optimal state feedback control is analyzed *** is proven that the optimal parallel control with the augmented performance index function can be seen as the suboptimal state feedback control with the traditional performance index ***,an adaptive dynamic programming(ADP)technique is utilized to implement the optimal parallel tracking control using a critic neural network(NN)to approximate the value function *** stability analysis of the closed-loop system is performed using the Lyapunov theory,and the tracking error and NN weights errors are uniformly ultimately bounded(UUB).Also,the optimal parallel controller guarantees the continuity of the control input under the circumstance that there are finite jump discontinuities in the reference ***,the effectiveness of the developed optimal parallel control method is verified in two cases.

Regional geomagnetic maps are widely used in geomagnetic navigation and magnetic anomaly detection. However,the complexity of geomagnetic spatial trend changes and the spatial sparseness of the geomagnetic data affect the accuracy of regional geomagnetic map construction. In order to improve the accuracy of regional geomagnetic maps, this paper proposes the Support Vector Machine Residual Kriging method（SVMRKriging）. First, Support Vector Machine（SVM） is used to fit the geomagnetic trend changes, then the residual component is interpolated by ordinary Kriging, and finally these two parts are added to construct a regional geomagnetic map. Experiments were performed using geomagnetic grid data and aeromagnetic data. The experiment results show that SVMRKriging method can improve the accuracy of regional geomagnetic maps with geomagnetic trend changes.

the DC/AC interaction and the presence of the high nonlinearity in the HVDC links, these problems needs to examine the behavior of the system in steady-state and transient conditions in order to define the great role of protection functions and control parameters. Furthermore, control and protection systems are a vital part of an HVDC system to guarantee the safety, reliability, and stability of its operation. This research aim is to provide the solutions for control and protection problems that can occur in HVDC link. In this paper, we study how we mitigate this serious malfunction of commutation failure process in the operation of HVDC converters. Indeed some protection functions like the commutation failure prevention. Furthermore, HVDC transmission systems are vulnerable to DC faults and its protection becomes ever more important with the fast growth in the number of installations. Finally, the dynamics of the studied power system including the HVDC link is thoroughly investigated through various simulation scenarios.

In this paper, we investigate a cell-free massive multiple-input multiple-output system with both access points and user equipments equipped with multiple antennas over the Weichselberger Rayleigh fading channel. We study the uplink spectral efficiency (SE) for the fully centralized processing scheme and large-scale fading decoding (LSFD) scheme. To further improve the SE performance, we design the uplink precoding schemes based on the weighted sum SE maximization. Since the weighted sum SE maximization problem is not jointly over all optimization variables, two efficient uplink precoding schemes based on Iteratively Weighted sum-Minimum Mean Square Error (I-WMMSE) algorithms, which rely on the iterative minimization of weighted Mean Square Error (MSE), are proposed for two processing schemes investigated. Furthermore, with maximum ratio combining applied in the LSFD scheme, we derive novel closed-form achievable SE expressions and optimal precoding schemes. Numerical results validate the proposed results and show that the I-WMMSE precoding schemes can achieve excellent sum SE performance with a large number of UE antennas. © 1972-2012 IEEE.

Vision Transformers (ViTs) have recently dominated a range of computer vision tasks, yet it suffers from low training data efficiency and inferior local semantic representation capability without appropriate inductive bias. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) inherently capture regional-aware semantics, inspiring researchers to introduce CNNs back into the architecture of the ViTs to provide desirable inductive bias for ViTs. However, is the locality achieved by the micro-level CNNs embedded in ViTs good enough? In this paper, we investigate the problem by profoundly exploring how the macro architecture of the hybrid CNNs/ViTs enhances the performances of hierarchical ViTs. Particularly, we study the role of token embedding layers, alias convolutional embedding (CE), and systemically reveal how CE injects desirable inductive bias in ViTs. Besides, we apply the optimal CE configuration to 4 recently released state-of-the-art ViTs, effectively boosting the corresponding performances. Finally, a family of efficient hybrid CNNs/ViTs, dubbed CETNets, are released, which may serve as generic vision backbones. Specifically, CETNets achieve 84.9% Top-1 accuracy on ImageNet-1K (training from scratch), 48.6% box mAP on the COCO benchmark, and 51.6% mIoU on the ADE20K, substantially improving the performances of the corresponding state-of-the-art baselines. In this article, we focus on the problem of the distributed nonlinear state estimation for a class of underwater cyber-physical systems with fading measurements. In this article, we propose a modified square-root cubature Kalman filter to tackle with the nonlinear system model. And the diffusion strategy is introduced in this paper to improve the system's estimation performance. To ease the internode communication cost, we propose an event-triggered mechanism to avoid the unnecessary information transmission. The corresponding esti-mation algorithm is also derived in this article. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can estimate the target's state accurately with less communication resources.

To address shortcomings of ICP algorithm, which is sensitive to the initial position and easy to fall into local optimum, we propose a Harris Hawks Optimizer (HHO) point cloud registration method combining PCA preprocessing and parallel population initialization. The PCA method is used to align the point clouds with the main axes and perform the main axes correction. Since the six input variables in the population initialization stage of HHO point cloud registration are different and independent, the initial population of HHO algorithm is initialized by the parallel initialization method. The results show that the improved algorithm is able to successfully overwhelm the fault of ICP algorithm, and its global seek performance and optimization accuracy are more advantageous, and the algorithm operates efficiently, with high registration accuracy and robustness.
