In this paper,a variety of classical convolutional neural networks are trained on two different datasets using transfer learning *** demonstrated that the training dataset has a significant impact on the training results,in addition to the optimization achieved through the model ***,the lack of open-source agricultural data,combined with the absence of a comprehensive open-source data sharing platform,remains a substantial *** issue is closely related to the difficulty and high cost of obtaining high-quality agricultural data,the low level of education of most employees,underdeveloped distributed training systems and unsecured data *** address these challenges,this paper proposes a novel idea of constructing an agricultural data sharing platform based on a federated learning(FL)framework,aiming to overcome the deficiency of high-quality data in agricultural field training.

In this article, we focus on the problem of the distributed nonlinear state estimation for a class of underwater cyber-physical systems with fading measurements. In this article, we propose a modified square-root cubature Kalman filter to tackle with the nonlinear system model. And the diffusion strategy is introduced in this paper to improve the system's estimation performance. To ease the internode communication cost, we propose an event-triggered mechanism to avoid the unnecessary information transmission. The corresponding esti-mation algorithm is also derived in this article. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can estimate the target's state accurately with less communication resources.

Uncertainty is an inherent attribute of a simulation system which causes inconsistency between the predicated result of the system and its actual result,affecting the robustness and reliability of the *** on analysis of the uncertainty characteristics of the hardware-in-loop(HWIL) system of an aircraft,a framework of uncertainty measurement and analysis is proposed for the HWIL system,and three types of methods are studied which are suitable for measuring the randomness,cognition,and hybrid uncertainties of the HWIL *** a typical simulation object,various methods of measuring uncertainty are investigated,with their effectiveness validated,which lays the ground for further studying the influence of the uncertainty measurement result on the system.

The present paper considers the model-based and data-driven control of unknown linear time-invariant discretetime systems under event-triggering and self-triggering transmission schemes. To this end, we begin by presenting a dynamic event-triggering scheme (ETS) based on periodic sampling, and a discrete-time looped-functional approach, through which a model-based stability condition is derived. Combining the model-based condition with a recent data-based system representation, a data-driven stability criterion in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) is established, which also offers a way of co-designing the ETS matrix and the controller. To further alleviate the sampling burden of ETS due to its continuous/periodic detection, a self-triggering scheme (STS) is developed. Leveraging pre-collected input-state data, an algorithm for predicting the next transmission instant is given, while achieving system stability. Finally, numerical simulations showcase the efficacy of ETS and STS in reducing data transmissions as well as of the proposed co-design methods. Copyright © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

S$^{\text{4}}$TP: Social-Suitable and Safety-Sensitive Trajectory Planning for Autonomous Vehicles

In public roads, autonomous vehicles (AVs) face the challenge of frequent interactions with human-driven vehicles (HDVs), which render uncertain driving behavior due to varying social characteristics among humans. To effectively assess the risks prevailing in the vicinity of AVs in social interactive traffic scenarios and achieve safe autonomous driving, this article proposes a social-suitable and safety-sensitive trajectory planning (S $^{\text{4}}$ TP) framework. Specifically, S $^{\text{4}}$ TP integrates the Social-Aware Trajectory Prediction (SATP) and Social-Aware Driving Risk Field (SADRF) modules. SATP utilizes Transformers to effectively encode the driving scene and incorporates an AV's planned trajectory during the prediction decoding process. SADRF assesses the expected surrounding risk degrees during AVs-HDVs interactions, each with different social characteristics, visualized as two-dimensional heat maps centered on the AV. SADRF models the driving intentions of the surrounding HDVs and predicts trajectories based on the representation of vehicular interactions. S $^{\text{4}}$ TP employs an optimization-based approach for motion planning, utilizing the predicted HDVs' trajectories as input. With the integration of SADRF, S $^{\text{4}}$ TP executes real-time online optimization of the planned trajectory of AV within low-risk regions, thus improving the safety and the interpretability of the planned trajectory. We have conducted comprehensive tests of the proposed method using the SMARTS simulator. Experimental results in complex social scenarios, such as unprotected left-turn intersections, merging, cruising, and overtaking, validate the superiority of our proposed S $^{\text{4}}$ TP in terms of safety and rationality. S $^{\text{4}}$ TP achieves a pass rate of 100% across all scenarios, surpassing the current state-of-the-art methods Fanta of 98.25% and Predictive-Decision of 94.75%.

In order to solve the problem of small obstacles avoidance in ultra-low altitude flying of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), a depth estimation algorithm based on monocular visual for small tower obstacles is proposed by combining deep learning and traditional methods. With the advantage of convolutional neural networks to extract the salient features of the images, a lightweight and multi-level residual convolution neural network for obstacle segmentation is proposed. The cross-entropy loss function is optimized by adding the weight of the background and obstacles area. A method based on pairs of coplanar points is introduced to complete the depth estimation of a single frame image. Moreover, the recursive formula of sequence images depth results is derived, and a multi-frame voting optimization algorithm is proposed. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively realize the fast segmentation and accurate depth estimation of the small tower obstacles in the sequence images.

With the rapid development and widespread application of Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs), IMU-based human localization has become critically important in environments lacking Global Navigation Satellite systems (GNSS) signals. Methods such as UWB/WIFI and other anchor-based localization have been employed to enhance the positioning accuracy. However, these methods are susceptible to the environmental interference and increased costs. In contrast, SINS-based localization methods eliminate reliance on the external data. However, this method can suffer from drift errors due to cumulative integration errors. Inertial navigation error correction techniques like Zero Detection Update technology (ZUPT) provide potential solutions to address drift errors. This paper proposes an error correction method based on the multithreshold zero-velocity detection and Square Root Cubature Kalman Filter (SRCKF) updates. Compared to the single fixed threshold detection, the multi-threshold zero-velocity detection reduces the likelihood of missed zero velocity detection and false alarms, providing accurate time intervals for error correction. Experimental results demonstrate that the SRCKF-based algorithm reduces position deviation to approximately 0.3146 meters, corresponding to an error ratio of1.14%. The proposed method enables cost-effective and accurate pedestrian localization, driving advancements in the field.

In the field of automatic driving, vision-based driving assistance system(V-DAS) is a research direction. Aiming at the demand of V-DAS for low visibility environment perception, we propose a depth estimation method based on monocular infrared images. Our method uses an end-to-end self-supervised deep learning framework, and uses the reprojection relationship between monocular video frames to construct the loss function, which makes it easy to collect dataset. In order to mitigate the influence of infrared noise, we adopt the minimum reprojection loss method. To ensure the neural network can learn infrared features better, we use transfer learning from RGB image dataset first. Qualitative experiments on FLIR datasets show that the proposed method can obtain pixel-lev el dense depth from monocular infrared images. Experiments on real roads show that the proposed method can effectively perceive the depth information of the target in the night, and the absolute error is 13.2% within 15m. This can meet the requirements of collision avoidance in most emergency situations during automatic driving. © 2020 IEEE.

A multi-branch parallel simulation method and an architecture of application system are proposed in this paper based on symbiotic potential, and method of construction and calibration of parallel battlefield based on real data, as well as generation of simulation branch based on situation interpretation etc. are proposed. Fast building and adjustment of situation of real time simulation are realized based on simulation to meet the requirements of consistency and parallel operation between virtual simulation and real systems. Multibranch operation management, multi-branch highperformance operation support and other methods are proposed to support the dynamic generation of massive parallel simulation copies based on real-time intelligence and ultra-realtime and large-sample operation to meet the requirements of advanced evaluation of real-time situation. At the same time, a set of simulation application verification frameworks for typical task situation is presented to support the construction of multibranch simulation operation environment, and provide technical verification means for real-time situation prediction and evaluation. © 2019 IEEE.
