Multiple interferences suppression with space-polarization null-decoupling for polarimetric array

The adaptive digital beamforming technique in the space-polarization domain suppresses the interference with forming the coupling nulls of space and polarization *** there is the interference in mainlobe,it will cause serious mainlobe distortion,that the target detection suffers *** overcome this problem and make radar cope with the complex multiple interferences scenarios,we propose a multiple mainlobe and/or sidelobe interferences suppression method for dual polarization array ***,the proposed method consists of a signal preprocessing based on the proposed angle estimation with degree of polarization(DoP),and a filtering criterion based on the proposed linear *** signal preprocessing provides the accurate estimated parameters of the interference,which contributes to the criterion for null-decoupling in the space-polarization domain of *** proposed method can reduce the mainlobe distortion in the space-polarization domain while suppressing the multiple mainlobe and/or sidelobe *** effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulations.

In order to improve the performance of traditional SOM model, an adaptive SOM neural network algorithm is proposed. By introducing the error square sum solution formula, the clustering error of the model sub-data set is calculated by using the method of cutting the data set, and the change trend of the clustering error is quickly obtained. Then the learning rate of the SOM network is adaptively adjusted according to this, and the convergence speed is accelerated on the basis of ensuring that the network is fully trained, thereby improving the performance of the SOM network. © 2023 SPIE.

More intense fire weather due to climate change is implicated as a key driver of recent extreme wildfire events. As fuel stock, the role of vegetation and its phenology changes in wildfire dynamics, however is not fully appreciated. Using long-term satellite-based burned areas and photosynthesis observations, we reveal that an earlier peak photosynthesis timing(PPT) potentially acts to escalate subsequent wildfires, with an increase in the global average burned fraction of 0.021%(～2.20 Mha) for every additional day of PPT advancement. Satellite observations and Earth system modeling consistently show that this fire escalation is likely due to intensified drought conditions and increased fuel availability associated with the climate feedback arising from earlier PPT. Current fire-enabled dynamic global vegetation models can reproduce the observed negative correlation between PPT and burned area but underestimate the strength of the relationship notably. Given the continued PPT advancement owing to climate change, the bioclimatic effects of vegetation phenology change suggest a potentially pervasive upward pressure on future wildfires.

For the multi-satellite mission planning problem, a multi-satellite mission planning model is constructed by considering the constraints of satellite’s visibility window to the target, attitude transition, storage and energy consumption, and an improved genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the model. The algorithm adopts the real number coding method to improve the solution efficiency, introduces the adaptive mechanism and the elite retention strategy, which improves the problems that the genetic algorithm is easy to fall into local optimum and converge early. The effectiveness of the improved genetic algorithm for solving multi-star mission planning is verified through simulation case analysis, and it is compared and analyzed with the standard genetic algorithm. The results show that the well genetic algorithm can achieve faster convergence and better planning results, and has better adaptability to large-scale mission planning problems.

Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image registration is widely used in integrated navigation system with development of guidance system in sensors and other applications. However, there exists some difficulty because of the quality and imaginary principle of SAR images. In this article, a brand-new method based on feature points using improved CSP-DenseNet is proposed to solve the problems of SAR image registration with weak and noisy texture. Deep features of interest points in SAR images are extracted using the proposed network from the crops of search image and template image respectively. The method has an advantage of preserving abundant feature information in SAR images under the influence of insufficient image information and noise of SAR images. The CSP-DenseNet architecture has a cross-stage construction optimizing fused by CSP-Net and DenseNet to extract matching features. The network is partially connected in specific convolutional layers for feature reusing and computation resources saving. Then, Brute Force Matcher and RANSAC voting are successively applied for a larger number of matching pairs and high-precise matching vertexes. Experimental results on various SAR image matching methods show that the proposed method provides better performance than other approaches compared. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, based on the condition that the inertial navigation system loaded on the aircraft has giant dispersion, and the aircraft need to detect, track and attack a target, thus the relative position relation needs to be calculated precisely. How to estimate the problem becomes a difficult obstacle. This article describe the demand faced in the weapon engineer field and provide some solutions feasibly in the practical engineering, three mathematical method are modelled and the readers can choose the suitable scheme according to the detector performance. The un-linear filter method like unscented and cubature kalman filter are used in combination with the state and observation equation. The simulation results show that the modelling methods are observable and the filter method is adaptive to the motion method, therefore the algorithm elaborated in the thesis is of practical significance to the engineer project. © Chinese Institute of Command and Control 2024.

In this paper, a second-order fully actuated system model is derived for a six degree of freedom aircraft model with control coupling. Then a three channel joint optimal attitude control method of roll, yaw and pitch is designed on high-order fully actuated system theory. Through mathematical simulation of this controller and the traditional PID controller, it is shown that the PID control method has a great shortage in the aircraft with control coupling, and the fully actuated system theory control method can well solve the problem of aircraft coupling, achieve the stable tracking of aircraft attitude command, and has better rapidity.

The physical layer key generation technique provides an efficient method,which utilizes the natural dynamics of wireless ***,there are some extremely challenging security scenarios such as static or quasi-static environment,which lead to the low randomness of generated ***,the coefficients of the static channel may be dropped into the guard space and discarded by the quantization approach,which causes low key generation *** tackle these issues,we propose a random coefficient-moving product based wireless key generation scheme(RCMP-WKG),where new random resources with remarkable fluctuations can be obtained by applying random coefficient and by moving product on the legitimate ***,appropriate quantization approaches are used to increase the key generation ***,the security of our proposed scheme is evaluated by analyzing different attacks and the eavesdropper’s mean square error(MSE).The simulation results reveal that the proposed scheme can achieve better performances in key capacity,key inconsistency rate(KIR)and key generation rate(KGR)compared with the prior works in static ***,the proposed scheme can deteriorate the MSE performance of the eavesdropper and improve the key generation performance of legitimate nodes by controlling the length of the moving product.

Recently,video object segmentation has received great attention in the computer vision *** of the existing methods heavily rely on the pixel-wise human annotations,which are expensive and time-consuming to *** tackle this problem,we make an early attempt to achieve video object segmentation with scribble-level supervision,which can alleviate large amounts of human labor for collecting the manual ***,using conventional network architectures and learning objective functions under this scenario cannot work well as the supervision information is highly sparse and *** address this issue,this paper introduces two novel elements to learn the video object segmentation *** first one is the scribble attention module,which captures more accurate context information and learns an effective attention map to enhance the contrast between foreground and *** other one is the scribble-supervised loss,which can optimize the unlabeled pixels and dynamically correct inaccurate segmented areas during the training *** evaluate the proposed method,we implement experiments on two video object segmentation benchmark datasets,You Tube-video object segmentation(VOS),and densely annotated video segmentation(DAVIS)-*** first generate the scribble annotations from the original per-pixel ***,we train our model and compare its test performance with the baseline models and other existing *** experiments demonstrate that the proposed method can work effectively and approach to the methods requiring the dense per-pixel annotations.
