Very recently,intensive discussions and studies on Industry 5.0 have sprung up and caused the attention of researchers,entrepreneurs,and policymakers from various sectors around the ***,there is no consensus on why and what is Industry 5.0 *** this paper,we define Industry 5.0from its philosophical and historical origin and evolution,emphasize its new thinking on virtual-real duality and human-machine interaction,and introduce its new theory and technology based on parallel intelligence(PI),artificial societies,computational experiments,and parallel execution(the ACP method),and cyber-physical-social systems(CPSS).Case studies and applications of Industry 5.0 over the last decade have been briefly summarized and analyzed with suggestions for its future *** believe that Industry 5.0 of virtual-real interactive parallel industries has great potentials and is critical for building smart *** are outlined to ensure a roadmap that would lead to a smooth transition from CPS-based Industry 4.0 to CPSS-based Industry 5.0 for a better world which is Safe in physical spaces,S ecure in cyberspaces,Sustainable in ecology,Sensitive in individual privacy and rights,Service for all,and Smartness of all.

Facing the challenge of achieving the goal of carbon neutrality,China is decoupling the currently close dependence of its economy on coal *** energy supply and demand decarbonization has substantial influence on the resilience of the coal ***,a general understanding of the precise impact of energy decarbonization on the resilience of the coal energy supply is still ***,from the perspective of network science,we propose a theoretical framework to explore the resilience of the coal market of *** show that the processes of increasing the connectivity and the competition between the coal enterprises,which are widely believed to improve the resilience of the coal market,can undermine the sustainability of the coal ***,our results reveal that the policy of closing small-sized coal mines may not only reduce the safety accidents in the coal production but also improve the resilience of the coal market *** our model,we also suggest a few practical policies for minimizing the systemic risk of the coal energy supply.

Convolutional Neural Networks are a very powerful Deep Learning structure used in image processing, object classification and segmentation. They are very robust in extracting features from data and largely used in several domains. Nonetheless, they require a large number of training datasets and relations between features get lost in the Max-pooling step, which can lead to a wrong classification. Capsule Networks(CapsNets) were introduced to overcome these limitations by extracting features and their pose using capsules instead of neurons. This technique shows an impressive performance in one-dimensional, two-dimensional and three-dimensional datasets as well as in sparse datasets. In this paper, we present an initial understanding of CapsNets, their concept, structure and learning algorithm. We introduce the progress made by CapsNets from their introduction in 2011 until 2020. We compare different CapsNets series architectures to demonstrate strengths and challenges. Finally, we quote different implementations of Capsule Networks and show their robustness in a variety of domains. This survey provides the state-of-theartof Capsule Networks and allows other researchers to get a clear view of this new field. Besides, we discuss the open issues and the promising directions of future research, which may lead to a new generation of CapsNets. © The Authors, published by EDP sciences, 2021.

In this paper,we develop a distributed solver for a group of strict(non-strict)linear matrix inequalities over a multi-agent network,where each agent only knows one inequality,and all agents co-operate to reach a consensus solution in the intersection of all the feasible *** formulation is transformed into a distributed optimization problem by introducing slack variables and consensus ***,by the primal–dual methods,a distributed algorithm is proposed with the help of projection operators and derivative ***,the convergence of the algorithm is analyzed,followed by illustrative simulations.

Multi-scale discriminative regions attention network for fine-grained vehicle classification

Fine-grained vehicle classification is a challenging task in computer vision due to the low intra-class variance. Some methods have been developed to improve the accuracy of fine-grained vehicle classification by improving the ability of discriminative features extraction, but there is still room for further improvement in the localization accuracy of vehicle discriminative regions. Based on deep convolutional neural networks, we focus on finding a more efficient structure that pays more attention to the discriminative image regions to enhance the ability of fine-grained vehicle classification. We propose a novel Multi-Scale Discriminative Regions Attention Network (MS-DRAN), which extracts feature maps through ResNet-50 backbone network and generates multi-scale feature maps by a Feature Pyramid Network (FPN). Then, MS-DRAN generates discriminative regions attention maps on the multi-scale feature maps. The attention maps from shallow layer perform pixel-level multiplication with the feature maps from deeper layer. By this way, the network gradually extracts a more discriminating feature maps for classification. We also design a multi-task loss function to associate the classification results for each scale and optimize the network parameter in training. Lastly, we validate the MS-DRAN on Stanford Cars-196 dataset and CompCars dataset and achieves 94.3% and 98.1% in accuracy, respectively. ©2021 ISSN 2414-8105 (Online).

Effect of oxygen enrichment on sintering behavior of high proportion vanadium-titanium magnesite concentrates

To achieve high-efficiency utilization of complex and unmanageable iron-containing minerals,the effects of oxygen enrichment on productivity,yield,flame front speed,exhaust gas peak temperature,and desulphurization reaction of the vanadium-titanium magnetite sintering process as well as sinter tumble index and mineralogy were clarified,with oxygen enrichment concentrations ranging from 21 to 29 vol.%.Results indicated that with increasing the oxygen enrichment concentration from 21 to 27 vol.%,the flame front speed increased from 30.3 to 40.0 mm min^(-1),the yield enhanced from 72%to 77%,and the productivity augmented from 1.83 to 2.67t m^(-2)h^(-1);in the meantime,the tumble index was improved from 73.7%to 77.9%,and the exhaust gas peak temperature rose from 376.4 to 484.8℃.The main reason for the improvement in sintering properties was the increased combustibility of fuels and the generation of proper liquid phase that improved the permeability of the packed *** improved sinter strength is mainly due to the increase in the phase fraction of silico-ferrites of calcium and *** addition,oxygen enrichment sintering could significantly increase the desulphurization level of vanadium-titanium magnetite sinter and the rate of desulphurization reaction during sintering process.

Amine modification is an effective strategy to improve the H_(2)S removal performance of *** order to avoid the problem of pore blockage after amine modification in post synthesis impregnation,herein a series of Cu-BTC modified with organic amine adsorbents were prepared via an in-situ one-pot method and the H_(2)S removal performance under ambient conditions was *** is found that the introduced organic amines,depending on the types of amine selected,have a significant influence on the growth of Cu-BTC and its textural *** H_(2)S removal performance on the as-prepared materials suggested that the amine modified samples remarkably improved the H_(2)S removal capacities with an order of BA-Cu-BTC>TEA-Cu-BTC>TEOA-Cu-BTC>*** the enlarged surface area and the increased mesopores volumes,BA has the advantages of smaller steric hindrance and-NH_(2)groups,among which the former increased the accessibility of Cu active sites while the latter acted as additional active sites for H_(2)S capturing,thus affording BA-Cu-BTC highest breakthrough capacity of 77.3 mg S/***,this study elaborates the effect of organic amines in-situ modification on the Cu-BTC structure and desulfurization.

This paper improves the concept of simulation execution validity and a methodology to assess the complex simulation system. As the complexity of the simulation system gradually rises, the magnitude of the simulation data obtained continues to increase, which makes it extremely difficult for experts to provide expert knowledge to evaluate the execution validity of the simulation system. More precisely, the essence of execution validity is to dig out the hidden relationships in the simulation time series data and complete the classification task whether it is valid. Considering that machine learning can better complete the two tasks of mining data features and classification, this paper adopts long short-term memory, a neural network used to process time series data, to evaluate the execution validity. Finally, an experiment is conducted on a simulation system, and the results show that the evaluation method based on LSTM can accurately evaluate the validity of the simulation system, and can greatly improve the efficiency of evaluation. © 2021 The Authors.

Aiming at limited communication and energy re-sources in wireless sensor networks (WSN s), this paper proposes an energy management scheme of WSNs via adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) based on event-triggered mecha-nism (ETM). The optimal control strategy obtained by iteration can schedule the sensor nodes and make the nodes switch between working and sleeping situations, thus improving the energy utilization and extending the service life of the energy-constrained WSNs. Firstly, the mathematical model of WSNs is established, and the state is estimated by extended Kalman filter (EKF) algorithm to improve the measurement accuracy. Then, ADP solves the designed value function to achieve the scheduling plan. On the premise of system stability, ETM is applied to activate the controller on demand, which can reduce communication burden and save WSNs energy consumption. Finally, the simulation experiment reveals that the proposed algorithm can reduce the unnecessary triggering times of the controller effectively while ensuring the requirements, and avoid data congestion and interaction resource waste. © 2022 IEEE.
