To improve the accuracy in the detection of diabetes-type diagnosis using Random Forest Algorithm and Support Vector Method. A dataset on diabetes was collected on ***. Support vector method analysis was performed on the data using kernel as linear, poly, and rbf with random state = 42 and test size = 0.2. The Random Forest Algorithm with n_estimators = 100 has the same accuracy as the support vector method with the kernel as rbf. When it comes to type diagnosis for a patient having diabetes, the Random Forest Algorithm and Support Vector Method with kernel rbf can be used, unlike another kernel of the Support Vector Method. Since the discovery of the role of NLRP3 in microbial infection in 2001, many studies have shown that NLRP3 play a key role in causing many mammal acute and chronic diseases. However, a full understanding of the mechanism of NLRP3 activation is still lacking. Our previous theoretical work and experimental evidence show the role of ATP in interacting with and activating the NATCH region of NLRP3. In this study, we continue to use bioinformatics and molecular dynamic (MD) simulation to evaluate the competitive impact of the interaction the ligand ATP and colchicine (COL) with this NACHT protein. The later ligand is a medication to treat gout attacks. Our results show that COL bind stably to the ATP binding pocket of mice NACHT domain with high numbers of hydrophobic and van der Waals interactions, while hydrogen bond and electrostatic interactions are important types of contact for keeping ATP at its NACHT pocket. Our results assist in building in-silico screening model for natural compounds with pharmacological effects to NLRP3 similar to colchicine with few side effects. In addition, this work helps to better understand the balance between this inflammasome activation and inhibition, which will help in the improvement and development of new therapies for related diseases. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Consensus control in multi-agent systems has received significant attention and practical implementation across various domains. However, managing consensus control under unknown dynamics remains a significant challenge for control design due to system uncertainties and environmental disturbances. This paper presents a novel learning-based distributed control law, augmented by an auxiliary dynamics. Gaussian processes are harnessed to compensate for the unknown components of the multi-agent system. For continuous enhancement in predictive performance of Gaussian process model, a data-efficient online learning strategy with a decentralized event-triggered mechanism is proposed. Furthermore, the control performance of the proposed approach is ensured via the Lyapunov theory, based on a probabilistic guarantee for prediction error bounds. To demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed learning-based controller, a comparative analysis is conducted, contrasting it with both conventional distributed control laws and offline learning methodologies. Adaptive-triggered H∞ sliding-mode optimal control for nonlinear input-limited systems

This paper concentrates on the H∞ sliding mode optimal control (SMOC) problem for nonlinear systems with mismatched inter ference and constrained input. Firstly, an adaptive-triggered strategy with respect to discontinuous control part is employed which can suppress input interference and the separated matched disturbances. Also, the system trajectories are guaranteed to converge to the sliding manifold. Moreover, the adaptive-triggered strategy is optimized to self-triggered strategy with aim to avoid the real-time measurement of triggered conditions, and the minimum time interval is obtained to keep away from Zeno phenomenon. Subsequently, the optimal H∞ control problem of sliding motion turns into a two-person ZS game issue. To derive the solutions of event-trigger HJI equation, an adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) algorithm with critic-only structure is implemented to obtain the optimal control online. Furthermore, by utilizing the Lyapunov technique, the uniformly ultimately bounded (UUB) conditions about system state and the weight estimation error are obtained. At last, simulation outcomes are analyzed to validate the effectiveness of the control strategy. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Uncontrolled intersections are important and challenging traffic scenarios for autonomous vehicles. Vehicles not only need to avoid collisions with dynamic vehicles instantaneously but also predict their behavior then make long-term decisions in reaction. To solve this problem, we propose a cooperative framework composed of a Primary Driver (PD) for motion planning and a Subordinate Driver (SD) for decision-making. SD is essentially the combination of a prediction module and a high-level behavior planner, which develops a prediction-guided strategy tree to determine the optimal action sequence. Especially, under the guidance of the prediction results, the tree branches are evaluated in security metrics, then get trimmed in action and observation space to reduce the dimensional complexity. With the assistance of SD, PD works as a collision checker and a low-level motion planner to generate a safe and smooth trajectory. We use the INTERACTION dataset to validate our method and achieve more than 90% success rate with efficiency improvement in various situations. © 2022 IEEE.

In order to make full use of the concept of model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and the collaborative design capability of the open model-based engineering environment (OpenMBEE) in establishing complex product development platform, we propose an effective method to solve the problem of unified identity authentication in OpenMBEE integration. The proposed method is based on the Model View Controller(MVC) architecture in OpenMBEE, which has the characteristics strong plasticity and can be benefit for expanding the function in the controller layer. In our research, we make full use of the Software Development Kit (SDK) of OpenMBEE to expand the existing functions in the controller layer, and increase the function of communicating with the application development platform, then realize the function of sharing user authentication information between the development platform and OpenMBEE. After expansion, the system includes three modules, including the Front-end Service Module(FSM), MQ based Information Receiving Service Module(IFRSM), and the OpenMBEE Back-end Server Module(BSM). The effectiveness of the proposed strategies is verified by some practical instances, which verifies that our study can provide an effective design idea for the identity authentication in OpenMBEE integration. ©2021 IEEE

Fermi-Energy-Sensitive Universal Conductance Fluctuations in Anisotropic Materials

Universal conductance fluctuations (UCF) are a hallmark of quantum interference in mesoscopic devices. According to the Altshuler-Lee-Stone theory, the amplitude of UCF remains independent of system parameters such as Fermi energy and disorder strength. However, recent experiments have demonstrated a significant variation in UCF with respect to Fermi energy in the anisotropic Dirac semimetal Cd3As2, suggesting a dependence on band anisotropy. In this work, we reconcile the discrepancy between theoretical predictions and experimental observations through a detailed study of UCF versus Fermi energy using a tight-binding model with tunable anisotropy parameters. Near the band edge, the Hamiltonian is simplified to an anisotropic free electron gas model, recovering the generalized Altshuler-Lee-Stone theory. However, as the Fermi energy shifts toward the band center, where rotational symmetry breaks into C4 (four-fold rotational) symmetry, the UCF amplitude deviates from the standard theory. Our findings reveal that UCF becomes increasingly sensitive to Fermi energy as the anisotropy grows stronger. Furthermore, using realistic parameters for Cd3As2, our calculations demonstrate an increase in UCF away from the Dirac point, in qualitative agreement with experimental results. The enhancement of UCF occurs in two perpendicular transport directions that we have calculated, albeit with quantitative differences in magnitude, which can be tested in future experiments. Given the prevalence of anisotropic materials and technical advances in engineering anisotropy through strain or twist, our results offer a valuable reference for characterizing intrinsic electronic properties via UCF. © 2025, CC BY.

In view of the characteristics of complex influencing factors and coupling interaction of various combat capabilities in the effectiveness evaluation of space- based information system (SIS), the effectiveness evaluation method of SIS based on improved AHP-BP neural network was proposed, which was mapped to multi-attribute decision making problem. The weight of experts was determined from the objective perspective to improve the traditional AHP and calculate the relevant influencing factors among experts. The comprehensive evaluation value is obtained according to the evaluation matrix, and the comprehensive weight of the index is obtained by the weighted average of the expert weight and the index weight. The evaluation data obtained from improved AHP and combat simulation data are used as prior samples to train BPNN to obtain the effectiveness evaluation model. Finally, sample data were obtained through MATLAB and STK co-simulation to evaluate the operational effectiveness of SIS and verify the effectiveness of the model. © 2021 IEEE.
