Carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) technology is a research hotspot worldwide owing to global climate change and warm gas control. CCUS papers from the last twenty years, derived from the Web of science database, were analyzed to investigate the impact and citation of academic papers using machine learning methods. Firstly, nine author characteristics, keywords, and three other categories were extracted from the literature. Then, the natural logarithm distribution of the annual average number of citations was obtained, and five evaluation grades were decided based on the citations. Next, the keyword evolution of papers in the CCUS field is analyzed, and a model on the keyword evolution trend index is proposed. Data integration and imbalance processing were conducted after random sampling. A citation prediction model was proposed to evaluate the quality of CCUS academic papers and was verified on the recent five years' CCUS papers by comparing it with nine other mainstream machine learning models. The results indicate that the random forest model exhibits the best performance, with an accuracy rate reaching 88.7%;an ablation experiment was also conducted using the same algorithm. The results prove the effectiveness of our proposed method, shedding light on the quality of academic papers and technology development in CCUS. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper investigates the recursive filtering (RF) problem for stochastic multi-rate (MR) systems, where the information transmission is regulated by an improved weighted try-once-discard protocol (IWTODP). In order to reduce communication overhead and mitigate network congestion, the IWTODP is firstly proposed and designed to schedule the order of data transmission from the sensors. The main objective of this paper is to design a new RF scheme to minimize the upper bound (UB) on the filtering error (FE) covariance in each iteration step in the presence of IWTODP and MR sampling. In particular, an iterative way is given to provide the expression form of the gain of RF. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed RF method is illustrated through simulation example.

In this paper,we focus on the tracking performance(TP) limitations of networked control systems(NCS s).The control system considered is a multi-input and multi-output(MIMO) discrete-time network control system with time delay,channel noise,packet dropouts,and logarithmic quantization communication *** modeling the channel,we assumed the channel noise to be additive white Gaussian noise(AWGN) and used a binary random process to model packet dropouts and a logarithmic quantizer to model the quantization *** explicit expression of the TP limitations of NCSs utilizing the two-degree-of-freedom(TDOF) controller is then derived using the frequency-domain approach,coprime decomposition,and Youla parameterization *** results show that the essential characteristics of the plant(locations and directions of nonminimum phase zeros and unstable poles) and network constraints(time delay,packet dropouts,quantization,and noise power spectral density) are closely related to the TP limitations.

An Ensemble Classifier Based on Selective Independent Component Analysis of DNA Microarray Data

Our study tried to deal with a gene expression problem from the view of factor analysis. In order to overcome the instability problem caused by using traditional Independent component analysis (ICA), an ensemble classifier of DNA microarray data based on a selective ICA method was proposed. At first, we analyzed the reconstruction error of each gene and selected a subset of independent components, which contributed relatively small reconstruction errors, to reconstruct new samples. After that, several Support vector machine (SVM) sub-classifiers were trained simultaneously. Finally, the best SVM sub-classifiers with high correct rates were selected to participate in the ensemble, using a majority voting method. Results on three publicly available DNA microarray datasets show the feasibility and validity of our proposed method.

To address the problem of aeroengine PID parameter optimization and tuning, this work employs the excellent performance of the sparrow search algorithm (SSA) with high convergence accuracy and fast convergence speed to propose a self-tuning PID control method (SSA-PID) for aeroengine parameters. Considering that the oil supply output by the actuator may have a substantial overshoot, the proposed technique adds a penalty mechanism for the overshoot at the output, designs and improves the fitness function weighted by performance indicators, and effectively avoids the possible excessive overshoot and sharp oil supply phenomenon of the engine oil supply. The SSA-PID simulates and verifies the mathematical models of the turbofan engine ' s steady-state operating points on the ground and at high altitudes. The results show that the SSA-PID control method has better parameter tuning and optimization effects, a faster speed step response, and generates a fuel supply that does not have a large overshoot, thereby proving its effectiveness and feasibility. © 2021 IEEE

This paper discusses the design problem of recursive filtering method for time-varying nonlinear delayed systems(NDSs) with stochastic parameter matrices(SPMs) and censored *** particular,the Tobit Type Ⅰ model provides a description of the censored *** main objective of this paper is to construct a recursive filter for NDSs with both SPMs and censored *** upper bound of the filtering error covariance is first calculated via mathematical induction,and the upper bound is then minimized by choosing proper filter ***,a sufficient condition is provided to guarantee that the filtering error is uniformly bounded in the mean-square ***,the viability and applicability of the proposed filterin g method are demonstrated using a numerical simulation.
