We study the dynamical energy equipartition properties in the integrable Toda model with additional uniform or disordered on-site energies by extensive numerical simulations. The total energy is initially equidistributed among some of the lowest frequency linear modes. For the Toda model with uniform on-site potentials, the energy spectrum keeps its profile nearly unchanged in a relatively short time scale. On a much longer time scale, the energies of tail modes increase slowly with time. Energy equipartition is far away from being attached in our studied time scale. For the Toda model with disordered on-site potentials, the energy transfers continuously to the high frequency modes and eventually towards energy equipartition. We further perform a systematic study of the equipartition time teq depending on the energy density ε and the nonlinear parameter α in the thermodynamic limit for the Toda model with disordered on-site potentials. We find teq∝ (1/ε)^a(1/α)^b, where b≈ 2a. The values of a and b are increased when increasing the strengths of disordered on-site potentials or decreasing the number of initially excited modes.

This paper mainly revolves the time-frequency image of low probability of intercept(LPI) radar signals and carries out research work on image features selection and extraction and recognition. Since Choi-Williams distribution(CWD) uses the exponential kernel of bilinear generalized class of time-frequency distribution, it has an excellent time-frequency aggregation. And it is suitable for detecting LPI radar signals in a low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) condition. A radial integration method based on the integral rotating factor is proposed to detect LPI radar signals when the signals' time-frequency image is obtained. First, the digital image processing method is used to preprocess the LPI radar signals' time-frequency images after CWD transformation; then, the radial integration method based on the integral rotating factor is used to detect LPI radar signals in the binary images. The analytic results of real data show that the method has a good performance on detecting LPI radar signals in a low SNR condition. Additionally,the method is simple and takes less logic resources and has the potential of real-time detection of LPI radar signals.

There are many uncertainties in multiple-attribute decision making problems so that the reliability and correctness of decision making results depend on the scientifically and reasonably confirmation of attribute weights. Combination assigning method based on optimal eigenvectors which uses multi-objective optimization to integrate subjective and objective weightings was presented in the study so that the limitations of both subjective assigning method and objective assigning method have been overcome. In the test and evaluation of operation, the test benefits may be greatly reduced because no useful conclusions may be obtained from test data due to missing or incompleteness of test information records. Based on the characteristics of gun firing and by separating firing errors, this paper proposes an idea using for analyzing firing accuracy in case of incomplete test data records, establishes a method for analyzing chi-square distribution-based firing accuracy data, and conducts test data analysis on test data of a certain type of weapon. The effectiveness of this method is proven by analysis results which have offered effective method for conducting test data analysis.
