In the test and evaluation of operation, the test benefits may be greatly reduced because no useful conclusions may be obtained from test data due to missing or incompleteness of test information records. Based on the characteristics of gun firing and by separating firing errors, this paper proposes an idea using for analyzing firing accuracy in case of incomplete test data records, establishes a method for analyzing chi-square distribution-based firing accuracy data, and conducts test data analysis on test data of a certain type of weapon. The effectiveness of this method is proven by analysis results which have offered effective method for conducting test data analysis.

Under the background of the system of systems(Sos) confrontation of army weapon, owing to being enclosed in the sealed fighting subsystem, and the effectiveness matrix is degrading, so the effectiveness equivalent on the varieties of the weapon in the system of systems cannot be conducted for many years as a difficult problem in the field of assessment on the effectiveness of weapon systems. The principle of multiple effectiveness equivalent aiming at expanding the traditional effectiveness equivalent theory was presented, filling in gap existing in the original theory, and satisfactorily realized the effectiveness equivalent of varieties of main weapon systems in army's weapon system of systems, which is an important breakthrough and innovation in the study on assessment of effectiveness of weapon systems, enjoying broad utilization prospect.

Module division is the basis for product modularization. The rationality of the product module division directly affects the function, performance, development time, cost, general degree of module, convenience of maintenance and so on. A module partition method has been proposed based on the interface relationship of Pros and Cons. It parted the module using fuzzy theory, based on the qualitative hierarchy decomposition of the function, considering the interface depending factors of the parts at the same time in this method. And it introduced "information entropy" concept to evaluate the different module partition schemes, then choose the best module partition scheme. Finally, an example validated the method.

Warfare simulation Environment for Army Weapon and Equipment systems(WSAWES) provide a tactically robust environment for simulation experiments. The science and technology on Complex landsystemssimulationlaboratory has now developed a tactical communication effects federate(TCEF) integrated with Qual Net to model tactical communications systems and networks. TCEF interacts with WSAWES's CGF that creates a constructive force-on-force simulation environment where communications are modeled by the TCEF and behaviors are modeled by the CGF. As the TCEF is already being integrated into distributed experiments in ghost mode, the TCEF services effort appears to be promising in meeting the stated goals, such as analysis for the connectivity and delay.

The transition trajectory guidance technology for a conceptual space-based missile is studied in this paper. Firstly the conception of using a missile striking from space is described. For the extraatmospheric flight phase, the time-fixed orbital transfer theory is utilized to determine braking position and braking velocity. And then a finite thrust guidance approach with gravity anomaly compensation by virtual reentry position prediction is presented to eliminate planning error. Finally, the performance of the proposed guidance approach is verified and analyzed by computer simulation.
