The magnetoelectric sensor can solve the problem of acceleration sensor signal adhesion when a large aspect ratio warhead penetrates a multi-layer protective structure at high speed to certain extent, but no missile-borne acquisition and storage system suitable for this sensor has been found. Therefore, this paper designed a magnetoelectric sensor missile-borne acquisition and storage system, which used GD32E230K8T6 as the main control chip, used the on-chip SAR-ADC to realize the analog-to-digital conversion, and used a resistor network to realize the in-phase attenuation linear transformation for the signal. The data was stored in a 256Kbit FRAM with a sampling rate of more than 100kHz and a sampling accuracy of 12bit. The test result showed that the prototype accomplished the acquisition task and the storage task, and had power-off protection with 330ms working time after power-off. The prototype can meet the requirements of missile-borne acquisition and storage. © 2024 IEEE.

Facing the background of proximity detection applications, this paper proposes an optimisation method based on pixel decomposition to improve the detection performance in view of the strong dark current and blind pixel rate problems brought by the increase of pixel size. By establishing the linear array infrared detection model, the influence of pixel size on detector system dynamic range, noise equivalent temperature difference, spatial resolution and other performance parameters is obtained. Based on the idea of pixel decomposition, a suitable resolution is chosen to decompose a large-size pixel, and the photoelectric conversion process of each sub-pixel is equated. The simulation verifies that the proposed optimisation method of the pixel decomposition improves the detection signal-to-noise ratio. © 2024 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

This paper used Ls-Dyna to simulate the measurement process of the differential probe in the time-domain transient magnetic field, then figure out the displacement-time and velocity-time data measured by the differential probes. There is a variation in the equivalent measurement position of the differential probes by comparing the displacement data of the probes with the corresponding simulation values. From the simulation results. In the previous phase of the armature acceleration, the probe displacement deviates significantly from the simulated value;with the increase of the armature velocity, this value fluctuates;at the telophase of acceleration, the displacement difference is negligible. The equivalent displacement deviation of the corresponding simulation value shows positive and negative fluctuations based on the displacement difference of adjacent probes. Excluding extreme cases, the absolute value of the deviation is within 5%;at the acceleration telophase, it is within 2%. This deviation makes the output of the differential probes inaccurate in the time domain, which is significant for the related experiments when measuring the transient information of the armature motion in the electromagnetic launch by the differential probe. © 2023, Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Abstract. The propagation attenuation law of elastic waves generated by rock mass fractures in strata is of great significance in explaining engineering problems, such as rock bursts. In this study, a wave velocity model was established based on the actual stratum conditions of the Jining No.2 coal mine in China. The propagation process of different types of elastic waves is simulated using the elastic wave equation and finite difference method. The attenuation coefficients of various elastic wave parameters propagating at different positions were calculated. Based on the calculated results, an attenuation equation for the elastic wave energy is proposed. The results show that the propagation of S-waves and P-waves in strata is similar to each other, and wave pattern transformation occurs at the interface of the strata. The magmatic rocks played a role in channeling and reflecting elastic wave propagation, leading to the occurrence of low-energy aftershocks in the coal seams. The peak displacement, peak stress, and energy density of the elastic wave that propagated to the coal seam after the siltstone layer fracture of the roof of the 3down coal seam decreased to 28%, 25%, and 9% of the source, respectively. The attenuation of elastic wave energy is highly correlated with the propagation distance, and the attenuation equation can be represented as an exponential function. These results are of great significance for revealing the propagation attenuation process of elastic waves in the stratum. © 2025 Techno-Press, Ltd.

After the ground extraction algorithm, there are multiple objects, including the target in the non-ground point cloud. To effectively extract the features of individual objects and overcome the dependence of the traditional algorithm based on the normal vector and curvature of the region growing point cloud segmentation method on the initial point, the normal vector angle in the neighborhood, and the curvature threshold selection. In this paper, we propose a fast clustering segmentation method for region-growing point clouds based on neighborhood density. The test results show that the point cloud segmentation algorithm proposed in this paper has better performance than the traditional Euclidean clustering point cloud segmentation algorithm and region growing point cloud segmentation algorithm in terms of timeliness and correct segmentation rate. This new segmentation clustering algorithm can quickly implement automatic point cloud clustering segmentation of ground objects. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In order to solve the problem of poor noise suppression effect and long processing time of FM signal under the condition of low SNR by traditional preprocessing methods, a signal preprocessing method based on low-order cyclic statistics and WVD distribution is proposed. The method firstly calculates the cyclic mean value of incoming wave signal, and then transforms the incoming wave signal domain through IFFT algorithm with variable points. Finally, the time-frequency ridge of the FM signal is obtained by WVD time-frequency analysis, and the binary image transformation is carried out. Through simulation analysis, the time-frequency preprocessing method proposed in this paper can greatly reduce the calculation amount and improve the real-time performance while retaining the accuracy of time-frequency features, and provide effective support for subsequent sorting identification and parameter estimation. © 2023 IEEE.

Array frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar is widely used across various platforms to estimate the range and angle of targets using large bandwidth and array angle measurement technology. However, limited platform space and antenna aperture can make obtaining high-precision angle estimations challenging. To address this, a range-angle estimation algorithm based on spatial and temporal sparse extending is proposed. The algorithm extends the array using a nested array in the spatial domain and a sparse virtual array sampled at different locations through platform movement in the temporal domain. The resulting spatial-temporal extended array is equivalent to a large aperture virtual uniform linear array, improving the angle resolution through difference and spatial smoothing processing. By making full use of spatial and temporal information, this method achieves high-precision angle estimation with fewer array elements. © 2023 SPIE.

Point cloud data has received extensive attention in the field of target recognition and target tracking due to its rich target information, and point cloud registration is one of the basic tasks in point cloud applications. Aiming at the problem that the feature descriptor in the traditional registration algorithm is complicated to calculate and cannot sufficiently describe the features of the point cloud, this paper proposes a local feature descriptor that integrates the local normal vector angle features, projection distance features, and distribution density features of the point cloud. The feature similarity is introduced to determine the corresponding point pairs between the template point cloud and the target point cloud, and the point cloud registration task is completed based on local feature matching. Experiments show that the feature descriptor in this paper is simple to calculate and can sufficiently describe the local features of the point cloud, a good correspondence between points can be established based on the feature descriptor, and the algorithm has good robustness. The registration algorithm proposed in this paper can provide a reference for the fields of target recognition and target pose estimation, etc. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

As a key device of micro-optical electromechanical system technology, silicon-based MEMS optical switches have become a frontier research hotspot in the current world of science and technology development. The mechanical analysis and structural design of sidewall reflective optical switch is straightforward. However the high roughness of the sidewall limits the application of MEMS sidewall reflective optical switches. This study proposes an effective method to process the sidewall surface by using focused ion beam (FIB) etching. The effect of FIB etching on an Si sidewall surface was experimentally investigated. The surface roughness of the sidewall mirror was improved from 126 nm to 5 nm. The improvement in FIB etching for a MEMS sidewall reflective optical switch was demonstrated. The output power of the MEMS sidewall reflective optical switch has been increased by more than 300%. We believe this work is significant for high precision processing for sidewall reflective optical switches, promoting the application in the research fields of optical engineering, microfluidics, instrumentation and so forth. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

To improve the real-time performance of radiation source signal time-frequency analysis, a fast radiation source signal time-frequency feature extraction method based on low-order cyclic statistics and Choi-Williams transform is proposed. First, the low-order cyclic statistics of the radiation source signal are calculated. Second, the IFFT is used to recover the cyclic domain signal, and the number of sampling points of the radiation source signal is adaptively controlled by the cyclic mean and IFFT point number. Finally, the recovered signal is used for CWD time-frequency analysis. In order to highlight the time-frequency image features, the geometric features of the signal modulation type are extracted using binary image transformation. Simulation analysis shows that the proposed time-frequency preprocessing method can significantly reduce the computational complexity while maintaining the accuracy of time-frequency features and improving real-time performance, providing effective support for subsequent sorting and recognition and parameter estimation work. © 2023 SPIE.
