Methods on multiple configuration sensor is an important theme in this domain. In order to break through the bottleneck of more than a majority to configure the system to achieve continuous transformation areas, the impact of the system close to the theoretical limit and configuration flexibility. Theory is studied based on the theory of Gaussian optical system error distribution and comprehensive balancing algorithm; Established the choose big type staring FPA detector, and adopt continuous design and diffraction technology advanced pure transmission type configurations; Global optimization method, developed at the top of such a system design thought and the optimization model. Results solved the wide spectrum, field, low distortion and MTF matching problem, research and evaluate the other aspects and so on as qualitative criterion to achieve application requirements.

Distributed radar network systems can provide significant performance improvement for target tracking. For a fixed radar network, the achievable target tracking performance may beyond a specified threshold with full transmitting energy, which poses a serious risk to radar network and increases the vulnerability of the whole system in modern electronic warfare. In this paper, the problem of low probability of intercept (LPI) based resource management for target tracking in distributed radar network architecture is investigated. The authors' goal is to trade off the LPI performance and the target tracking accuracy. With the radar network system model, an optimal resource management scheme is presented to minimize the overall resource burden by optimizing time of the measurement and transmitting energy while guaranteeing a required level of target tracking performance. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can effectively achieve the optimal solution and bring a significantly improved LPI performance in practical scenarios.

The paper introduces a high-frame-rate and high-resolution image acquisition system with DVI Interface, which uses the CMOS image sensor of 2.3 million pixels as the light-sensitive chip and a high-performance FPGA as the main processor. In order to get better image quality and correct the unrealistic color, the image preprocessing is implemented based on FPGA, including color space conversion and auto white balance. Firstly, RGB color space is conversed to YCbCr color space. Then a novel auto white balance algorithm is proposed to correct the unrealistic color iteratively. The experiment results show that the color space conversion greatly simplifies the design process with four DSP48E units. And the novel auto white balance algorithm improves the precision of channel gains.

The image segmentation difficulties of small objects which are much smaller than their background often occur in target detection and recognition. The existing threshold segmentation methods almost fail under the circumstances. Thus, a threshold selection method is proposed on the basis of area difference between background and object and intra-class variance. The threshold selection formulae based on one-dimensional (1-D) histogram, two-dimensional (2-D) histogram vertical segmentation and 2-D histogram oblique segmentation are given. A fast recursive algorithm of threshold selection in 2-D histogram oblique segmentation is derived. The segmented images and processing time of the proposed method are given in experiments. It is compared with some fast algorithms, such as Otsu, maximum entropy and Fisher threshold selection methods. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively segment the small object images and has better anti-noise property.
