With the rapid development of multi-aircraft network combat, a new demand for sensor management system is raised. This paper proposes a novel architecture of task-oriented multi-aircraft sensor management system, which is based on multi-agent. According to requirements of multi-aircraft network combat, function division, module definition and mutual information of the architecture is given. A preliminary simulation is carried out to verify the feasibility of the architecture. Driven by missions, this architecture has characteristics of excellent openness and adaptability.

For improving the platform tracking performance, the ground target tracking fusion based on platform-level multi-source heterogeneous sensors was studied. The association of the target's state information was built using gray algorithms, and then the results were further tested by the recognition confidence of target type using evidence theory. Additionally, with assistance of road information, the ground target tracking model sets and filter are designed for the tracking. The effectiveness of the algorithm was verified by simulation.

To deal with the problem of ballistic reentry target trajectory tracking, a novel particle filter algorithm is proposed to mitigate the particle degeneracy. It can eliminate the inefficient particles by judging the degree of particle degradation at each time and generates new particles based on the estimation state values and their covariance according to the degeneracy ratio of particles. Compared with Standard Particle Filter (SPF) algorithm and Unscented Particle Filter (UPF) algorithm, simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve better tracking performance with lower computational burden for the trajectory reentry target tracking model. Especially in the case of ballistic target maneuver, the performance stability of the proposed algorithm is even more significant.

There are three major contributions. Firstly, applied study on the theory and experiment of single photon detection, including the project and experiment of quantum key distribution. Secondly, based on methods of the selection of detector, main photo electronic system configuration, design and creation, along with the relationship between these to system characteristics have been studied. Thirdly, based on the considerations on the research of image sensor systems on single photon detection, and the total system characteristics are evaluated and discussed in quantity. The results of simulation experiments and theory analyzing demonstrate that proposed method could advance the system validity effectively, and theory analysis and experiment shows the method is reasonable and efficient.
