The magnetic field signal induced by the submarine will be captured and located by the airborne magnetic probe. In order to improve the survival rate of submarine after being located, a decoy based on the combination of multiple magnets was designed. The decoy is composed of several solenoid coils, which are arranged linearly among different solenoid coils. The rotation Angle, equivalent current and distance between magnets of each solenoid coil are optimized by genetic algorithm. The simulation results show that the degree of fitting between the decoy and the vertical component of the magnetic field of the submarine at a height of 15m reaches 71.6%, and the total length of the control decoy is less than 7m, which has a certain engineering practical value. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper investigates the formation tracking stabilization problem for fixed-wing UAVs with planar motion under a directed graph. Assuming that the constant reference position and heading is only available to a subset of followers, a specified-time distributed estimator is designed to obtain the constant configuration of the leader for each follower. Utilizing the estimated desired configuration and defined formation shape, the saturated linear speed and angular speed inputs are designed, respectively. The novelty of this paper lies in the realization of the required pose formation tracking stabilization shape under the condition that the designed linear speed remains positive for all time. Finally, the feasibility of the designed formation tracking stabilization control law is illustrated by the numerical simulation. © 2022 IEEE.

In modern aviation systems, the helmet sight (HMS) assists the pilot to cooperate with the warplane to quickly complete the target tracking and aiming, and the helmet pose measurement is the core technology of the helmet sight. Since the helmet pose measurement technology involved in aviation safety, this technology is kept confidential at home and abroad, and there is a lack of open source helmet data set and high-precision helmet posture measurement algorithm. For this purpose, this paper produced the first helmet dataset, Helment 8K, and proposed the CSPDarkNet-Ht helmet pose measurement algorithm based on feature learning. The target is to form the helmet dataset image on the helmet model according to the unique feature points of the helmet model design. Helment 8K data set is made by building a helmet model with 3dmax and then rendering 8282 helmet images at different angles with targets. The CSPDarkNet-Ht algorithm divides the yaw angle and pitch angle of the helmet pose angle into two sub-tasks for classification and regression. Firstly, The algorithm uses CSPDarkNet to extract the low, medium and high semantic information of the target features for the backbone network. Then, different semantic feature layers are classified from different angles and regression of the highest semantic feature layer is performed to obtain the predicted pose angles. Finally, the loss function was optimized to include the cross-entropy loss of the five coarse and fine categories as the total loss. Moreover, the average absolute error of the angular prediction on the Helment 8K dataset is 0.5, and the prediction accuracy is 91.09% within 1 degree error, which is consistent with the accurate measurement of the helmet pose. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper studies the impact angle control guidance problem with general field-of-view (FOV) constraints for a moving target. Firstly, the control Lyapunov function (CLF) is constructed based on the state-dependent Riccati equation (SDRE) technique, and a nominal controller is designed to intercept the moving target at the desired impact angle without FOV constraints. The control barrier functions (CBFs) are designed according to the FOV constraints. Secondly, the CLF that guarantees stability is combined with the CBFs that guarantee forward invariance of the constraint sets. The minimum modification framework is used to numerically solve the guidance command through quadratic programming to ensure that the look angle of the missile always remains within the constraint interval during the interception process. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed guidance law is verified by numerical examples. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Currently, airborne multispectral cameras, represented by developed countries such as the United States and Israel, have been applied. Airborne multispectral detection technology is affected by long-distance and strong interference, and the obtained multispectral images are different from existing near-field research results in feature recognition, which poses direct application difficulties. This paper studies the limitations of airborne multispectral imaging detection and relevant multispectral image processing and reconstruction algorithms, then introduce a device to get target/background spectral characteristics, and finally the target material feature recognition method. © 2023 SPIE.

Small object detection algorithm is always a difficult research topic in remote sensing images. A remote sensing image object detection algorithm which is based on receptive field enhancement is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the backbone network is the SSD net. In order to form the feature map pyramid, the receptive field enhanced convolution module is added in feature extraction. Then, the feature maps of the low-level and the high-level are spliced, so he output feature map retains the rich context information. Because it contains the information in the low-level feature map and the high-level feature map, which are location information and semantic information, respectively. Finally, based on the idea of dilated convolution, the receptive field enhancement module is designed to make the receptive field of the feature map larger. And the feature information is filtered to reduce the aliasing effect when the feature map is spliced. After the experimental result on remote sensing image dataset NWPU vhr-10, the average detection accuracy of the algorithm is 90%, which improves the object detection accuracy, especially the detection accuracy of the small objects. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Knowledge distillation is a kind of model compression methods. It improves the performance of "student" networks by transferring the knowledge of "teacher" to "student". However, due to the huge gap between "teacher" and "student" in knowledge representation capabilities, directly minimizing the difference between them to transfer the knowledge will lead to the convergence issue. To this end, this paper proposes a novel framework of knowledge distillation. By sharing the weights of "teacher" and "student" in fully connected layers, we reduce the challenge of knowledge transfer. Furthermore, we propose a novel training strategy to improve the performance of low-bit quantization networks based on our distillation framework called distillation for low-bit quantization (DLBQ). The experimental results show that our methods can achieve significant improvement across different tasks. For instance, ResNet-20 gains 1.81% improvement on Cifar10 dataset. ResNet-56 shows 3.36% improvement on Cifar100 dataset and even exhibits 1.72% performance improvement than"teacher" network. Additionally, as for the improvements of quantization performance, ResNet-20 gain 1.25% improvement with ternary weights on Cifar10, and ResNet-110 manifects 3.22% improvement with binary weights on Cifar100 dataset. © 2021 IEEE

The heterostructure consisting of zinc oxide and reduced graphene oxide (ZnO/rGO/ZnO) is prepared on cotton fabric by repeated immersion and magnetron sputtering. In addition, the gas selectivity of the sample is analyzed based on I-V characteristics under different gas atmospheres (air, methanal, ethanol, acetone and toluene). Compare with that in air atmosphere, the I-V characteristic curve under toluene gas atmosphere changes significantly, and the current decreased significantly. The experimental results show that the samples exhibit high selectivity. In order to study the intrinsic physical characteristics of the heterostructure after gas adsorption, the band structures, density of states (DOS), adsorption energy (Ead) and charge density difference (CDD) are calculated based on density function theory (DFT). The existence of rGO results in a high electrical conductivity, which is consistent with the experimental results. Meanwhile, toluene has the highest Ead (-0.85 eV) and charge transfer (0.67 e). The charge transfer results prove that a large number of electrons are transferred from the surface of the heterostructure to the vicinity of toluene molecules, which leads to a change in the electrical conductivity of the heterostructure. Based on the excellent gas selectivity, the application of cotton-based ZnO/rGO/ZnO structure in gas sensing field is promoted. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

A radio-frequency (RF) simulation method for UAV-borne imaging radar for moving ships at the sea-surface is proposed, which mainly solves the RF radar echo simulation problem for moving target at sea-surface. Based on the electromagnetic (EM) scattering model of sea-surface and ship target, the time-varying sea-surface scattering echo and moving ship target scattering echo are established respectively. Then, the scattering echo of a composite scene consisting of sea-surface background and ship-target is obtained by vector summation. Finally, the RF simulation system based on microwave anechoic chamber is constructed, and the simulation tests are carried out. Radar sensors are important detection and tracking equipment in national defense work. There are multiple targets in actual combat scenarios. It is necessary to quickly and accurately capture suspicious targets in the reconnaissance area and track them in real time. Complex electromagnetic interference conditions and multi-target tracking requirements pose a great challenge to track correlation. This paper establishes a multi-target maneuver scenario and uses a joint probabilistic data interconnection algorithm based on interactive multi-model (IMM) to perform multi-target tracking. Correlation tracking, simulation results show that the algorithm is used to correlate the target maneuver and measurement information with good accuracy. Interactive multi-model filtering can mix the estimation results of each filter to generate a fused state estimation result. The description of the model is more accurate, which improves the tracking accuracy and tracking stability of the algorithm. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
