In this paper, a rendezvous parameter inversion method based on one-dimensional convolutional neural network is proposed by using near-field rendezvous echo data. The simulated near-field rendezvous echo data of typical targets are preprocessed and data enhanced to form a training set. A one-dimensional convolutional neural network for inversion of rendezvous parameters is designed and trained. The influence of different network structures on the accuracy of inversion parameters is analyzed. The results show that the inversion method based on near-field echo characteristics has good robustness and accuracy.

In this study, active vibration robust control based on the mutual collaboration of agents under fault tolerance for large flexible smart truss structures (LFSTS) is investigated. First, the electromechanical coupling dynamic equation of the active truss is analyzed based on the finite element method. Subsequently, the positive position feedback (PPF) and consensus positive position feedback (CPPF) algorithms are compared, analyzing the reduction of the vibration relying on the optimal PZT stack actuator's position when agents collaborate in the designed communication topology network. Finally, simulations considering agent failure are performed to verify the fault tolerance and robustness of the active vibration control system. Compared with free vibration and PPF method, the results show that CPPF exhibits robust performance in rapidly suppressing the vibration of the LFSTS, which considerably enhances system reliability and improves pointing accuracy.

As the main product of fuze equipment, radio fuze has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability and high precision. In the face of increasingly complex battlefield environment, radio fuze is more and more susceptible to environmental interference, which makes the explosion point walk larger and lose the best damage effect. The fuze needs to be able to actively identify the environment and make decisions. Like the dense jungle at the end of the trajectory would interfere with fuze control of the blast site. To further address the issues raised by this situation,this paper analyzes the Michigan microwave vegetation scattering model and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the fuze platform. The echo model of leaf cluster based on pendulum model is proposed, and the echo micro-Doppler characteristics of different blade sizes are simulated. The characteristics of the two methods are summarized, which lays a foundation for further analysis of fuze echo signal. © 2022 SPIE.

In order to solve the power supply problem of the fuze on the small-caliber projectile and improve the reliability of the fuze power supply, a miniaturized fuze turbine permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) is designed in this paper, which is a physical power supply driven by wind. In order to improve the electromagnetic performance of the design schemes, this paper proposes a methodology based on dimensional parameters optimization, optimizes the design parameters based on the Rotational Motor Expert (RMxprt) module, and then conducts electromagnetic performance analysis based on the Maxwell 2D module. Finally, according to the performance parameters, the scheme with 6-pole 9-slot mode is selected among the two schemes with different pole-to-slot ratio, its load line voltage is 21.53 V, and the rated load output power is 47.15 W, which meets the design requirements. © 2023 IEEE.

Repeater jamming suppression method for pulse Doppler fuze based on identity recognition and chaotic encryption

Pulse Doppler(PD) fuze is widely used in current battlefield. However, with the threat of repeater jamming, especially digital radio frequency memory technology, the deficiency in the anti-repeater jamming of a traditional PD fuze increasingly emerges. Therefore, a repeater jamming suppression method for a PD fuze based on identity(ID) recognition and chaotic encryption is proposed. Every fuze has its own ID which is encrypted with different chaotic binary sequences in every pulse period of the transmitted signal. The thumbtack-shaped ambiguity function shows a good resolution and distance cutoff characteristic. The ability of anti-repeater jamming is emphatically analyzed, and the results at different signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) show a strong anti-repeater jamming ability and range resolution that the proposed method possesses. Furthermore, the anti-repeater jamming ability is influenced by processing gain, bit error rate(BER) and correlation function. The simulation result validates the theoretical analysis, it shows the proposed method can significantly improve the anti-repeater jamming ability of a PD fuze.

A novel DOA estimation algorithm using directional antennas in cylindrical conformal arrays

In this paper, a novel direction of arrival(DOA) estimation algorithm using directional antennas in cylindrical conformal arrays(CCAs) is proposed. To eliminate the shadow effect, we divide the CCAs into several subarrays to obtain the complete output vector. Considering the anisotropic radiation pattern of a CCA, which cannot be separated from the manifold matrix, an improved interpolation method is investigated to transform the directional subarray into omnidirectional virtual nested arrays without non-orthogonal perturbation on the noise vector. Then, the cross-correlation matrix(CCM) of the subarrays is used to generate the consecutive co-arrays without redundant elements and eliminate the noise vector. Finally, the full-rank equivalent covariance matrix is constructed using the output of co-arrays,and the unitary estimation of the signal parameters via rotational invariance techniques(ESPRIT) is performed on the equivalent covariance matrix to estimate the DOAs with low computational complexity. Numerical simulations verify the superior performance of the proposed algorithm, especially under a low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) environment.

In view of the insufficient applicability of the current engineer laser short-range sea surface scattering echo related calculation model, it is impossible to effectively evaluate the performance of the system under different conditions, the simulated wave pool environment is used to obtain the detection system at a fixed height and attitude. Data has limitations such as limited sample points and high funding. This paper proposes a sea surface scattering echo model based on three-point sliding window function statistics. By discretizing the sampling of the wave cross section and obtaining the slope statistics under different intersection conditions, the ray tracing method and the slope value are used to determine the effective surface element. The statistical value of the detection probability and the value of the SNR interval under different sea conditions and attitude angles are obtained by simulation, this provides adaptability assessment and related technical index reference for laser short-range sea surface detection. © 2021 IEEE.

In view of the way that radio fuse probe target for echo information with dynamic scanning detection in the scene of near-field, this paper designed an experiment of the application scheme, which the scheme used radar to image electromagnetic scattering from a target of interest, the complex echo signals in the detection results were divided according to the time series and the RCS mean value of the corresponding region was calibrated, thus the time-resolved/part-resolved target information can be used in the design and verification of near-field detector, providing a new method for the application of target characteristic information in the process of short-range dynamic detection. © 2021 IEEE.

Randomly generating the initial weights and thresholds of the neural network will bring uncertainty to the network. We used genetic algorithms to optimize the initial weights and thresholds of the neural network. However, the genetic algorithm may have the problem of premature population maturity during its operation, that is, the algorithm has converged before reaching the global optimal solution. To this end, the immune genetic algorithm is used to optimize the initial weights and thresholds of the neural network to avoid premature maturity of the population. A binary classification problem model is established. From the simulation training results, the use of immune genetic algorithm to optimize the BP neural network can more effectively prevent the network from falling into a local minimum during training, improve the network convergence speed, and complete it more accurately and stably Two classification problems. © 2021 IEEE.

The RCS of the almond model which was affected by the change from electromagnetic parameters (ϵ and mu) of the absorbing patch was researched, and the moment method was utilized. The varepsilon andμ of the absorbing patch can be measured and the values were assumed to vary with equal difference in the interval of 5%30%, the measured values of varepsilon and mu worked as variable which were used to calculate the RCS of the almond model with the different varepsilon and mu of the patch. Here, two almond model RCS were obtained, one is circumferential RCS which generated by the gradient of varepsilon and mu of absorbing patch, and the other Radar Cross-Section (RCS) generated by the known electromagnetic parameter measurements. Comparing the two RCS mentioned above, the calculated results show that for the HH polarization, the undulation values of the almond model RCS vary within 0.4dB when the real part of varepsilon and mu of the absorbing patch vary within 5%-30% at 10GHz, and for the VV polarization, the undulation values changes within 2.5 dB, Moreover, the polar differences of both polarizations decrease with the increase of the real part of the varepsilon and mu, in both polarization modes, the polar RCS is sensitive to the variation of varepsilon and mu, and the VV polarization is much more sensitive than the HH polarization. © 2021 IEEE.
