Aiming at the problem of low efficiency in optimizing the H-type piezoelectric actuator with the "trial method", this article uses a program written in the APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language) to optimize the structure of the piezoelectric actuator. First, a parametric finite element model is established based on the initial data values of the mover structure. Modal analysis and sensitivity analysis are performed to determine the design variables. Then, the objective function is determined based on the frequency consistency of the two-phase working modes. Finally, based on the optimization tool proposed in this paper, the structure of the H-type piezoelectric actuator is optimized. The optimization results show that the optimization program based on APDL can achieve the optimal design requirements of the H-type piezoelectric actuator and shorten the time required for structural optimization design. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

During the working process of the fuze insurance institution, the metal coil spring as a resistance element may cause failure due to fatigue fracture and stress creep relaxation, thereby affecting the reliability and stability of the fuze safety system. To solve this problem, a kind of variable stiffness spring with negative stiffness characteristic is proposed in this paper, which is composed of two magnets. This spring has the advantages of simple structure and rich stiffness characteristics. It is used in fuze recoil insurance institutions to meet the requirements of fuze security system service handling security and reliable release of insurance at launch, providing new features for improving the performance of fuze insurance institutions Technical approach. © 2020 IEEE.

Aiming at the protection of the internal components of the projectile during penetration, the cushion performance of common protective materials such as polyurethane, felt, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and copper were tested. The test results show that the copper and felt have a certain cushioning effect, which can reduce the acceleration amplitude of 23,000 g by 18% and extend the pulse width of acceleration overload. The cushioning effect of PTFE material is not obvious, but it can play a role in mechanical filtering, making the acceleration curve smoother. Polyurethane material will increase the acceleration amplitude of the buffered part, it is not suitable as a buffer material. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Infrared few-shot object detection (IFSOD) aims to detect infrared objects with limited labeled examples. Current infrared datasets, however, suffer from limited diversity in object types and classes, hindering robust evaluation of model generalization on novel classes. To systematically assess dataset quality, we propose metrics for class diversity, instance variability, and object density. By integrating three widely used infrared datasets, we construct the first dataset specifically tailored for IFSOD, increasing instance density to 4.8 (a 1.1 improvement) and expanding the number of classes to 18 (a 5-class increase) compared to the source datasets. Furthermore, frequency analysis of spatial features reveals that sparse annotations introduce spectral bias in the frequency domain. Directly transforming spatial features to the frequency domain, however, mixes background noise with object features, causing spectral leakage and impairing the learning of discriminative features for novel classes. To address these issues, we propose the frequency compression few-shot detection (FC-fsd) method, which incorporates a frequency compression (FC) module. The FC module leverages Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) within localized windows to reduce spectral leakage and enhance feature clarity. With minimal additional computational overhead, FC-fsd significantly outperforms state-of-the-art methods, achieving nAP50 scores of 28.57 (+13.37) and 35.63 (+2.59) in 1-shot and 2-shot settings, respectively. In this paper, a D-band dual-band substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) cavity-backed antenna based on low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) fed by standard Flange of WR-6.5 rectangular waveguide (RWG) has been proposed. The dual-band cavity-backed antenna operates at its two high-order radiation modes through the four radiating slots etched on the top of its surface coupled by an hourglass-shaped inductive window. In addition, the design of SIW-RWG vertical transition is in order to transmit the power from the waveguide to the SIW cavity-backed antenna efficiently. The 10-dB impedance bandwidths of the proposed antenna are over 3% at both radiation frequencies of 146.6 and 167.2 GHz, while the maximum realized gains are 8.73 and 9.29 dBi, respectively. According to the LTCC process, the structure of the antenna is able to be stable and well performed.

Aiming at the requirement of dual-channel dual-band millimeter wave for high-frequency radio fuze determination, a miniaturized dual-band microstrip beam-shaped array antenna which consists of six patch radiation units and microstrip feed network is designed. Independent adjustment of the two working frequency bands can be achieved by adjusting the size of the patch and the length of the slot.

At data mining field, it is a fundamental problem to dispose of high-dimensional data. Many existing unsupervised methods select features by manifold learning or exploring spectral analysis, thus preserving the intrinsic structure of raw data. But most of them follow an assumption that all features are equally importance. To settle this problem, we draw a novel feature selection module that simultaneously performs learning of feature weights matrix, similarity graph structure and projection matrix, so that the local structure after feature weighting and subspace sparse projection is received. Finally, we solve the model based on ℓ 2,0 -norm directly by an iterative optimization algorithm and demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our approach via extensive experiments.

We report in this paper the design and testing scheme of 16×16 optical phased arrays (OPAs) based on the silicon-on-insulator (SOI) platform. We improve the conventional stochastic parallel gradient descent algorithm used to calibrate its output beam, and verify the improved algorithm superiority through simulations and experiments. The experimental results are consistent with theoretical values of the OPA design, proving the high quality of the chip and the reliability of the algorithm. We assume that this OPA design approach and the algorithm can provide help for the development and application of LiDAR. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

With the development of society, radio energy transmission technology has been paid more and more attention. However, in the actual application environment, the surrounding metal environment has a significant impact on the radio energy transmission performance. Based on the technology of MRR radio energy transmission, this paper establishes a two coil radio energy transmission model, and analyzes the influence of metal environment on the coil self inductance L, mutual inductance m and coil resistance R of the radio energy transmission system by finite element simulation. On this basis, aiming at the ferromagnetic metal environment, the steel pipe is selected as the research object to study the relationship between coil diameter and mutual inductance in the metal pipe, and the relationship between coil diameter and metal pipe diameter when the maximum mutual inductance is obtained through fitting analysis. At the same time,through the experiment, the mutual inductance between the coils of the wireless energy system in the steel tube is verified, and the experimental results are very consistent with the theory.

In order to improve the accuracy of short-range ferromagnetic target location and distance-determination, the short-range detection technology of ferromagnetic target based on tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) sensor is studied in this paper. Based on the analysis of the tunneling magneto-resistance effect principle and the understanding of the relevant magnetic field detecting components, a suitable signal conditioning and signal processing circuit is designed to constitute the TMR magnetic detector. Two kinds of ferromagnetic targets with regular shapes are measured at different distances and orientations, and the measured data are analyzed by curve fitting method. The results show that the output signal amplitude value of the detector is inversely proportional to the cubic power of the relative distance between the detector and the measured target when it is in the near field (no more than 5 meters in this paper). And the influence of the measured target material and detection orientation on the relationship between the two also shows a certain correlation. On the basis of the short-range static detection of general ferromagnetic targets, dynamic tests were carried out with the aim of household cars, the results indicate that the detection distance of dynamic vehicles can reach 7 meters. © 2019 IEEE.
