In order to solve the problem that the assembly axial clearance of large-diameter mechanical trigger fuze delay device is large in the fuze body, a tolerance precision control method based on the internal and external double-layer pressure screw limits is proposed. The internal and external double-layer screw threads constitute two sets of independent redundant dimensional chains in distribution direction and value. The final assembly accuracy of the delay device is adjusted by the internal and external double-layer pressure screw mutually. The minimum coaxiality deviation of assembly can achieve 0 deviation, and the average accuracy of assembly coaxiality is increased by about 30.69%, which has obvious effect in reducing axis eccentricity. © 2024 Institute of Physics Publishing. With the development of science and technology, as a new concept weapon electromagnetic gun has important strategic significance. In the process of launch, there are some damages including wear, corrosion, gouging and transition for the rail-gun. In order to study damage mechanism of the electromagnetic rail-gun during launch, it is necessary to detect the bore profile of electromagnetic rail-gun. The bore of rail-gun has the structural characteristics of closed, invisible and narrow space makes inconvenience for the measurement of the contour, so the online measurement and analysis of the rail-gun bore is very important. By comparing different methods of measurement, laser triangle method of non-contact is the heart of the way using in this paper. The laser triangle method has the characteristics of high precision and non-contact, and can realize on-line nondestructive measurement of arbitrary cross section of the rail bore. Through the comparison of the ideal contour and the measured profile of the electromagnetic rail-gun, the damage profile can be obtained. Using this bore profile scanner of electromagnetic rail-gun designed by this method, we can get two-dimensional profile images.

To improve the measurement accuracy of the ballistic height and anti-interference ability of fuze in complex environments, the fuze dual-channel ballistic height fusion and prediction algorithm based on Fast Covariance Intersection fusion Kalman Filter (FCI-KF) is proposed. Firstly, the state model and observation model are established, the improved Kalman Filter (KF) algorithm is used to predict the height of the single-channel and then the Fast Covariance Intersection (FCI) algorithm is used to fuse the dual-channel data. This algorithm does not need to calculate the cross-covariance matrix between channels, hence the amount of calculation is small, which is convenient for engineering realization. Finally, the algorithm is simulated and verified, the simulation results show that the measurement accuracy of the proposed algorithm can be significantly improved compared with the original measurement, and the measurement accuracy of the ballistic height is better than that of the traditional methods using only one channel, which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm. © 2024 Institute of Physics Publishing. Based on the reading and the analyzing of relative literatures, this paper introduced basic concepts and fabrication processes of two in situ charge technologies - porous silicon energetic material and converting porous metal to primary explosive based on silicon process, and analyzed the structures and working principles of the micro-donators with two in situ charge technologies. This paper also introduced latest process of explosive train of the MEMS S&A. On these bases, the structure and working principle of silicon MEMS S&A proposed by US army was discussed, and this MEMS S&A is based on in situ charge and suitable for wafer-level mass fabrication. Some views about the development of the silicon MEMS S&A were also put forward. © 2012 IEEE.

Hybrid-driven risk assessment methodology for coal and gas outburst: Integration of complex network, disaster mechanism, and multi-level fusion modeling

With the normalization of deep mining, coal and gas outburst risks are increasing. However, traditional risk indicator systems suffer from subjective construction, lack of dynamic adjustment, and omission of management factors, while widely used risk assessment models face challenges such as single-dimensional modeling, inability to perform real-time assessment, and information loss. To address these issues, this study developed the hybrid-driven coal and gas outburst risk assessment system. First, based on 72 coal and gas outburst accident investigation reports in China from 2008 to 2023, text mining technology was employed to extract 54 risk factors and their co-occurrence relationships, constructing the coal and gas outburst complex network. Node removal robustness simulation was used to identify the most critical topological indicator (degree), which, combined with the "comprehensive effect hypothesis" mechanistic model, formed the three-level risk assessment indicator system. Second, the scoring rules was applied to convert qualitative information into quantitative data, and the degree weighting method and linear fusion model was used to quantify coal and gas outburst management risk. The interval mapping function integrated with threshold rules was developed to process multi-source heterogeneous data, while the triangular fuzzy AHP coupled with the linear fusion model enabled real-time assessment for coal and gas outburst risk. The expectation, entropy, and hyper-entropy of the cloud model were introduced to determine the overall risk level, stability, and distribution stability, respectively, with forward cloud generator facilitating risk visualization to determine the coal and gas outburst overall risk. Third, industrial testing at F Coal Mine demonstrated that the accuracy and functionality of all three assessment models were validated, confirming that the hybrid-driven risk assessment system achieved its predefined objectives. In recent years, the laser fuze has been widely used in minor caliber mortar projectiles and bombs because of its high accuracy in distance measurement, strong ability to resist electromagnetic interference, high angular resolution and good concealment. As a result, it becomes an irreversible tendency to miniaturize the high power of the laser, especially in military applications. This paper aims to study the factors on the output characteristics of the microlasers. Based on the variation of the inversion density of the particle in the resonant cavity derived from the oscillation equation of the LD-pumped passively Q-switched Cr4+:YAG/ Nd:YAG laser, this paper summarizes some key factors which have impacts on the output of LD-pumped passively Q-switched subnanosecond microlasers, including the initial transmission of the absorber, the reflection of output coupler, the length of the cavity and the radius of the pumping laser beam, and gives the conclusion of the simulation, which provides the basis for the design of the passive Q-switched micro lasers which have high power, high repetition frequency and narrow pulse width. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In the leakage current test, through the high speed data collection and digital filtering to the output voltage of the human body impedance network, leakage current test that is in accordance with many kinds of electrical safety standards can be realized, and the frequency distribution information of the leakage current can be got as well, which can be used to much more completely evaluate the possible damage degree of the leakage current to the human body and analyze the reason for the appearance of the leakage current in the electric equipment.

With the development of autonomous driving technology, the probability of mutual interference between automotive radars has significantly increased. Aiming at the increasingly serious mutual interference problem among automotive radars, an interference mitigation technique based on empirical wavelet transform and maximum correlation coefficients is proposed. The technique achieves the reconstruction of clean target signals from interfered original signals by constructing an adaptive wavelet band-pass filter bank, and then locates the target echo signal by the maximum similarity coefficient to achieve the reconstruction of the target echo signal. The effectiveness of this technique has been verified through simulation experiments, and the experimental results show that the proposed technique can significantly reduce the impact of interference. Compared with several existing technologies, it further demonstrates the superiority of the proposed technique. © The Institution of Engineering & technology 2023.

This paper presents a conical conformal antenna array with wide solid angle scanning range. The proposed antenna array employs two columns of conformal patch subarrays symmetrically distributed on the surface of a conical structure. With the symmetric structure, the antenna array can generate bidirectional beam to cover two symmetric azimuth sectors simultaneously. Given different phase distributions to the subarrays, the generated bidirectional beam exhibits different elevation angles, thus realizing scanning of the bidirectional beam with respect to the conical structure. Excited with four sets of phase difference, the proposed antenna array covers elevation range of -90° to -42° and 42° to 90° with 3dB beamwidth in azimuth plane of 138° to 170°. The conical conformal antenna array realizes wide solid angle scanning range with a simple structure, it is suitable for military detection and civil surveillance applications. © 2024 IEEE.

According to the problem of increasing error caused by irresistible measuring noise in traditional EKF method within trajectory, a new solution of roll estimation for correction fuze, enlightened by axial output of gyro can be treated as rotation compensation for system noise, using SHAKF with rotation criteria is proposed. Firstly, based on the simulating comparison of estimation precision between traditional EKF and SHAKF methods, the result indicates that the roll measuring error of the new solution conspicuously lower than that of EKF's, the mean value of measuring error is 0.26 deg and the variance of that is 0.97 deg,that means the adaptivity of filter can follow the innovation to make estimated state convergence and eventually decreases the absolute error of roll angle. Furthermore, the new SHAKF algorithm is also verified by in-lab testing with MEMS three-axis turntable under an actually varying rotation setting, and the result shows that the estimation error always below 4.2 degs in dynamic range changing from 30 r/s to 1 r/s.
