Recognizing the opponent’s intention is an important part in situational assessment and make the operation decision. Based on the pattern recognition technology of artificial intelligence, a combat intention recognition algorithm according to the value of Fisher information matrix is proposed. The target’s combat intention knowledge rule base is constructed and the relative Fisher information matrix is designed to evaluate the target’s current state information. The target combat intention recognition problem is transformed into an optimization problem according to the Fisher information matrix. The contribution index is defined to eliminate redundant information during the discrimination process, which improves the accuracy and efficiency of the target combat intention recognition. The proposed algorithm is used on multi-target combat intention recognition and the simulation results verified that the proposed algorithm is effective.

Deep reinforcement learning and its application in autonomous fitting optimization for attack areas of UCAVs

The ever-changing battlefield environment requires the use of robust and adaptive technologies integrated into a reliable platform. Unmanned combat aerial vehicles(UCAVs) aim to integrate such advanced technologies while increasing the tactical capabilities of combat aircraft. As a research object, common UCAV uses the neural network fitting strategy to obtain values of attack areas. However, this simple strategy cannot cope with complex environmental changes and autonomously optimize decision-making problems. To solve the problem, this paper proposes a new deep deterministic policy gradient(DDPG) strategy based on deep reinforcement learning for the attack area fitting of UCAVs in the future battlefield. Simulation results show that the autonomy and environmental adaptability of UCAVs in the future battlefield will be improved based on the new DDPG algorithm and the training process converges quickly. We can obtain the optimal values of attack areas in real time during the whole flight with the well-trained deep network.

Carbon-based materials have been widely used in gaseous pollutant removal because of their sufficient surface functional groups;however,its removal efficiency for elemental mercury(Hg^(0))is *** this study,we fabricated biomass using a chelated coupled pyrolysis strategy and further constructed the regulated adsorption sites for gaseous Hg^(0) uptake.A series of Mnδ-N_(2)O_(2)/BC with different manganese cluster sizes demonstrated that manganese clusters anchored on biochar acted as highly active and durable adsorbents for Hg^(0) immobilization,which increased the adsorption efficiency of Hg^(0) by up to 50%.Shrimp-and crab-based biochar adsorbents exhibited excellent Hg^(0) removal because of their chitosan-like *** particular,small Mn clusters and oxygen species around the defect led to a boost in the Hg^(0) adsorption by *** results of density functional theory calculation revealed that the presence of oxygen in the carbon skeleton can tune the electrons of small-sized Mn clusters,thereby promoting the affinity of mercury *** newly developed Mnδ-N_(2)O_(2)/BC_(shrimp) had an adsorption capacity of 7.98-11.52 mg g^(−1) over a broad temperature range(50-200℃)and showed a high tolerance to different industrial flue gases(H_(2)O,NO,HCl,and SO_(2)).These results provide novel green and low-carbon disposal methods for biomass resource utilization and industrial Hg^(0) emission control.

In order to meet the requirement of aiming attack in high maneuvering flight of armed helicopters, this paper proposes a new integrated fire/flight control system (IFFC) scheme of an armed helicopter based on an improved non-monotone trust region algorithm. Firstly, a scheme of the IFFC for unguided weapons is designed through the flight characteristics of the armed helicopter. Secondly, taking the continuously computed impact point (CCIP) aiming principle into consideration, the fire control calculation equations are obtained by using the vector diagram and the transformation relationships of various coordinate systems. Thirdly, substituting the values of the weapon line into the integrated fire/flight coupler and using the logarithmic barrier method to ensure the flight safety, the aiming error equations are proposed and solved through the improved non-monotone trust region algorithm. Finally, the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2021 IEEE

Time-series data typically contain issues such as missing data and noise, which can impact the model's precision and stability. This paper proposes a Transformer structure-based visual information-guided temporal data modeling algorithm to address the issues as mentioned above. The algorithm effectively captures the time-series structure of the time-series data, thereby enhancing the model's precision and stability. To evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm, a dataset containing visual information aligned with time-series data is compiled, and a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis is performed. Conduct a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results indicate that visual information can assist time-series data in capturing the intricate dynamics of the time-series data, thereby enhancing the performance of the proposed algorithm and facilitating its comprehension. The results indicate that visual information can assist time-series data in capturing the complex dynamics of time-series data, and thus in comprehending and predicting their behavior and trends. The application of this algorithm will advance research in the field of modeling and predicting time series data. Applying this algorithm will advance research and practice in modeling and forecasting time series data.

This work studies the holographic recording performance of slanted and non-slanted transmission volume holographic gratings (VHGs), recorded in PVA/AA photopolymers with different spatial frequencies. The effects of the preparation conditions for VHGs were experimentally investigated. The optimum preparation conditions for holographic recording will be showed under specific spatial frequency. After optimization, the peak diffraction efficiency of VHGs reached 81%. The VHGs with a spatial frequency of 1710 lines/mm were verified to be used as the in-coupling grating of the holographic waveguide system.

Revisiting the hyperfine interval for the 2s2p PJ3 state in Be9

By using the relativistic multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock method, we calculate the hyperfine-structure properties of the 2s2pPJ3 state in Be9. The hyperfine-structure properties encompass first-order hyperfine-structure parameters, as well as second-order and third-order corrections caused by the off-diagonal hyperfine interaction. Based on our theoretical results, we reanalyze the previously reported measurement of the hyperfine interval for the 2s2pP3 state in Be9 [A. G. Blachman and A. Lurio, Phys. Rev. 153, 164 (1967)], yielding updated hyperfine-structure constants. Our results show that the hyperfine-structure constant B of 2s2pP13 is notably sensitive to second-order correction. Conversely, accurately determining the hyperfine-structure constant B of 2s2pP23 necessitates consideration of the magnetic octupole hyperfine interaction in the first-order hyperfine interaction equation. The updated hyperfine-structure constant B of the 2s2pP23 state is found to be 1.4542(67) MHz, which is approximately 1.7% larger than the previous value of 1.427(9) MHz [A. G. Blachman and A. Lurio, Phys. Rev. 153, 164 (1967)]. By combining our theoretical results with the updated hyperfine-structure constant for the 2s2pP23 state, we extract the electric quadrupole moment Q of Be9 nucleus to be 0.05320(50) b. This value is consistent with the most recent determination using the few-body precision calculation method [Puchalski et al. Phys. Rev. Res. 3, 013293 (2021)]. Additionally, we discuss the reasons for the discrepancy between the electric quadrupole moment Q obtained through few-body and previous many-body calculations.

The characters of large volume, complex dependency and frequent reuse of the data in data-intensive scientific workflow systems make the data management more and more complex but crucial. This paper deals with the problems of optimizing data regeneration and storage for cloud scientific workflow systems by using the dependency between datasets and representing the data storage strategies as 0-1 vectors. In terms of data regeneration, we develop an optimal deterministic method to determine the regeneration strategies for the requested datasets with minimal computation under any data storage strategy, such that the systems can satisfy the data requests and evaluate the computation cost automatically and accurately. Based on the regeneration method, the mathematical model for data storage optimization is constructed. To solve this storage optimization problem, an enumeration method and a genetic algorithm are constructed. At last,experiments are conducted to test the proposed methods. Experimental results and comparisons show the positiveness and effectiveness of the proposed methods for data management in cloud scientific workflow systems. © 2022, The Authors.
