The traditional detector readout electronics take up a large amount of space and consume high power, limiting the system's integration level and not meeting the requirements of new types of detectors. To meet the demand for high-efficiency, high-resolution neutron detectors, an ASIC chip based on GF 0.13μm CMOS technology has been designed. This chip adopts a mixed-signal design and integrates 32 channels on a single chip. It mainly includes a charge-sensitive amplifier (CSA), shaping-filter circuit (CR-RC), calibration signal configuration circuit, and decoder circuit. Test results show that the chip has low power consumption, relatively good channel consistency, excellent linearity in the range of 0-100fC, and a maximum counting rate of up to 2MHz. © 2024 IEEE.

As the basis of intelligent vehicle environment identification, street sign recognition is a necessary condition to assist safe driving. It is of great significance for realizing automatic driving, improving intelligent transportation system and promoting smart city construction. Traditional traffic sign recognition technology is limited for complex scenes, and the recognition effect is also affected by weather and light. The road sign recognition system based on deep learning includes street sign detection and street sign recognition. YOLOv3 deep learning object detection method is adopted for road sign detection, and CCTSDB standard data set is used as experimental data to perform operations such as region trimming, batch conversion of data format, BM3D noise reduction and image preprocessing and enhancement technology. 1800 images were selected to form the training set and test set, which ensured the high efficiency and timeliness of the road sign detection algorithm. The road sign recognition system adopts the image recognition method of Darknet-53, and the algorithm is optimized. The trained system is detected under the test of CCTSDB dataset, and the detection accuracy is over 97%, and the detection time reaches 0.021s. Therefore, the system meets the requirement of accurate real-time processing of traffic sign detection and recognition system. © 2023 SPIE.

In order to improve the target detection performance of passive multiple-input-multiple-output (PMR) radar system, a Target-Before-Detect (TBD) algorithm based on improved particle filter is proposed in this paper. As a classical TBD algorithm, particle filter algorithm can realize the gain accumulation of target signal in time domain and effectively improve the performance of target detection. Although this algorithm has performed well in passive single-input-single-output (SISO) radar (PSR) systems, it cannot be directly applied to PMR systems. Therefore, an improved particle filtering algorithm based on passive MIMO radar is proposed in this paper. This method takes advantage of the PMR spatial accumulation and proposes a novel particle weight calculation method, which uses the false alarm probability distribution of detector to calculate the weight of the particle, so as to obtain the gain accumulation of the target in time and space. The simulation results show that the detection probability of the proposed algorithm can reach 90% even when the target-path signal-To-noise ratio (SNR) is low. Meanwhile, the good detection performance of the proposed algorithm is verified by comparing with the single frame detection results. © 2022 IEEE.

This study focuses on the imputation process of equipment sensor data with missing time-series values. To address this challenge, the main approach is to reconstruct the missing data in the sensor system by developing an attention generative adversarial imputation network learning model called ATGAIN. The model input is formatted by the sliding window method and the introduction of a mask matrix. Next, the Transformer and convolutional neural network architectures are integrated into ATGAIN's generator and discriminator, respectively, with careful design to effectively capture the temporal correlation and feature correlation within the remaining data. Finally, the proposed learning model is evaluated using an aircraft engine C-MAPSS dataset to demonstrate its effectiveness. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper studies the carrier frequency tracking algorithm of multi-domain command and control transmission signal in low Carrier-Noise-Ratio (CNR) and high dynamic conditions. On the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of existing methods, a closed loop carrier frequency tracking algorithm of simplified adaptive unscented Kalman filter (AUKF) is presented. This new algorithm can not only avoid the errors due to linearization because of its good nonlinear processing capability, but also can eliminate the phase information of the phase shift keying (PSK) modulation. In addition, it is found that the new algorithm could estimate the measurement noise covariance and process noise covariance adaptively, so it is able to compensate the errors resulting from the change of the noise statistics. The simulations show that the simplified AUKF algorithm has a much smaller frequency estimation error than that of the UKF algorithm while keeping the convergence speed. Furthermore, the simplified AUKF algorithm has a lower computation complexity than the original AUKF algorithm. So it will have great significance on the information transmission of multi-domain command and control. © 2022, Chinese Institute of Command and control.

In order to test the processing ability and receiving detection ability of wireless communication receiver for multi-path fading and white Gaussian noise, it is necessary to simulate the carrier signal and a variety of modulation signals transmitted through multi-path and superimposed with white Gaussian noise. Firstly, according to the distance between transceivers and the location of obstacles, this paper theoretically analyzes the synthetic signal in the two path scenario. On this basis, the general carrier signal expression with more transmission paths and white Gaussian noise is analyzed, and the signal expression of four common digital modulation modes are deduced in this scenario, so as to complete the simulation of the signal with white Gaussian noise after multi-path fading channels. The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively and accurately simulate the modulated signal in multi-path and noise environment, which provides conditions for signal reception and detection, so it has high application value. © 2022, Chinese Institute of Command and control.

Fault diagnosis of rotating machinery driven by induction motors has received increasing attention. Current diagnostic methods, which can be performed on existing inverters or current transformers of three-phase induction machines, have become a more economical and reliable alternative to vibration diagnostic methods. Existing references mainly focus on the stator current analysis of single-phase, but most single-phase current analysis methods utilize only a fraction of the total information accessible in the three-phase system. Field experience shows that zero-sequence current (ZSC) has more distinctive fault characteristics compared to single-phase current, and therefore it is better to use in mechanical fault detection and diagnostic tasks. This article proposes a novel sparse learning-based method for ZSC analysis for induction rotating motor drive fault diagnosis. First, it elaborates and compares the effectiveness of ZSC in revealing fault characteristics compared with single-phase current by analyzing the fault diagnosis mechanism of ZSC. In addition, the method proposes a correlation entropy-enhanced sparse learning method for the problem of high-frequency noise and interference in the ZSC signals, so as to enhance the learning of the features of the noise-containing signals. The diagnostic efficacy of the proposed method has been verified through experiments on two real datasets. © 1986-2012 IEEE.

Hydrodynamic analysis is essential for underwater vehicles. This paper presents a novel bionic Amphibious Spherical Robot (ASR). The ASR can detect environments and search targets in amphibious environments, making it easier for humans to explore unknown environments safely and effectively. First, the ASR proposed in this paper has a bionic turtle structure with a spherical shell that can resist greater pressure and a bionic amphibious movement mode. Then, the electronic control system of the ASR is introduced to ensure reasonable control. The kinematic analysis of the water-jet motor is used to verify the motion mode and performance of the ASR in an amphibious environment. Finally, the adaptability of the ASR in underwater motion is verified through fluid simulation experiments. The experimental results show that the ASR has a better performance on underwater motion, which allows proposed robot to move reliably and stably. © 2023 IEEE.
