Psychological disorders, such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, stress, depression, and schizophrenia, are increasingly prevalent worldwide. Among these conditions, depression is particularly notable as one of the most common and debilitating neuropsychiatric disorders. Individuals with depression may be at a higher risk of developing oronary Artery Disease (CAD). Depression can contribute to poor lifestyle choices, such as unhealthy eating, lack of exercise, and smoking, which are risk factors for CAD. The emotional stress and anxiety associated with depression can strain the heart and exacerbate CAD symptoms. The relationship is not one-sided. CAD itself can be a significant source of emotional distress, leading to symptoms of depression and anxiety in affected individuals. Managing both conditions in tandem can be complicated. Treating CAD may involve medications, lifestyle modifications, and potentially surgical interventions. Meanwhile, depression often requires therapy, counseling, and medication. Coordinating care and addressing both conditions simultaneously is crucial. In our study, we investigated the molecular connections between CAD and Depression using GSE98793 and GSE20681 microarray datasets. After preprocessing, we identified key hub genes, including CCT2, SVIL, REPS2, ASPH, and UBC, in the shared ProteinProtein Interaction network. KEGG pathways linked these DEGs to colorectal and cancer pathways. Our next steps involve exploring microRNAs, TFs, and GO analysis. These findings offer promising leads for potential therapies, uniting CAD and Depression under a common molecular framework, advancing our understanding of these conditions. © 2024 IEEE.

Computer-aided drug design and artificial intelligence-driven drug design have accelerated drug discovery. However, how to design effective drugs that have strong interaction ability with target proteins to further improve the efficacy of drugs in treating diseases remains a key issue. This paper proposes a new target-specific drug generative model 3CLpro2mol to generate new drug molecules, which uses features of drug-target interactions (DTIs) to constrain the correlation between the drug and the target protein. To obtain as many drug-target interaction features as possible from a small amount of data, a small molecule extraction strategy is proposed to ensure the diversity of small molecules in the training samples. To improve the efficiency and accuracy of the generative model, a TOP K sampling strategy is used to generate tokens, which can improve the rationality and diversity of the generated molecules. The experimental results show that the proposed model has the potential to generate small molecules that interact better with the target protein. © 2023 IEEE.

To solve the problem of semantic loss in text representation, this paper proposes a new embedding method of word representation in semantic space called wt2svec based on supervised latent Dirichlet allocation(SLDA) and Word2vec. It generates the global topic embedding word vector utilizing SLDA which can discover the global semantic information through the latent topics on the whole document set. It gets the local semantic embedding word vector based on the Word2vec. The new semantic word vector is obtained by combining the global semantic information with the local semantic information. Additionally, the document semantic vector named doc2svec is generated. The experimental results on different datasets show that wt2svec model can obviously promote the accuracy of the semantic similarity of words,and improve the performance of text categorization compared with Word2vec.

Cloud-based AI services offer numerous benefits but also introduce vulnerabilities, allowing for tampering with deployed DNN models, ranging from injecting malicious behaviors to reducing computing resources. Fingerprint samples are generated to query models to detect such tampering. In this paper, we present Intersecting-Boundary-Sensitive Fingerprinting (IBSF), a novel method for black-box integrity verification of DNN models using only top-1 labels. Recognizing that tampering with a model alters its decision boundary, IBSF crafts fingerprint samples from normal samples by maximizing the partial Shannon entropy of a selected subset of categories to position the fingerprint samples near decision boundaries where the categories in the subset intersect. These fingerprint samples are almost indistinguishable from their source samples. We theoretically establish and confirm experimentally that these fingerprint samples' expected sensitivity to tampering increases with the cardinality of the subset. Extensive evaluation demonstrates that IBSF surpasses existing state-of-the-art fingerprinting methods, particularly with larger subset cardinality, establishing its state-of-the-art performance in black-box tampering detection using only top-1 labels. Amorphous oxide semiconductors(AOS)have unique advantages in transparent and flexible thin film transistors(TFTs)applications,compared to low-temperature polycrystalline-Si(LTPS).However,intrinsic AOS TFTs are difficult to obtain field-effect mobility(μFE)higher than LTPS(100 cm^(2)/(V·s)).Here,we design ZnAlSnO(ZATO)homojunction structure TFTs to obtainμFE=113.8 cm^(2)/(V·s).The device demonstrates optimized comprehensive electrical properties with an off-current of about1.5×10^(-11)A,a threshold voltage of–1.71 V,and a subthreshold swing of 0.372 V/*** are two kinds of gradient coupled in the homojunction active layer,which are micro-crystallization and carrier suppressor concentration gradient distribution so that the device can reduce off-current and shift the threshold voltage positively while maintaining high field-effect *** research in the homojunction active layer points to a promising direction for obtaining excellent-performance AOS TFTs.

Vulnerability detection methods based on the deep learning have achieved remarkable performance improvements compared to traditional methods. Current deep learning-based detectors mostly use a single RNN or its variants (i.e., LSTM or GRU) to detect vulnerabilities. However, vulnerability detection is a multi-domain problem. Different types of vulnerabilities have different characteristics. Using a single neural network cannot perform well in all types of vulnerability detection tasks. Manually designing a matching neural network for each type of vulnerability detection task not only requires a lot of trials and computational resources but also highly relies on the knowledge and design experience of experts. To address this issue, in this paper, we propose a novel fine-grained vulnerability detection framework named A-DARTS, which is capable of searching for well-performed neural network architectures for different vulnerability detection tasks by introducing neural network architecture search (NAS) techniques. Specifically, we design a more efficient search space to ensure superior neural network architectures can be found by the search algorithm. Besides, we propose an adaptive differentiable search algorithm to search for superior neural network architectures. Experimental results show that searched models consistently outperform all baseline models and achieve significant performance improvements. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
