In this paper, a photo-modulated transistor based on the thin-film transistor structure was fabricated on the flexible substrate by spin-coating and magnetron sputtering. A novel hybrid material that composed of Cd Se quantum dots and reduced graphene oxide(RGO) fragment-decorated ZnO nanowires was synthesized to overcome the narrow optical sensitive waveband and enhance the photo-responsivity. Due to the enrichment of the interface and heterostructure by RGO fragments being utilized, the photo-responsivity of the transistor was improved to 2000 AW^(-1) and the photo-sensitive wavelength was extended from ultraviolet to visible. In addition, a positive back-gate voltage was employed to reduce the Schottky barrier width of RGO fragments and ZnO nanowires. As a result, the amount of carriers was increased by 10 folds via the modulation of back-gate voltage. With these inherent properties, such as integrated circuit capability and wide optical sensitive waveband, the transistor will manifest great potential in the future applications in photodetectors.

China is the largest emitter of anthropogenic CO2 globally, with its cities recognized as significant emission hotspots. Consequently, evaluating anthropogenic CO2 emissions and the carbon neutral capability (CNC) of Chinese cities is critical for climate change mitigation. Despite this importance, no studies to date have assessed recent and future city-scale CNCs using the top-down atmospheric inversion approach, revealing substantial knowledge gaps regarding regional CO2 budgets. To address these issues, this research focused on Hangzhou, a megacity known for having the highest forest cover among China's provincial capitals, as study region. Year-round atmospheric CO2 concentration measurements were conducted from December 2020 to November 2021 at two sites: one urban and one suburban. These observations, along with their difference, were utilized to derive city-scale posterior anthropogenic CO2 emissions and to evaluate recent and future CNCs. Our key findings are as follows: (1) The manufacturing industry, energy industry and oil refineries/transformation industry were identified as the largest contributors to urban-suburban CO2 difference, accounting for 36.5 %, 21.3 %, and 16.6 %, respectively. Additionally, 82.5 %, 65.2 %, 81.2 % and 86.3 % of total anthropogenic CO2 enhancements were attributed to emissions within Hangzhou city in winter, spring, summer and autumn, respectively. (2) The posterior annual anthropogenic CO2 emission for Hangzhou was estimated at 4.65 (±0.72) × 1010 kg/a, indicating significant biases among different prior CO2 emission inventories. The annual biological CO2 sink, derived from multiple products, was estimated at -0.48 (±0.16) × 1010 kg. (3) The calculated CNC for 2021 was 10.3 % ± 3.4 %, highlighting a substantial gap towards achieving full carbon neutrality. In order to describe the characteristics of piezoelectric bimorph, properties of lead zirconate titanate (LZT) film are studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning eletron microscope (SEM). The ratio of PbTiOJPbZrO3 in LZT is 53/47, which is around morphotropic phase boundary (MPB). LZT film is composed of cubic particles with the average size of 5 ~ma. Density of thin film is figured out through the datum measured in experiments. The displacement model used to analyze the driving ability of bimorph is set up, and the effect of elastic intermediate layer is taken into account. Piezoelectric coefficient of LZT film is worked out by using the displacement model. Experiments of driving ability show that deformation of bimorph free end does not increase with times of crystal growth processes and the maximum deformation is obtained after two times crystal growth processes. Finally, the ferroelectric property of the bimorph is investigated and coercive voltage of the bimorph is obtained.

A new type of internally illuminated honeycomb photoreactor was designed. The honeycomb catalyst prepared by using Cedoped TiO2 with 1%–2% vanadium and tungsten was employed for mercury removal from simulated industrial flue gas. The adsorption kinetics in the reaction process were studied. The results showed that the internally illuminated honeycomb photoreactor had good mercury removal performance. When the temperature was 25℃ and the ultraviolet(UV) light intensity reached 80 μW/cm2, the mercury removal efficiency reached 92.5%. The mercury removal efficiency increased significantly with the doping ratio of Ce. XPS analysis showed that the oxidation state of Ce changed from 4 to 3 in the mercury removal reaction and produced lattice oxygen, which acts as an oxidant. O2 can promote mercury removal by honeycomb catalysts;SO2 and HCl also had positive effects, while NO had an inhibitory effect on mercury removal. Kinetic research in the reaction process showed that the quasi-first-order dynamic model had good fitting results, and the correlation coefficients of the fitting results for multiple sets of experimental data were more than 0.999.
