An ultra-broadband perfect absorber consisting of cascaded nanodisk arrays is demonstrated by placing insulatormetal-insulator-metal nanodisks on insulator-metal film *** absorber shows over 90% absorption in a wavelength range between 600 nm and 4000 nm under transverse magnetic(TM) polarization,with an average absorptivity of 91.5%and a relative absorption bandwidth of 147.8%.The analysis of the electric field and magnetic field show that the synergy of localized surface plasmons,propagating surface plasmons,and plasmonic resonant cavity modes leads to the ultrabroadband perfect absorption,which accords well with the results of impedance-matched *** influences of structural parameters and different metal materials on absorption performance are ***,the absorber is polarization-independent,and the absorption remains more than 90% at a wide incident angle up to 400 under TE polarization and TM *** designed ultra-broadband absorber has promising prospects in photoelectric detection and imaging.

A novel trench insulated gate bipolar transistor(TIGBT) with a shallow emitter trench controlled P-type dummy region(STCP-TIGBT) is *** with the conventional TIGBT with floating P-type dummy region(CFP-TIGBT) and TIGBT with floating P-type dummy region and normally on hole path(HFPTIGBT),the proposed STCP structure not only speeds up the extraction of excessive holes in the turn-off process but also reduces the Miller plateau charge(Qgc).Therefore,both the power loss and electromagnetic interference(EMI) noise are significantly *** results show that the Qgcof the proposed device is only 501 nC/cm2,which is reduced by 58.5% and 26.4% when compared to the CFP-TIGBT and HFP-TIGBT,*** same on-state voltage drop(Vceon) of 1.02 V,the turn-off loss(Eoff) of the proposed device is 13.49 mJ/cm2,which is 64.6%and 67.6% less than those of the CFP-TIGBT and HFP-TIGBT,***,the reverse recovery dVak/dt of the freewheeling diode at same turn-on loss(Eon) of 31.8 mJ/cm2for the proposed STCP-TIGBT is only 2.15 kV/μs,which is reduced by 91.3% and 57.2% when compared to 24.69 kV/μs and 5.02 kV/μs for the CFP-TIGBT and HFPTIGBT,*** reduced dV/dt significantly suppresses the electromagnetic interference noise generated by the proposed device.

The weak signal detection method based on stochastic resonance is usually used to extract and identify the weak characteristic signal submerged in strong noise by using the noise energy transfer *** propose a novel composite multistable stochastic-resonance(NCMSR)model combining the Gaussian potential model and an improved bistable *** with the traditional multistable stochastic resonance method,all the parameters in the novel model have no symmetry,the output signal-to-noise ratio can be optimized and the output amplitude can be improved by adjusting the system *** model retains the advantages of continuity and constraint of the Gaussian potential model and the advantages of the improved bistable model without output saturation,the NCMSR model has a higher utilization of *** the output signal-to-noise ratio as the index,weak periodic signal is detected based on the NCMSR model in Gaussian noise andαnoise environment respectively,and the detection effect is *** application of NCMSR to the actual detection of bearing fault signals can realize the fault detection of bearing inner race and outer *** outstanding advantages of this method in weak signal detection are verified,which provides a theoretical basis for industrial practical applications.

Helical anchor is a kind of novel foundation for floating offshore wind turbines,which should be subjected to combined tensile loading caused by wind,wave and ***,the research about the capacity of helical anchor was mainly examined under uniaxial loading and scarcely explored under combined *** this study,three-dimensional finite element limit analysis is adopted to assess the bearing capacities of single-plate rigid helical anchors with different ratios of helix to shaft diameter,D_(H)/D_(S) and embedment ratios L/D_(S).Result shows that the vertical,horizontal and moment bearing capacities increase with increasing D_(H)/D_(S) and L/D_(S).The normalized V-H failure envelopes expands with increasing L/D_(S),while the normalized V-M failure envelopes tend to contract with the increase of D_(H)/D_(S).With increasing D_(H)/D_(S) or decreasing L/D_(S),the normalized H-M failure envelopes expand when the horizontal and moment loading act in the same direction and contract when they act in the opposite *** effect of D_(H)/D_(S) and L/D_(S) on the shape of H-M failure envelope become insignificant when L/D_(S)≥4.A series of failure mechanisms under different loading conditions were observed and can be used to explain the ***,a series of approximate expressions were proposed to fit the uniaxial bearing capacities and the failure envelopes.
