In the life cycle, the system-of-systems is faced with challenges from internal and external uncertain factors, making it adapt to the environment through evolution. Studying Architecture of system-of-systems evolution method is order to cope with the challenges of high-level mission change, replacement of old and new systems, and technical iterative update. An architecture evolution process is proposed to analyze evolutionary motivations and requirements. A bi-level multi-objective programming model is constructed to solve the Pareto optimal solution set that meets the evolutionary requirements. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the model, and the TOPSIS algorithm is used to sort the solution set. The effectiveness and rationality of the method are verified by combining the evolution case of Public Health Prevention Architecture of system-of-systems. © 2022, Chinese Institute of Command and Control.

Effect of Testing Temperature Gradients on Dielectric Polarization Parameters of Transformer Oil-paper Insulation

Frequency domain spectroscopy (FDS) plays an important role in analyzing the aging state of power transformer oil-paper insulation and ensuring the stability of power systems. However, in existing research, the oil-paper insulation's FDS is collected under a uniform testing temperature field, overlooking the impact of testing temperature gradients existing in actual transformers. To address this issue, the FDS of oil-paper insulation samples is measured under various temperature gradients. Subsequently, logarithmic-derivative spectroscopy (LDS) is obtained from the measured FDS, and an improved equation is proposed to fit the LDS and extract four polarization parameters related to the oil-paper insulation's aging state. Furthermore, the changing patterns of the above parameters are analyzed at a microscopic scale based on the dielectric relaxation theory, and the quantitative equations between each polarization parameter and testing temperature gradients are established. To validate the accuracy of established equations, new samples are prepared and the calculated relative error in each parameter is less than 15%. Finally, this research provides a potential method for eliminating the impact of testing temperature gradients on oil-paper insulation's FDS. © 2024 IEEE.

Event-triggered-based self-organizing fuzzy neural network control for the municipal solid waste incineration process

Due to the large uncertainty in the municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)process,the furnace temperature of the MSWI process is difficult to control and the controller is updated *** improve the accuracy and reduce the number of controller updates,a novel event-triggered control method based correntropy self-organizing TS fuzzy neural network(ETCSTSFNN)is ***,the neurons of the rule layer are grown or pruned adaptively based on activation intensity and control error to meet the dynamic change of the actual operating ***,the performance index is designed based on the correntropy of tracking errors,and the parameters of the controller are adjusted by gradient descent ***,a fixed threshold event-triggered condition is designed to determine whether the current controller is updated or *** stability of the control system is proved based on the Lyapunov stability ***,the furnace temperature control experiments are conducted based on the actual data of a municipal solid waste incineration plant in *** experimental results show that the proposed ET-CSTSFNN controller shows a better control performance,which can reduce the number of the controller update significantly while achieving accurate furnace temperature control compared with other traditional control methods.

Transfer learning,as a new machine learning methodology,may solve problems in related but different domains by using existing knowledge,and it is often applied to transfer training data from another domain for model training in the case of insuficient training *** recent years,an increasing number of researchers who engage in brain-computer interface(BCI),have focused on using transfer learning to make most of the available electroencephalogram data from different subjects,effectively reducing the cost of expensive data acquisition and labeling as well as greatly improving the learning performance of the *** paper surveys the development of transfer learning and reviews the transfer learning approaches in *** addition,according to the"what to transfer"question in transfer learning,this review is organized into three contexts:instance-based transfer learning,parameter-based transfer learning,and feature-based transfer ***,the current transfer learning applications in BCI research are summarized in terms of the transfer learning methods,datasets,evaluation performance,*** the end of the paper,the questions to be solved in future research are put forward,laying the foundation for the popularization and in-depth research of transfer learning in BCI.

Flexible, Super-stable, and Multifunctional Capacitive Pressure Sensors with Tilted Micropillar Array by Inclined Laser Ablation and Demolding

Flexible capacitive pressure sensors have garnered considerable interest across diverse applications, including medical monitoring, electronic skin, and robotic tactile systems, owing to their straightforward fabrication process, low energy consumption, and robust stability. In this paper, we introduce a new inclined laser ablation (ILA) combined with demolding technique for the fabrication of flexible capacitive sensors featuring a microstructured dielectric layer composed of a tilted micropillar array (TMA). The design parameters of TMA were systematically optimized, including the tilt angle of the micropillars, array gap, aspect ratio, and bottom film thickness. The resulting capacitive pressure sensor, equipped with 75° tilted micropillar arrays (aspect ratio of 5:1), demonstrates exceptional sensitivity (1.12 kPa-1) within the low-pressure range (0-2 kPa), rapid response and recovery times, a low pressure detection limit of 0.25 Pa, and transient response stability factor as high as 243.9. The proposed capacitive pressure sensor was validated for the detection and recognition of human motions when attached to various body parts. Additionally, the sensors also demonstrated significant potential for diverse applications, including tactile sensing, and Morse code communication. © 2025 IEEE.

The exploration of high-performance dielectric ceramics with dielectric constants lower than 10 is of great significance for the next generation of wireless *** this study,we reported the Yb_(2)Si_(2)O_(7)(YSO)dielectric ceramics synthesized using a facile solid-state reaction technique.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)characterization confirmed that YSO ceramics had a monoclinic *** a sintering temperature of 1500℃,the sintered sample reached a maximum relative density of 96%and demonstrated the best dielectric properties:dielectric constant(ε_(r))=7.57,Q×f=78,645 GHz(Q is quality factor,and f is the resonant frequency of 13.5 GHz),andtemperature coefficient of the resonant frequency(τ_(f))=−13.5 ppm/℃.Moreover,Raman analysis revealed that the Si–O bond dominated the lattice vibration,and the full width at half maximum(FWHM)of the strong peak at 922 cm^(−1)was inversely proportional to the Q×f *** to the Phillips–van Vechten–Levine(P–V–L)theory,the values of Q×f andτ_(f)are affected primarily by the Si–O bond,whileε_(r)is influenced mainly by the Yb–O *** ceramics demonstrated excellent dielectric properties in the terahertz band(ε_(r)=8.13,Q×f=112,758 GHz),making them promising candidates for future applications in the terahertz band.

Buried interface bridging for inverted cesium-formamidinium triiodide perovskite solar cells with long operational stability

In the field of perovskite solar cells(PSCs),the research on defects in the buried interface has been relatively limited due to its non-exposure;however,this interface significantly impacts the performance enhancement of inverted *** study employs phenylethylammonium chloride(PEACl)molecules as a buffer layer to modify the buried interface of p-i-n structured PSCs,aiming to enhance the uniformity of self-assembled monolayers(SAMs)and facilitate the uniform nucleation and growth of perovskite films on the ***,the introduction of the PEACl buffer layer effectively passivates defects at the bottom of the perovskite layer and notably enhances the crystal quality of the perovskite film by mitigating residual stress,thereby reducing nonradiative recombination *** these optimizations,the MA-free PSCs treated with PEACl achieve a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 24.11%,with significant improvements in storage,thermal stability,and operational *** noteworthy is the device's performance in an unencapsulated state,whereas after 1,500 hours of continuous light operation stability testing,it retains 97%of its original *** study not only enriches the systematic understanding of the characteristics of the buried interface in PSCs but also contributes significantly to advancing the commercial production of perovskite photovoltaic technology.

Traditional antifouling agents usually have a certain toxic effect on marine environments and non-target *** this study,Dictyophora indusiata polysaccharide(DIP)was applied as a natural antifouling surface modifier to prepare the surface coating for marine *** DIP coatings were prepared:*** spore polysaccharide(DISP),*** volva polysaccharide(DIVP),and *** embryonic body polysaccharide(DIEP).The antifouling,tribological,and anticorrosion behavior of the coatings were *** revealed that the three kinds of DIP coatings had excellent antifouling properties,which could effectively prevent the adhesion of Chlorella and the attachment of water-based and oily stains on the ***,the coatings showed great mechanical stability and could maintain an extremely low coefficient of friction(COF<0.05)after continuous *** drag reduction rate of the coated surfaces reached 5%,showing a powerful lubrication ***,the DIP coatings presented an outstanding corrosion resistance,where the equivalent circuit impedances were 4-9 orders of magnitude higher than the control *** research showed a promising prospect of surface coating fabrication with DIP for marine devices to achieve the purpose of antifouling and drag reduction.

Performance analysis of UAV-based mixed underwater PLC-RF systems

In this study,we analyzed the performance of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)-based mixed Underwater Power Line Communication-Radio Frequency(UPLC-RF)*** this network,a buoy located at the sea is used as a relay to transmit signals from the underwater signal source to the UAV through the PLC *** assume that the UPLC channel obeys a log-normal distribution and that the RF link follows the Rician *** this model,we obtained the closed-form expressions for the Outage Probability(OP),Average Bit-error-rate(ABER),and Average Channel Capacity(ACC).In addition,the asymptotic analysis of the OP and ABER was performed,and an upper bound for the average capacity was ***,the analytical results were verified by Monte Carlo simulation thereby demonstrating the effect of impulse noise and the altitude of the UAV on network performance.

Polychlorinated naphthalenes(PCNs)are detrimental to human health and the *** the commercial production of PCNs banned,unintentional releases have emerged as a significant environmental ***,relevant information is still *** this study,provincial emissions for eight PCNs homologues from 37 sources in the Chinese mainland during the period of 1960-2019 were estimated based on a source-specific and time-varying emission factor *** results showed that the total PCNs emissions in 2019 reached 757.0 kg with Hebei ranked at the top among all the provinces and iron&steel industry as the biggest ***-chlorinated PCNs comprised 90%of emissions by mass,while highly chlorinated PCNs dominated in terms of toxicity,highlighting divergent priorities for mitigating emissions and safeguarding human *** emissions showed an overall upward trend from 1960 to 2019 driven by emission increase from iron&steel industry in terms of source,and from North China and East China in terms of geographic ***-capita emissions followed an inverted U-shaped environmental Kuznets curvewhile emission intensities decreased with increasing per-capita Gross Domestic Product(GDP)following a nearly linear pattern when log-transformed.
