Trajectory planning method is a research hotspot in autonomous driving. Existing reinforcement learning-based trajectory planning methods suffer from unstable performance due to the strong randomness of network weight parameter updates during the training process. Therefore, this paper proposes a novel trajectory planning method based on deep reinforcement learning trust region policy optimization (TRPO). Firstly, in order to enhance the robustness of the trajectory planning method based on deep reinforcement learning TRPO, a TRPO-LSTM based decision model was proposed. More specifically, a long short term memory (LSTM) based state feature extraction network was designed and embeded into a TRPO-based decision model to enhance the ability of TRPO to extract information from the environmental state space. Secondly, in order to make the planned trajectory adaptive to the dynamic changes of traffic environment, we presented a novel TRPO-LSTM trajectory fitting algorithm. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work aiming at applying the TRPO-LSTM based decision model in the trajectory fitting process to search the optimal longitudinal trajectory speed. Finally, the proposed trajectory planning method was implemented and simulated on the CARLA simulator. The experimental results show that, compared with existing trajectory planning methods based on deep reinforcement learning algorithms, our proposed method achieves a cumulative reward improvement of over 28.9% in the scenario of four lane highway, and has better robustness. Meanwhile, the proposed method can achieve a lower collision rate of 0.93% while improving the average speed and comfort of vehicle driving. IEEE

In this paper, a novel vertical interconnect transmission structure working at 0.1-20 GHz frequency is proposed. During the fabrication process of the package, the manufacturing of vertical interconnect structures is often limited by the process. To address signal integrity and impedance matching between the transmission lines and vertical interconnect structures, a vertical transition structure from microstrip line to coplanar waveguide is proposed. The proposed transmission structure model consists of two signal through-silicon-vias (TSVs), two microstrip coplanar waveguide transmission lines and one pad. The simulation result of the finite element model of this proposed transmission structure shows that the return loss (S11) is less than -30 dB and the overall insertion loss (S21) is greater than -0.2 dB, which means low loss high-speed vertical interconnect transmission structure design is possible by carefully design the vertical interconnect structure. By optimizing key parameters such as the pad radius, the width of the coplanar waveguide transmission line and the substrate material, the transmission performance of this vertical interconnect structure is enhanced and the structure meets the requirements of modern manufacturing processes. This proposed vertical interconnect structure design rule gives a good reference of how to meet the high-speed vertical transmission demand under the mature process technology. © 2024 IEEE.

Municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash(MSWIBA)is a complex assemblage of aluminosilicate materials encompassing diverse solid ***,its complexity poses great challenges to their resource *** the sake of the alkali activation use of MSWIBA,this work focused on the characterizations and alkaline leaching experiments of various classified MSWIBA after *** the different categories of MSWIBA,waste glass(BA-G)and other unidentified slags(BA-O)were identified as potential precursors for alkali activation *** alkaline leaching experiments proved that alkaline concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time,and raw material classification influenced the leaching process and *** these,the Si/Al chemical bonding environments from the material type played a pivotal *** the materials had Q_(n)(n>2)as the primary bonding structure,steric hindrance by the chain frameworks affected the alkali dissolution process,resulting in gradual disintegration from the outer layers *** the materials dominated by Q1 frameworks,OH-could penetrate the frameworks,leading to their rapid depolymerization and outward ***,the Si/Al bonding environment played a crucial role in alkaline dissolution,providing theoretical guidance for classifying the alkali-activation utilization of MSWIBA and other aluminosilicate solid wastes.

Researchers have recently achieved significant advances in deep learning techniques, which in turn has substantially advanced other research disciplines, such as natural language processing, image processing, speech recognition, and software engineering. Various deep learning techniques have been successfully employed to facilitate software engineering tasks, including code generation, software refactoring, and fault localization. Many studies have also been presented in top conferences and journals, demonstrating the applications of deep learning techniques in resolving various software engineering tasks. However,although several surveys have provided overall pictures of the application of deep learning techniques in software engineering,they focus more on learning techniques, that is, what kind of deep learning techniques are employed and how deep models are trained or fine-tuned for software engineering tasks. We still lack surveys explaining the advances of subareas in software engineering driven by deep learning techniques, as well as challenges and opportunities in each subarea. To this end, in this study, we present the first task-oriented survey on deep learning-based software engineering. It covers twelve major software engineering subareas significantly impacted by deep learning techniques. Such subareas spread out through the whole lifecycle of software development and maintenance, including requirements engineering, software development, testing, maintenance, and developer collaboration. As we believe that deep learning may provide an opportunity to revolutionize the whole discipline of software engineering, providing one survey covering as many subareas as possible in software engineering can help future research push forward the frontier of deep learning-based software engineering more systematically. The intrinsic variability of memristor switching behavior can be used as a natural source of randomness,this variability is valuable for safe applications in hardware,such as the true random number generator(TRNG).However,the speed of TRNG is still be further ***,we propose a reliable Ag/SiNx/n-Si volatile memristor,which exhibits a typical threshold switching device with stable repeat ability and fast switching *** volatile-memristor-based TRNG is combined with nonlinear feedback shift register(NFSR)to form a new type of high-speed dual output ***,the bit generation rate reaches a high speed of 112 kb/*** addition,this new TRNG passed all 15 National Institute of Standards and technology(NIST)randomness tests without post-processing steps,proving its performance as a hardware security *** work shows that the SiNx-based volatile memristor can realize TRNG and has great potential in hardware network security.

Sentence Boundary Disambiguation(SBD)is a preprocessing step for natural language *** text into sentences is essential for Deep Learning(DL)and pretraining language *** punctuation marks may involve ambiguity about the sentences’beginnings and ***,the ambiguous punctuation marks must be distinguished,and the sentence structure must be correctly encoded in language *** study proposed a component-level Tibetan SBD approach based on the DL *** models can reduce the error amplification caused by word segmentation and part-of-speech *** most SBD methods have only considered text on the left side of punctuation marks,this study considers the text on both *** this study,465669 Tibetan sentences are adopted,and a Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(Bi-LSTM)model is used to perform *** experimental results show that the F1-score of the Bi-LSTM model reached 96%,the most efficient among the six *** are performed on low-resource languages such as Turkish and Romanian,and high-resource languages such as English and German,to verify the models’generalization.

Introducing covalently crosslinked network to polymer matrix can merge the advantages in reprocessing and durability of *** this contribution,a series of high-performance vitrimeric elastomers were achieved via *** topological structures of polymers were tuned by varying the feeding ratios of bisacetoacetate,hex–substituted bisacetoacetate,bisamine and tris(2-aminoethyl)*** these structural manipulations,the vitrimeric elastomers presented great elastic recovery properties(strain recovery value up to 80%)benefiting from the introduction of long chain ***,the elastomers exhibited excellent reprocessing property,water vapor/oxygen barrier and adhesive ***,the elastomers could be degraded into monomer under acid conditions which enabled the elastomer synthesis again in closed loop recycling *** ease of the polycondensation in this work to prepare highly elastic and recyclable vitrimeric elastomers demonstrated exciting opportunities for the synthesis of sustainable polymers.
