Wearable sensors have been rapidly developed for application in various human monitoring ***,the wearing comfort and thermal properties of these devices have been largely ignored,and these characteristics urgently need to be ***,we develop a wearable and breathable nanofiber-based sensor with excellent thermal management functionality based on passive heat preservation and active Joule heating *** multifunctional device consists of a micropatterned carbon nanotube(CNT)/thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)nanofiber electrode,a microporous ionic aerogel electrolyte and a microstructured Ag/TPU nanofiber *** to the presence of a supercapacitive sensing mechanism and the appli-cation of microstructuration,the sensor shows excellent sensing performance,with a sensitivity of 24.62 ***,due to the overall porous structure and hydrophobicity of TPU,the sensor shows good breathability(62 mm/s)and water repellency,with a water contact angle of 151.2°.In addition,effective passive heat preservation is achieved by combining CNTs with high solar absorption rates(85%)as the top layer facing the outside,aerogel with a low thermal conductivity(0.063 W m-1 k-1)as the middle layer for thermal insulation,and Ag with a high infrared reflectance rate as the bottom layer facing the *** warming,this material yields a higher temperature than ***,the active Joule heat-ing effect is realized by applying current through the bottom resistive electrode,which can quickly increase the temperature to supply controlled warming on *** proposed wearable and breathable sensor with tunable thermal properties is promising for monitoring and heat therapy applications in cold environments.

This study compares the summer atmospheric water cycle,including moisture sources and consumption,in the upstream,midstream,and downstream regions of the Yarlung Zangbo River Basin in the southern Tibetan *** evolutions of moisture properties under the influence of the westerly and summer southerly monsoon are examined using 5-yr multi-source measurements and ERA5 reanalysis *** that moisture consumption in this study is associated with clouds,precipitation,and diabatic *** to the midstream and downstream regions,the upstream region has less moisture,clouds,and precipitation,where the moisture is brought by the *** early August,the vertical wet advection over this region becomes enhanced and generates more high clouds and *** midstream region has moisture carried by the westerly in June and by the southerly monsoon from July to *** higher vertical wet advection maximum here forms more high clouds,with a precipitation peak in early *** downstream region is mainly affected by the southerly-driven wet *** rich moisture and strong vertical wet advection here produce the most clouds and precipitation among the three regions,with a precipitation peak in late *** height of the maximum moisture condensation is different between the midstream region(325 hPa)and the other two regions(375 hPa),due to the higher upward motion maximum in the midstream *** diabatic heating structures show that stratiform clouds dominate the upstream region,stratiform clouds and deep convection co-exist in the midstream region,and deep convection systems characterize the downstream region.

Multi-band terahertz metamaterial absorbers offer new perspectives to achieve perfect absorption and multipoint information matching, which enable an ever-growing number of applications. In this study, a dual-band terahertz metamaterial absorber based on the metal split ring is designed. The absorber has perfect absorption peaks at 1.15 THz and 2.47 THz, and the absorption rate is more than 99%. The absorber produces a harp peak with a bandwidth of 0.008 at 2.47 THz, which has an extremely high quality factor of 308. The distribution of the electric field and surface current at two resonance points is analyzed using the finite element integration method. Through full wave simulation calculation, the maximum sensitivity of the analyte refractive index of the absorber is 400 GHz/RIU, and the maximum sensitivity of the thickness is 35 GHz/μm. The results show that the absorber can achieve highly sensitive detection of trace substances. © 2023 SPIE. All rights reserved.

The parallel-machine customer order scheduling problem with delivery time and submodular rejection penalties (PCOSP-DS) is given a set $\mathcal{O}$ of $n$ customer orders and a set of $m$ exclusive machines. Each order has $m$ product types and a delivery time, where each product type must be produced on a exclusive machine. Each customer order can be either processed on the $m$ exclusive machines, or rejected and paid a penalty. The PCOSP-DS is to find a customer order set $A$ to minimize the sum of the maximum delivery completion time of $A$ and the penalty of rejected customer order set $R=\mathcal{O}\backslash A$ , where the penalty is determined using a given submodular function. We present a randomized rounding algorithm and prove that its expected approximation factor is $\max\{\frac{1}{\alpha}\cdot\ln(\frac{1}{1-\alpha}\overline{)}, \frac{1}{\alpha}\}$ , where $\alpha\in(0,1)$ . Then, we present a deterministic $\frac{e}{e-1}$ -approximation algorithm that is based on the randomized rounding algorithm.

Rhythm affects the naturalness and intelligibility of Text-To-Speech (TTS). However, rhythm prediction remains a great challenge, usually in two aspects: 1) the united annotation is a relatively difficult task, which depends on expert's experience. 2) traditional methods based on conditional random field (CRF), which heavily rely on feature engineering, such as word segmentation, part of speech(pos) etc. For above problems, we propose a method to reduce the dependency for united annotation data and conduct the joint experiment which use one unified model on independent data. Meanwhile, we also propose an algorithm of Layer Look Up Table (LLUT): use an embedding layer to learn a discriminative representation for different level of prosody data without any feature engineering. By using this method, the classifier can share the parameters and predict for different prosody level separately, which reduces the number of trainable model parameters. In order to better represent the input text, we use the pre-training model, like BERT, to provide the semantic information. Our experiment shows that the method of LLUT, is better able to acquire the discriminative meaning of different prosody levels. And also, our algorithm is proved to be general for sequence annotation tasks thus we can do extra task, like polyphone-prosody prediction. © 2022 IEEE.

As an emerging weakly supervised learning framework, partial label learning aims to induce a multi-class classifier from ambiguous supervision information where each training example is associated with a set of candidate labels, among which only one is the true label. Traditional feature selection methods, either for single label and multiple label problems, are not applicable to partial label learning as the ambiguous information contained in the label space obfuscates the importance of features and misleads the selection process. This makes the selection of a proper feature subset from partial label examples particularly challenging, and therefore has rarely been investigated. In this paper, we propose a novel feature selection algorithm for partial label learning, named PLFS, which considers not only the relationships between features and labels, but also exploits the relationships between instances to select the most informative and important features to enhance the performance of partial label learning. PLFS constructs an adaptive weighted graph to exploit the similarity information among instances, differentiate the label space and weight the feature space, which leads to the selection of a proper feature subset. Extensive experiments over a broad range of benchmark data sets clearly validate the effectiveness of our proposed feature selection approach.

Quadratic programming methods have been widely used to solve the redundancy problem of control manipulators due to their ability to optimize performance indicators under physical constraints. However, conventional quadratic programming methods require known parameters. In practical work environments, the physical parameters of the manipulator can be uncertain. Therefore, an adaptive control method that can synchronize parameter identification and network control is necessary. We propose an adaptive varying parameter projection neural network method that begins from the perspective of joint velocity space. This method decouples the unknown parameters and nonlinear parts that require identification in the Jacobian matrix of the manipulator. For the first time, a projection network with varying parameters is introduced for redundant decomposition, greatly improving the accuracy of trajectory tracking. Additionally, we design an iterative identification equation based on neural dynamics and introduce position feedback, making Jacobian matrix identification more accurate. The proposed method can solve the problem of redundant resolution of robotic arms under actual physical constraints and unknown physical parameters and can improve performance indicators. Privacy protection is one of the main approaches to improve the security and reliability of personalized course recommendation systems. However, the current privacy protection methods for personalized course recommendation mainly focus on data protection, but ignore the potential privacy leakage that may be caused by the system behavior. In addition, privacy protection is not fully considered in the initial phases of system development and design. To address this issue, this paper presents a methodology for detecting privacy leakage in personalized course recommendation systems using the process algebra Pi-Calculus. Firstly, the basic semantics and evolution rules of Pi-Calculuss as well as the definition of mutual simulation techniques are introduced. Then the personalized course recommendation system is mapped to a process algebra Pi-Calculus, a formal description and analysis of the interaction behavior of the components of the personalized course recommendation system is given, and finally a framework for privacy leakage detection is introduced and applied to a case study to detect whether there is privacy leakage behavior in the recommendation system by the inter-simulation technique. Experiments demonstrate that the method can effectively detect potential privacy leakage problems in the early stages of system development. © 2024 IEEE.

AB_(2)O_(4)-type spinels with low relative permittivity(ε_(τ))and high quality factor(Q×f)are crucial to high-speed signal propagation *** this work,Zn^(2+)/Ge^(4+) co-doping to substitute Ga in ZnGa_(2)O_(4) was designed to lower the sintering temperature and adjust the thermal stability of resonance frequency ***_(1+2)Ga_(2-2x)Ge_(x)O_(4)(0.1≤x≤0.5)ceramics were synthesised by the conventional solid state ***^(2+)/Ge^(4+) co-substitution induced minimal variation in the macroscopical spinel structure,which effectively lowered the sintering temperature from 1385 to 1250℃.All compositions crystallized in a normal spinel structure and exhibited dense microstructures and excellent microwave dielectric *** compositional dependent quality factor was related to the microstructural variation,being confirmed by Raman features.A composition with x=0.3 shows the best dielectric properties with ε_(τ) ≈10.09,Q×f≈112,700 THz,and ε_(τ) ≈-75.6 ppm/℃.The negative τf value was further adjusted to be near-zero through the formation of composite ceramics with TiO_(2).
