An efficient Quasi-Affine Transformation Evolutionary algorithm with fixed dimension updating and its application in UAV 3D path planning

Quasi-Affine Transformation Evolutionary (QUATRE) algorithm is a kind of swarm-based collaborative optimization algorithm that solves the problem of a position deviation in a DE search by using the co-evolution matrix M instead of the cross-control parameter CR in the differential evolution algorithm (DE). However, QUATRE shares some of the same weaknesses as DE, such as premature convergence and search stagnation. Inspired by the artificial bee colony algorithm (ABC), we propose a new QUATRE algorithm to improve these problems that ranks all the individuals and evolves only the poorer half of the population. In an evolving population, individuals of different levels intersect with dimensions of different sizes to improve search efficiency and accuracy. In addition, we establish a better selection framework for the parent generation individuals and select more excellent parent individuals to complete the evolution for the individuals trapped in search stagnation. To verify the performance of the new QUATRE algorithm, we divide the comparison algorithm into three groups, including ABC variant group, DE variant group, and QUATRE variant group, and the CEC2014 test suite is used for the comparison. The experimental results show the new QUATRE algorithm performance is competitive. We also successfully apply the new QUATRE algorithm on the 3D path planning of UAV, and compared with the other famous algorithm performance it is still outstanding, which verifies the algorithm's practicability. © 2024 - IOS Press. Previous articles on unsupervised skeleton-based action recognition primarily focused on strategies for utilizing features to drive model optimization through methods like contrastive learning and reconstruction. However, designing application-level strategies poses challenges. This article shifts the focus to the generation-level modelings and introduces the spatiotemporal adaptively attentions-guided refining network (AgRNet). AgRNet approaches the reduction of costs and enhancement of efficiency by constructing the adaptive activity-guided attention (AAGA) and adaptive dominant-guided attenuation (ADGA) modules. The AAGA leverages the sparsity of the correlation matrix in the attention mechanism to adaptively filter and retain the active components of the sequence during the modeling process. The ADGA embeds the local dominant features of the sequence, obtained through convolutional distillation, into the globally dominant features under the attention mechanism, guided by the defined attenuation factor. Additionally, the progressive feature modeling (PFM) module is introduced to complement the progressive features in motion sequences that were overlooked by AAGA and ADGA. AgRNet shows efficiency on three public datasets, NTU-RGBD 60, NTU-RGBD 120, and UWA3D. © 2020 IEEE.

High-performance bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts that simultaneously boost the sluggish oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)need to be developed for advanced rechargeable Znair battery *** this work,a zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)-phase conversion associated with a subsequent thermal fixing strategy was developed to fabricate bimetallic CoFe single atoms/clusters embedded in N-doped carbon(denoted as CoFe-N-C)nanorods,which can serve as efficient bifunctional ORR/OER *** observation and X-ray absorption spectroscopy analysis confirm the co-existence of highly active Co/Fe-N_(x) dual sites and CoFe alloy nanoclusters.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)results prove that implanting secondary Fe atoms into Co-N-C matrix nanorods can induce electronic redistribution of atomic Co/Fe active sites and generate synergistic effects,which would optimize the adsorption energy of the reaction intermediates and thus enhance the bifunctional ORR/OER *** bimetallic CoFe-N-C nanorods exhibit significantly enhanced bifunctional ORR/OER activity and stability than the monometallic Co/Fe-N-C nanorods in alkaline electrolytes in terms of a very positive half-wave potential of 0.90 V(*** hydrogen electrode(RHE))for ORR,and an overpotential of 440 mV to reach current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2)for OER,yielding a small overpotential gap of 0.77 ***,the rechargeable Zn-air batteries using bimetallic CoFe-N-C nanorods as air-cathode catalyst demonstrates peak power density of200.7 mW·cm^(-2)and robust cycling stability of up to200 h,corresponding to 1200 discharge-charge cycles.

Explicit Constructions of Capacity-Achieving T-PIR Schemes over Small Fields via Generalized Minor Matrices

Suppose a distributed storage system containing M files is replicated across N servers, and a user wants to privately retrieve one file by accessing the servers such that the identity of the retrieved file is kept secret from any subset of up to T servers, where each file can be viewed as a vector over the q-ary finite field Fq. A scheme designed for this purpose is called a T-private information retrieval (T-PIR) scheme. We consider the problem of explicitly constructing capacity-achieving T-PIR schemes over small finite fields. In this paper, we first provide a general framework for constructing explicit capacity-achieving T-PIR schemes for all parameters, which only relies on an MDS array matrix with a special information set. To construct such an MDS array matrix, we propose a new family of matrices over finite fields, called the generalized minor matrices of the Moore matrix, and establish a series of key identities. By combining favourable properties of generalized minor matrices with our framework, we construct an explicit capacityachieving T-PIR scheme with optimal sub-packetization over the field Fq, as small as possible, for three classes of parameters N, T,M ≥ 3. Specifically, the first class of construction works for all N = d(2t − 1), T = dt, and the field size q is the least prime power satisfying qt−1 ≥ N. Moreover, this construction generalizes the scheme proposed by Xu and Wang in 2022, which only considers the case of N = d(2t−1), T = dt with 2t−1≥ N. For all N = d(2t + 1), T = dt, our second T-PIR scheme is the first explicit construction, and the field size q is the least prime power satisfying qt ≥ N, which is the smallest field size among all known explicit capacity-achieving T-PIR schemes. Particularly, when 2t≥ N, the field size of such constructions can be reduced to 2. In the case of N = 4s and T = 2s + 1, our scheme is the first one to reduce the field size to q = 2. CNN-Based Multi-Output and Multi-Task Regression for Supershape Reconstruction from 3D Point Clouds

In a number of industries, including computer graphics, robotics, and medical imaging, three-dimensional reconstruction is essential. In this research, a CNN-based Multi-output and Multi-Task Regressor with deep learning capabilities is proposed for three-dimensional object reconstruction from 3D point cloud. Our approach is grounded in the original Point Net architecture, which addresses the difficulties associated with convolution when applied to point clouds. Firstly, this paper is modified using a Multi-Output Regressor to accurately recreate Super forms from 3D point clouds. Using this method, we first extract features from the 3D point cloud using Point Net. After that, a Multi-Output Regressor receives these data and uses them to anticipate the Super shape parameters needed to reconstruct the shape. Taking in the data, the Multi-Output Regressor retrieved characteristics from Point Net and simultaneously predicts several outcomes. Second, a Multi-Task Regressor is used to modify the Point Net. The network gains from the capacity to transfer knowledge from one task to another, improving the model's overall performance. The model would forecast the ten parameters needed to create the shape in the case of rebuilding Super shapes. The test findings were better than expected;they are intriguing in terms of prediction accuracy and cost, and they update the result by 80%, which is a good accomplishment for the study. © 2025 Slovene Society Informatika. Highly efficient inorganic phosphors are desirable for lighting-emitting diode light sources,and increasing the doping concentration of activators is a common approach for enhancing the photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY).However,the constraint of concentration quenching poses a great challenge for improving the ***,we propose a fundamental design principle by separating activators and prolonging their distance in Eu^(2+)-activated Rb_(3)Y(PO_(4))_(2)phosphors to inhibit concentration quenching,in which different quenching rates are controlled by the Eu distribution at various crystallographic *** blue-violet-emitting Rb_(3)Y(PO_(4))2:xEu(x=0.1%–15%)phosphors,with the occupation of Rb1,Rb2 and Y sites by Eu^(2+),exhibit rapid luminescence quenching with optimum external PLQY of 10%due to multi-channel energy ***,as the Eu concentration increases above 20%,Eu^(2+)prefer to occupy the Rb1 and Y sites with separated polyhedra and large interionic distances,resulting in green emission with suppressed concentration quenching,achieving an improved external PLQY of 41%.Our study provides a unique design perspective for elevating the efficiency of Eu^(2+)-activated phosphors toward high-performance inorganic luminescent materials for full-spectrum lighting.
