The utilisation of ML (Machine Learning) techniques in the detection of the VP (Voice Pathology) has recently gained a lot of consideration. However, these efforts still have several drawbacks such as: I) the accuracy rates of most previous works are still not promising and need more improvement. II) The majority of the previous works have concentrated on the task of VP detection only and disregarded the task of VP classification. III) Most of the previous works have been assessed based on a single voice data only like the vowel /a/, and the other vowels (/i/, and /u/) and sentences were disregarded. IV) The majority of the previous works performance were assessed utilising a limited evaluation metrics. Recently, one of the utmost effective ML techniques is FLN (Fast Learning Network), it is an efficient technique for data classification. However, the FLN classifier has not been implemented to the problem of VP detection and classification. Therefore, this research proposes the FLN classifier with MFCC (Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficient) features in order to enhance the accuracy of the VP detection and classification. The FLN classifier has the ability to a) solve both binary and multiclass classification issues, b) eliminate overfitting, as well as c) operate akin to a NN (Neural Network) structure while employing the principles of a kernel-based SVM (Support Vector Machine). In this research, the SVD (Saarbrucken Voice Database) dataset was utilised to assess the FLN classifier performance in the VP detection and classification. The assessment of the proposed FLN classifier was conducted based on two phases: the first phase includes all the voice samples of the SVD dataset with the sentences and vowels (i.e., /a/, /i/, and /u/) which are pronounced in neutral, high, and low pitches. While the second phase uses the voice samples of the utmost common 3 pathology types (i.e., paralysis, polyp, and cyst) based on the vowel /a/ that is pronounced in neutral pitch. The

Social commerce uses a variety of social networking sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and business Whatsapp as a platform to promote products and services. Since advertising, a product, or service in s-comm will reach as high as a possible number of users on networking sites. Ads will spread virally by sharing among friends and friends of friends. So that wider reachability is possible and shortly will get the customer for our business. The success of an s-comm campaign is measured by the degree to which consumers interact with the sellers through review comments, likes, and shares between friends. Customer behavior analysis is needed for s-comm marketing because social commerce can significantly boost economic growth. The sentiment analysis of customer recommendations was investigated using a dataset of women's s-comm apparel hashtags and reviews. So for such reviews are experimented with different machine learning algorithms (Decision tree, SVM, Random Forest, KNN, Naïve Bayes and LSTM). These models handled the common English reviews and compared the metrics (Accuracy, Sensitivity and Specificity) with one another. Instead of working with individual model, this paper introduces a novel hybrid approach that integrates CNN and Ada Boost LSTM algorithms to provide better results in sentiment analysis when compared to other machine learning algorithms mentioned above. While considering the hash tag with common review comments the hybrid system is out performed. The comparison analysis is done for performance matrices namely accuracy of 98%, specificity of 98.1%, and sensitivity of 98.1%. In the s-commerce transaction industry, this hybrid approach will help to create a deeper understanding of consumer sentiment analysis and psychologically attract clients. © 2024 IEEE.

Fruits are absolutely delicious for the most part, but more importantly, they are good for healthy life. Fruits are nature's candy and offer all sorts of health benefits besides the great taste. They provide necessary nutrients to the body so that it will not be susceptible to disease or other ailments. Fruits contain enough fiber to keep our digestive system in top health form. Fruits also helps to regulate the water level in body as well as your blood sugar levels, which means that will usually feel hungry less often if we consumes a lot of fruits. The easier it is for people to recognize that a fruit is ripe and ready for selling at the market allows the farmers, in some cases, to sell their crop early before it would normally spoil. If we look closely, we see that many times people don't buy something because it appears rotten or way past its peak ripeness, which demonstrates how products spoil right on time. This study proposed a user-convenient system for fruit ripeness detection using the convolutional neural network (CNN) based on RipeNet structure. © 2025 IEEE.

In recent times data breaches in various sectors of industry have become a common threat. It has become very crucial to secure patient data in the health industry. With the popularization of UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) in surveillance, delivery services, environmental monitoring, and increasingly other operational aspects, besides the need to take off and land, efficient traffic management becomes integral for assuring and securing further development and exploitation. Most of the existing traffic management systems for UAVs depend on traditional rule-based algorithms or simpler machine learning techniques, such as DQN or PPO. However, these systems also have enormous challenges: dynamic environments, high-density traffic, and robust decision-making over unpredictable weather and network conditions. In addition, the above traditional models usually experience difficulties in balancing exploration and exploitation, leading to suboptimal routing and enlarged collision risks in complicated urban airspaces. These challenges have driven us to develop a new proposal: a UA V traffic management framework based on Double Deep Q-Network (DDQN) combined with Instruction-Based Learning. In this approach, advanced learning for DDQN optimizes processes at decision-making points for UAVs. The model proposed herein, along with comprehensive simulations and quantitative analyses, demonstrated higher performance in terms of leadership and cumulative rewards while keeping lower training loss compared to the classical algorithms such as DQN, A3C, and PPO. At the same time, the DDQN model presented a better success rate (95%), as also reflected in the balanced precision-recall curve showing an area under the curve of 0.90, over others in the on-point prediction of UAVstate and safety margin of collision. Our experimental results demonstrate that the proposed DDQN-based framework significantly enhances UA V traffic management by optimizing energy consumption in complex airspaces and reducing the risk of collision. © 2025 IEEE.

Spatial transcriptomics (ST) offers insights into gene expression patterns within tumor microenvironments, but its widespread application is impeded by cost constraints. To address this, predicting ST from Histology emerges as a cost-effective alternative. However, current methods such as STNet, HistoGene, and Hist2ST exhibit limitations, either overlooking stain variation across datasets or failing to well explore inter-spot correlations in scenarios with limited Whole Slide Image (WSI) data. In response, we present STFormer, a deep learning approach that incorporates the Style-Aug module to enhance feature generalization through medically-irrelevant style transfer augmentation. Additionally, the Cross-WSI Transformer module is introduced to capture Cross-WSI spot relationships efficiently. Our experimental results, conducted on both internal and external datasets, demonstrate that STFormer surpasses existing methods by a substantial margin. This showcases its potential as a powerful tool for spatial transcriptomics predictions, addressing critical gaps in current methodologies. © 2024 IEEE.
