With the rapid development of Internet technology, various network attack methods come out one after the other. SQL injection has become one of the most severe threats to Web applications and seriously threatens various Web application services and users' data security. There are both traditional detection methods and emerging methods based on deep learning technology with higher detection accuracy for the detection of SQL injection. However, they are all for detecting a single statement and cannot determine the stage of the attack. To further improve the effect of SQL injection detection, this paper proposes an integrated detection framework for SQL injection behavior based on both text features and traffic features. We propose a SQL-LSTM model based on deep learning technology as the detection model at the text features level. Meanwhile,the features of the data traffic are merged. By this integrated method, the detection effect of SQL injection is further improved.

NUMA-aware FFT-based convolution on ARMv8 many-core CPUs

Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), one of the most representative algorithms of deep learning, are widely used in various artificial intelligence applications. Convolution operations often take most of the computational overhead of CNNs. The FFT-based algorithm can improve the efficiency of convolution by reducing its algorithm complexity, there are a lot of works about the high-performance implementation of FFT-based convolution on many-core CPUs. However, there is no optimization for the non-uniform memory access (NUMA) characteristics in manycore CPUs. In this paper, we present a NUMA-aware FFT-based convolution implementation on ARMv8 many-core CPUs with NUMA architectures. The implementation can reduce a number of remote memory access through the data reordering of FFT transformations and the three-level parallelization of the complex matrix multiplication. The experiment results on a ARMv8 many-core CPU with NUMA architectures demonstrate that our NUMA-aware implementation has much better performance than the state-of-the-art work in most cases. Even though pre-trained language models like BERT and XLNet have produced significant consequences on a variety of tasks of natural language processing, they are difficult to deploy in practical applications due to their large number of parameters, and huge calculation and memory costs. In order to improve the training speed and inference speed of the pre-trained model, the FasterBERT model is proposed in this paper. This model combines batch data preprocessing method with knowledge distillation. It increases the model to increase the model speed and maintains the original accuracy. Furthermore, double loss function is incorporated during the knowledge distillation process in this paper, so that the model can better learn the knowledge of the teacher model and the knowledge of the real labels. The accuracy of the model is improved. The effectiveness of the FasterBERT model is demonstrated on 12 datasets in this paper. Training speed of the FasterBERT is 1.1-2.2 times higher than FastBERT and 2-43 times higher than BERT. In addition, the accuracy is up to 0.6% higher than that of FastBERT, and the accuracy is better than that of the BERT model on three datasets. The experiments show that the FasterBERT model proposed in this paper performs well on six Chinese datasets and six English datasets. The speed is greatly improved while the accuracy of the task also has a significant effect.

Knowledge representation learning (KRL) is one of the important research topics in artificial intelligence and Natural language processing. It can efficiently calculate the semantics of entities and relations in a low-dimensional space, and effectively solve the problem of data sparsity, which significantly improve the performance of knowledge acquisition, fusion and reasoning and so on. Starting from the five perspectives of distance-based, semantic matching, bilinear-based, neural network model and additional information model, this paper first introduces the overall framework and specific model design, and then correspondingly introduces the experimental evaluation tasks, metrics and benchmark datasets of each model. On this basis, how to apply KRL to various downstream tasks is summarized.

With the exponential growth of mobile traffic data, mobile traffic classification is in a great need. It is an essential step to improve the performance of network services such as QoS and security monitoring. However, the widespread use of encrypted protocols, especially the TLS protocol, has posed great challenges to traditional traffic classification techniques. As the rule-based deep packet inspection approaches are ineffective for encrypted traffic classification, various machine learning methods have been studied and used. Recently, deep learning solutions which enable automatic feature extraction are also proposed to classify encrypted traffic. In this paper we propose App-Net, an end-to-end hybrid neural network, to learn effective features from raw TLS flows for mobile app identification. App-Net is designed by combining RNN and CNN in a parallel way. So that it can learn a joint flow-app embedding to characterize both flow sequence patterns and unique app signatures. We evaluate App-Net on a real-world dataset that covering 80 apps. The results show that our method can achieve an excellent performance and outperform the state-of-the-art methods.

Aiming at the fine-grained sentiment classification that distinguishes the emotional intensity, the commonly used dataset SST-1 is analyzed in depth. Through the analysis, it is found that the dataset has serious problems such as data imbalance and small overall scale, which seriously restricts the classification effect. In order to solve the related problems, data augmentation method is adopted to realize the optimization of the dataset. The IMDB and other data which are relatively homologous to the original dataset are annotated, and the focus is to expand the categories with fewer numbers. By this way, the problem of data imbalance is effectively alleviated and the original data scale is expanded. Then, based on the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) model, which has good overall performance on natural language processing, the benchmark classification model is built. Through multiple comparison experiments on the original dataset and the enhanced data, the influence of the deficiency of the original dataset on the classification effect is verified. And, it is fully demonstrated that the enhanced data can effectively improve the test results and solve the problem of large differences in performance between different categories well. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Code clone helps improving programming productivity, while at the same time leads to many negative effects on software maintenance. Many approaches have been proposed to detect clones, but most of them fail on detecting low similarity code snippets. In this paper, we propose a Siamese network which links two recursive autoencoders (RAE) with a comparator network for clone detection. The unweighted recursive autoencoder is designed to learn code representation and then the comparator network is employed for similarity evaluation. In this Siamese network, it takes full advantages of lexical, semantic and structure information, and achieves high accuracy in revealing tiny similarity. We conduct comprehensive experiments on BigCloneBench using tagged clones as well as the whole repository respectively. The results suggest that our approach achieves good accuracy, and its recall reaches 93.02 % in WT3/T4, which outperforms state-of-the-art.

This paper proposes a heterogeneous processor design for CNN-based AI applications on IoT devices. The heterogeneous processor contains an embedded RISC-V CPU that works as a general processor and an efficient CNN-accelerator that supports a variety of CNN models with a list of macro instructions. For demonstration, we implement a prototype on an FPGA platform with the RISC-V CPU working under 20 MHz and the CNN accelerator working under 100 MHz. As a case study, we run a CNN-based face detection and recognition application on this prototype. The prototype can process one image in 0.72 seconds and an ASIC implementation working under 400 MHz can process one image in less than 0.15 seconds by estimation, which can satisfy the needs for many IoT scenarios such as access control systems and check-in systems. © 2020 The Authors. With the rapid development of the satellite industry, the information transmission network based on communication satellites has gradually become a major and important part of the future satellite ground integration network. However, the low transmission efficiency of the satellite data relay back mission has become a problem that is currently constraining the construction of the system and needs to be solved urgently. Effectively planning the task of satellite ground networking by reasonably scheduling resources is crucial for the efficient transmission of task data. In this paper, we hope to provide a task execution scheme that maximizes the profit of the networking task for satellite ground network planning considering feeding mode (SGNPFM). To solve the SGNPFM problem, a mixed-integer planning model with the objective of maximizing the gain of the link-building task is constructed, which considers various constraints of the satellite in the feed-switching mode. Based on the problem characteristics, we propose a distance similarity-based genetic optimization algorithm (DSGA), which considers the state characteristics between the tasks and introduces a weighted Euclidean distance method to determine the similarity between the tasks. To obtain more high-quality solutions, different similarity evaluation methods are designed to assist the algorithm in intelligently screening individuals. The DSGAalso uses an adaptive crossover strategy based on similarity mechanism, which guides the algorithm to achieve efficient population search. In addition, a task scheduling algorithm considering the feed-switching mode is designed for decoding the algorithm to generate a highquality scheme. The results of simulation experiments show that the DSGA can effectively solve the SGNPFM problem.
