In this paper we argue that the current paradigm for AGN and quasars is essentially incomplete and a rivision is needed. Remind that the current paradigm for AGN and quasars is that their radio emission is explained by synchrotron radiation from relativistic electrons that are Doppler boosted through bulk motion. In this model, the intrinsic brightness temperatures cannot exceed 1011 to 1012 K. Typical Doppler boosting is expected to be able to raise this temperature by a factor of 10. The observed brightness temperature of the most compact structures in BL Lac, constrained by baselines longer than 5.3G, must indeed exceed 2 × 1013K and can reach as high as ˜ 3 × 1014K. This is difficult to reconcile with current incoherent synchrotron emission models from relativistic electrons, requiring alternative models such as emission from relativistic protons. However the proton, as we know, is 1836 times heavier than an electron and absolutely huge energy is required to accelerated it to sublight speed. These alternative models such as emission from relativistic protons can be suported by semiclassical gravity effect finds its roots in the singular behavior of quantum fields on curved distributional space- times presented by rotating gravitational singularities.

The problem of stationary target location by multiple passive radar sensors that using unknown and non-cooperative opportunity illuminator is considered. Traditional two-step approach which estimating the time difference of arrival (TDOA) and angle of arrival (AOA) firstly and locating using those parameters secondly. We explore the direct location with multiple passive radar sensors without estimating the intermediate parameters. As the reference path from the transmitter to receivers may be blocked in practice, we discuss the both cases that location without and with reference path. Two maximum likelihood algorithms of direct location are proposed for multiple passive radar sensors without and with reference. Monte Carlo simulations indicate that the direct location algorithm is superior to two-step approach with TDOA and AOA at low SNR for multiple passive radar sensors.

Climate change and global warming are causing sea level rise and thus the degradation of groundwater quality by excess salt. In this context, the purpose of this work is the establishment of a system for the remote acquisition and supervision of a multi-stage solar distiller to supply drinking water to the Douar Al Hamri in the rural district of Boughriba in the province of Berkane (Oujda Region). The system implemented will allow instantaneous monitoring the operation of the station in real time to ensure the amount and quality of produced fresh water, and remote intervention in case of failure or malfunctioning of the systems. In this paper, after describing the operation of the solar distiller, the structure of its control and supervision system is presented, including: the start-up and shutdown of the distiller, tracking of its functionality, data acquisition, and control connection to the electricity grid or photovoltaic generators.

This paper considers a fuzzy sliding mode control for the trajectory tracking control of a stratospheric airship. Firstly,dynamic modeling and kinematic modeling of the stratospheric airship are proposed. Secondly, the design and stability analysis of the controller are given. Finally, numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the performance of the proposed controller, and the simulation results indicate that fuzzy sliding mode control reduces chattering effectively and ensures faster convergence and better tacking precision against sliding mode control(SMC).
