An effective algorithm for PolSAR image speckle reduction is developed in this paper. First, pixels in the image are classified through three steps:i) HH/α plane is used for image initial classification based on the polarization difference;ii) anisotropy A and total backscattering power after PWF are combined for further classification;iii) hierarchical cluster method is applied to get the final classifications. Then, the pixels are selected to be filtered according to their classes by the linear minimize mean square filter. Experimental results with AIRSAR data show that, the new algorithm is more effective than Scattering-Model-Based speckle filter, not only in speckle suppression, but also in polarimetric properties, structure and texture preservation.

We present an entanglement purification protocol (EPP) to reconstruct some maximally hybrid entangled states (HESs) from nonmaximally mixed HESs. We use simple linear optical elements such as a polarization beam splitter (PBS) and beam splitter (BS) to achieve this task. Meanwhile, it is shown that the parity-check gates acted by PBS and BS are enough to complete the task, and the controlled-not (cnot) gates or similar logic operations are not needed. Unlike the current EPPs, this protocol can purify not only the conventional bit-flip error and phase-flip error but also the dissipation error coming from the photon loss of the coherent state. It can also be extended to achieve the purification for multiphoton and multicoherent state HES. This protocol may be useful in current hybrid quantum repeaters.

A radar ECCM method is proposed to combat the repeat jamming. Benfitting from the full-rate orthogonal pulse block design of such method, all the received signals within a pulse block are employed in the match filtering operation for false target cancellation, which improves the SNR of real targets. And the Two-dimensional frequency domain motion compensation automatically removes the impact of target motion on canceling out multiple false targets with different and unknown motion parameters. The numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

A new method for numerical simulation and parameter identification of fractional order models is presented in this paper. A Digital Adjustable Fractional Integrator is proposed to improve the numerical simulation of fractional order systems. The main feature of this tool consists in: the important reduction of simulation run time, operate as a one-step forward predictor and, consequently, it can be used for real-time numerical simulation and identification of different fractional order systems using the same structure. The consistence, convergence and stability of the proposed method are proved. Finally, some numerical results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approximation.

In this paper, Doppler-shift frequency measurements are introduced into the Dual-Satellite Geolocation System to implement location for aerial moving target. The location model is established first, and then the rank of the observation matrix is proposed as standards of location observability, and two typical motion models, the uniform linear motion and the maneuvering turn motion are analysed and their observation matrix are given. Finally, simulation results presente a conclusion that Dual-satellite geolocation system can implement location effectively for aerial moving target by adding the Doppler-shift frequency measurements of single satellite under some restrictions.

Information sensitivity analysis is proposed for neural signals from spiking motor neurons that operate on the process moving legs of locusts. Our work presents an investigation from mechanical excitation to electrical output signals from spiking motor neurons driven by random Gaussian excitatory movements to a proprioceptor at the knee joint. From informationtheorectic sensitivity analysis is proposed an estimation of the associations among inputs and output signals. The estimation is quantified via a decomposition of their conditional mutual information and the pairwise interaction of information. A complex network is designed for modeling the motor neuronal system. The network is based on statistical dependences of information sensitivity. We applied the sensitivity analysis in neuro motor of locust called FETi (Fast Extensor Tibia) neuron. The results and some conclusions are presented.

A method is proposed for estimating time delay between MFSK signals received at two spatially separated sensors. onsidering the periodical characteristic of the peaks of cross correlation, the proposed method combines window echnology and differential magnitude between cross correlation and its Hilbert transform. The time argument at hich the differential magnitude achieves the peak in the range of window is the delay estimate. The method is ompared with several other methods. Simulation results show that the proposed method can get better performance. nder certain conditions the performance of proposed method can be better than CRLB by using priori information bout the transmitter and receivers.
