AVS2 is a kind of video coding standard proposed by China, it adopts 33 intra prediction modes to improve coding performance, while the computational complexity has increased dramatically. In order to reduce the complexity of AVS2 intra mode decision and make the AVS2 hardware encoder meet real-time requirements, this paper proposes the AVS2 intra fast mode decision algorithm and hardware design. The experimental results show that the intra mode decision algorithm and hardware design proposed in this paper can meet the throughput requirement of 1920x1080@60fps at a clock frequency of 300MHz. By using Xilinx FPGA XC7K325T 900 on the Vivado HLS platform for synthesis, only 10% of the LUT, 5% of FF, 5% of BRAM, and 6% of DSP in FPGA resources are consumed to meet the design requirements. © 2021 IEEE.

A novel 2D/2D g-C3N4/BiOCl (CN/BOC) heterojunction photocatalyst was synthesized by grinding appropriate amounts of CN, Bi(NO3)3·5H2O, glacial acetic acid and KCl at room temperature. The porous CN nanosheets not only facilitate the in situ nucleation and growth of BOC to form thin nanosheets and constitute an intimate contact interface, but also introduce more oxygen vacancies (OVs) in the grinding process. The 2D/2D CN/BOC heterojunction had a good interface and generates a built-in electric field, which can improve the separation of e− and h+. The synergistic effect of the heterostructure and OVs made the photocatalyst have significantly better performance than CN and BOC alone under visible light. The most efficient CN/BOC-5 could achieve a tetracycline (TC) degradation rate of 89.8% within 2 h, which was 1.9 and 1.2 times faster than CN and BOC, respectively. It catalyzed the reduction of CO2 to CO at a rate of 2.00 μ mol h−1 g−1, 1.1 and 3.2 times faster than CN and BOC, respectively. The mechanism for the photocatalysis of CN/BOC-5 was revealed. It was confirmed that the efficiency of photo-induced carrier separation and visible-light photo-absorption were both considerably increased by the synergistic interaction between OVs and 2D/2D heterojunction. This research may open up new possibilities for the logical design of efficient photocatalysts through combining 2D/2D heterojunctions with OVs for environmental remediation. This paper addresses the Electric Vehicle Routing Problem (EVRP) with multi-resource constraints. We propose a novel mathematical model incorporating multiple resource constraints into the EVRP. While the flexibility of this model is advantageous, it is important to acknowledge that the computational complexity of solving EVRP increases with problem size, as the problem is known to be NP-hard. To tackle this challenge, we propose a two-stage iterative algorithm. The algorithm transforms the original mixed non-linear integer programming problem into two tractable linear programming (LP) subproblems. The first stage focuses on optimizing vehicle routing, and the second stage tackles the resource scheduling problem, ensuring all resource limitations are met. Besides, an iterative optimization process is proposed to improve the performance of the results further. Through numerical experiments, we verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Recently, the need for MRI images in clinical applications has skyrocketed. While this is very desired, a trade-off will exist between acquisition speed, resolution, and noise. By and large, MRI pictures have a higher in-plane resolution than through-plane images. It is impossible to get high frequency information from these pictures through through-plane and it cannot be derived by interpolation either. To address this issue, the super resolution (SR) approach was created to improve spatial resolution. SR approaches learn the transition from lowresolution (LR) to high-resolution (HR) pictures using a training set. HR atlas pictures are not readily accessible for MRI for a variety of reasons. In this article, we offer a self-SR method that is not reliant on an external training data. However, it is possible to bypass this limitation using HR pictures, which are dependant upon obtaining LR images. To create training sets, several forms of distorted input pictures are employed. To estimate the HR picture, the trained set is applied to the input image. When compared to existing self-super-resolution (SSR) approaches, the suggested result improves through-plane resolution significantly. © 2022 IEEE.

Multi-source navigation sensors can provide high-precision navigation solutions. To achieve back-end information fusion, this paper presents a fault detection algorithm and an information fusion algorithm. The fault detection algorithm is designed to detect anomalies in multisource navigation sensor data, while the information fusion algorithm is used to integrate data from multiple sensors for obtaining more accurate and reliable navigation information. These two algorithms are based on the D-S evidence theory and Murphy's improved method, which effectively detect and judge abnormal data and handle conflicts and uncertainties among multiple sources of information, thereby outputting more reliable navigation information. By applying the algorithms to actual flight data, this study demonstrates their effectiveness in abnormal situations, such as abnormal inertial attitude angle, constant difference between inertial pitch angle and heading pitch angle, and sudden changes in GPS output position information. © 2023 IEEE.

Neural architecture search (NAS) has been proved to be effective in automatically designing the architectures of deep neural networks (DNNs). Currently, most of cell-based NAS methods are subjected to the prior rules of human experts on neural architectures (e.g., the topology-sharing strategy), but it is not in line with the sustainable development of automated machine learning (Auto-ML). In this paper, a feedback-inspired super-network shrinking (FSS) method is developed under the framework of differentiable architecture search (DARTS) such that neural networks with flexible architectures are derived without strong reliance on human experts. In FSS, the information entropy is utilized to measure the sparsity of the super-network and an adaptive shrinking method is developed to balance the cross-entropy and the sparsity entropy. The experiments on CIFAR10/100 demonstrate that the proposed ESF derives a set of neural architectures with competitive performance-computation trade-offs in one single search procedure, which is superior to the state-of-the-art NAS methods. © 2023 IEEE.

Today's situation, the necessary examination of every young girl's mind, taking into account the constant increase in issues of women's uprising in the past, is her safety. To help settle this issue we propose a LoRa based women wellbeing system. This gadget comprises of a framework that guarantees double cautions if she thinks she is in a difficult situation. This framework can be turned on by a lady on the off chance that she even figures she would be in a difficult situation. In a panic alarming framework, if the lady is hit on the head from behind, she may never find an opportunity to press the emergency signal and nobody will realize she is in a difficult situation. Our framework tackles this issue. This gadget is to be turned on ahead of time by a lady in the event that she is strolling on a forlorn street or some dull rear entryway or any far off territory. Just the lady validated to the gadgets can begin the framework by finger impression check. When begun the gadgets requires the lady to continually check her finger on the framework like clockwork, else the framework presently sends her area to the approved number through SMS. In this case regardless of whether somebody hits the lady or the lady tumbles down and get oblivious, she doesn't have to do anything, the framework consequently sends message when the fingerprint is missed. The gadget utilizes GPS sensor alongside a GS, modem, LCD display, LoRa and microcontroller based circuit to accomplish this framework. © 2022 IEEE.

This article develops a distributed robust containment control approach for multi-robot systems via adaptive critic designs. To begin with, the distributed robust containment control problem of multi-robot systems with modeling uncertainties is transformed into an optimal containment control problem of its nominal plant by designing discounted value functions for all following robots. Hereafter, the distributed optimal containment control law is derived by solving the coupled Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation of each following robot via the critic-only structure. Moreover, theoretical analysis shows that the developed adaptive critic design-based distributed robust containment control scheme guarantees the containment errors of all following robots to be asymptotically stable. Finally, the effectiveness of the present control approach is verified by simulation studies. © 2023 IEEE.

Big data provides a greater space for various organizations to obtain knowledge-oriented decisions. Big data analytics would lead to an increased rate of success. Capturing, storing, searching, sharing, transferring, visualizing, querying, updating are the challenges in big data. In our proposal, the most recent developments in information management include the convergence of big data and RFID technology. We are proposing an advanced Banking, Hospital, and Passport & Ration application for our implementation. For all these four applications, RFID is used as a user identification number. User behavior is monitored through Hidden Markov Model (HMM). Formula-based authentication is used for verifying the withdrawal of money above the limit. This card can also be used as a smart card in Ration shops. Users can use this multicard in hospitals to get their information. Multi-card can also be used in airports to register travel. All the information is kept in several Cloud Servers. © 2022 IEEE.

The sensing characteristics of irradiated fiber Bragg gratings(FBGs)and Fabry-Perot interferometers(FPIs)were investigated under a 2MGy dose of gamma *** study found that the pressure sensitivity of FP sensors after irradiation was stable,while the temperature sensitivity of FBG sensors was unstable,and both wavelengths displayed a *** findings offer the possibility for the application of FP pressure sensors in the gamma radiation environments,and FBG sensors require further research to be suitable for application in the nuclear radiation environments.
