In this research, a plastic based electrowetting on dielectric (EWOD) microchip with electrochemical sensor was studied. The microchip was designed, fabricated and experimental studied for the chemical analysis. For the design, the microchip was designed with the T-junction base for develop to the new junction that can analyte four droplets in one time and use three electrodes as electrochemical sensor in the end of the junction. The electrochemical sensor comprising three electrodes, including carbon working, carbon counter, and silver/silver chloride reference electrodes. The EWOD integrate with electrochemical sensor was fabricated by screen sprint technique and was tested to possibility of moving droplets on the microchip and chemical analysis with digital *** screen-printed EWOD microchip with integrated screen-printed carbon electrochemical sensor could be a promising alternative for low-cost automated chemical analyses © 2022 IEEE.

Photodetectors with superior stability hold transformative potential across diverse sectors, including military defense, industrial automation, optical communications, and information technology. Although metal halide perovskite CsPbBr3 has remarkable optoelectronic qualities, including a direct bandgap, a large absorption coefficient, and high carrier mobility, which make it perfect for photodetectors, solar cells, and LEDs, the preparation of CsPbBr3 devices is influenced by external environmental factors. Herein, we address this impact by constructing a NbOCl2/CsPbBr3 heterojunction via a solvent-free dry transfer technique. The resulting device achieves a stable rectification ratio (832), ultra-low dark current (3 while ensuring robust interfacial contact, circumventing degradation pathways associated with conventional fabrication. This work establishes a novel paradigm for designing high-performance perovskite photodetectors with enhanced rectification and durability. © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The optical fiber delay module is mainly used in the optically controlled phased array radar system, which plays a core role in the whole system. Among them, the measurement accuracy of the optical fiber delay and the optical fiber length are key technologies to realize the phase consistency of the module. In this paper, the phase error source and phase consistency control method of optical fiber delay module are analyzed. Further, the high precision phase testing technology and reliability test of optical fiber delay module are carried out. It can be concluded that the combination of fiber fusion taper and optical phase shift can significantly improve the phase accuracy. Meanwhile, the phase consistency of each channel of the fiber delay module is very excellent before and after the test.

Effect of 60Co γ-Ray Irradiation on the Linearity of Conductance Updating of the HfOx:Mg(9%)-Based Memristive Synapses Studied by Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy

Binary metal oxide memristive synapses, with their simple structure, high integration density, low power, and high speed, are promising for aerospace computing chips. However, irradiation can degrade their performance. This article investigates the effect of 60Co γ-ray radiation on the memristive synaptic properties of HfOx:Mg(9%), with a particular focus on the changes in the linearity of conductance updating. This is achieved by introducing electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) to analyze the variations in oxygen-deficient conductive filaments. Results show that increasing irradiation dose (0–1 Mrad(Si)) decreases high-resistance state current during long-term depression, reducing linearity. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy reveals increased oxygen vacancies postirradiation, while EIS indicates these vacancies hinder conductive filament rupture, causing linearity damage. This research enhances understanding of irradiation effects and supports the development of radiation-resistant memristive synapses. © 2025 Wiley-VCH GmbH.

The reliability of the DIP package is studied by numerical simulation. Firstly, the DIP package, fixture and metal steel are modeled. Based on this, variable thickness papers are laid on the sample. According to the experiment, corresponding excitation and boundary condition are set. Then, the transient analysis result of DIP package is obtained through numerical simulation. The results show the relation of different thickness papers and acceleration-time curve, which provides a beneficial reference for the optimization of DIP packing. © 2021 Institute of physics Publishing. Controlling surface chemistry is critically important for improving the initial Coulombic efficiency(ICE)and adsorption capacity of hard carbon anode used in Li/Na/K-ion ***,accurately identifying the types and concentrations of hydrogen/oxygen terminated functional groups(HTFG/OTFGs)and distinguishing their functionalities remain ***,we quantitatively investigated the surface chemistry on hard carbon via ultra-high temperature programed desorption measurements,and uncovered the role of HTFG/OTFGs in influencing ICE and adsorption capacity in Li/Na/K-ions *** C-H group is found to be dominant species on the surface of hard carbon,and presents a positive correlation with ICE values and adsorption *** low reactivity of C-H group with both electrolyte salt and solvent results in the formation of thinner and highly conducive solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)layer,which benefit for the enhanced ICE and improved Li/Na/K-ions diffusion across SEI ***,the pimping trapping effect of C-H groups allows the adsorbed Li/Na/K-ions to migrate into graphitic interlayer quickly,enhancing the slope *** fabricating a C-H group-rich surface chemistry on hard carbon,a high ICE value and satisfactory specific capacity have been *** findings enrich our understanding of the surface chemistry-induced interfacial reaction,which effectively guides the rational design of high-performance hard carbon.

In the field of nuclear fusion energy development, magnetic confinement tokamak reactors, which use strong magnetic fields to confine high-temperature plasmas, are crucial for sustainable and clean fusion energy. Disruption caused by plasma instability can terminate the fusion reaction and even cause irreparable damage to the equipment. Therefore, a thorough understanding of the underlying physical mechanisms is essential for predicting and preventing plasma disruption. The recently proposed analytical theory of plasma disruption may predict and prevent plasma disruption, but its validation requires the frequency-time signals. The Heavy Ion Beam Probe (HIBP) can provide such signals, however, because its scarcity in the world, particularly in China, it is necessary to develop more suitable methods. Here we show a new approach that employs Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) on magnetic perturbation signals to obtain frequency-time diagrams. We successfully applied this algorithm to acquire the frequency-time diagram of the J-TEXT-1054560 discharge. This new method offers an effective tool for validating the plasma disruption theory, overcoming the limitations of traditional techniques and providing a crucial methodological basis for understanding and predicting plasma disruption. This new analytical approach will accelerate the advancement of fusion technology. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

BGA package is selected as the research object in this paper. Workbench (finite elemental analysis tool in ANSYS) is used for harmonic response analysis. The author lays several paper sheets on the sample and builds the finite element model of clamp, ceramic and metal plate. Then, the model analysis is carried out. Based on this, it is converted to harmonic response analysis. According to the results, the author has found that there is no relation between the number of paper sheets and acceleration-frequency result. It promotes the development of electronic packaging reliability. © 2021 Institute of physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

This paper introduces the flip chip reliability evaluation software developed based on failure physics. Firstly, the system framework of the software is introduced, and then the core algorithm of the software is described. Key parameters such as stress, strain, plastic strain energy density, displacement, acceleration can be extracted, and the service life of the selected structure is obtained through relevant failure physical models. The lifetime of each key structure is used to obtain the lifetime of the whole flip chip device through the competition algorithm of short board effect. An example of Flip chip device reliability evaluation under condition of standard GJB548B-2005 method 1010.1 C temperature cycling was given, it shows that the predicted device life is 207 cycles. © 2020 IEEE.

In this study, electromigration accelerated life tests of lead-containing copper pillar bumps in ceramic packages and lead-free copper pillar bumps in plastic packages were carried out at different current densities and ambient temperatures. The electromigration life prediction model based on Black equation was established for the two. The influence index n and activation energy Q of current density of interconnection bumps with two structures were determined through MTTF analysis of samples. Based on the life prediction model, the effects of substrate material, temperature and current density parameters on electromigration life were compared. Finally, considering the influence of Joule heating effect and current crowding effect, the electromigration life prediction models of the two bumps are modified. © 2020 IEEE.
