The safety protection of process control systems plays a crucial role in the overall safety of critical *** have increased the complexity of existing safety protection analysis. Traditional safety analysis methods fall short in accounting for cyberattack factors, making it challenging to conduct safety protection analysis under cyberattacks. To address this issue, this paper presents a new safety protection analysis method that considers multiple safety factors explicitly including cyberattacks using formal verification. The method consists of three main components: exhaustive system safety specifications,formal models, and system safety validation. The system safety specification component adds a cyberattack factor to system safety requirements based on the system theory process analysis(STPA) method. The formal model component considers the system's dynamic operation process, and safety protection behaviors under typical attack behaviors. The system safety validation component validates the effectiveness of system safety protection under cyberattacks by the UPPAAL tool, from the perspective of whether system safety constraints are triggered and whether the change curve of process variables is compliant. Finally, the effectiveness of the presented approach is carried out for a simplified fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) fractionating system.

This study addresses the complexities of orchestrating multi-target transportation tasks within multi-agent systems, constrained by load capacity. The primary objective is to engineer an advanced path planning framework that assures collision avoidance and optimal load distribution. Diverging from conventional single-path strategies, this research incorporates load factors and requires continuous dynamic multi-target point and path planning to ensure agents can efficiently navigate through a series of predetermined key points. To address this complex requirement, a two-stage multi-agent task allocation and path planning method is proposed. First, an initial solution is obtained using a suboptimal algorithm, followed by optimization iterations using the large neighborhood search algorithm to improve task allocation. In the second stage, an accelerated algorithm based on priority search is used to plan optimal paths for each agent in a predetermined order. The proposed algorithm's effectiveness is comprehensively evaluated through a series of experimental evaluations and comparisons with the commercial solver Gurobi within a limited time. The results show that the proposed method achieves optimality in both running time and minimum path cost while ensuring the load balance of agents.

In this paper, we propose a new image-based visual place recognition (VPR) framework by exploiting the structural cues in bird’s-eye view (BEV) from a single monocular camera. The motivation arises from two key observations about place recognition methods based on both appearance and structure: 1) For the methods relying on LiDAR sensors, the integration of LiDAR in robotic systems has led to increased expenses, while the alignment of data between different sensors is also a major challenge. 2) Other image-/camera-based methods, involving integrating RGB images and their derived variants (e.g., pseudo depth images, pseudo 3D point clouds), exhibit several limitations, such as the failure to effectively exploit the explicit spatial relationships between different objects. To tackle the above issues, we design a new BEV-enhanced VPR framework, namely BEV 2 PR, generating a composite descriptor with both visual cues and spatial awareness based on a single camera. The key points lie in: 1) We use BEV features as an explicit source of structural knowledge in constructing global features. 2) The lower layers of the pretrained backbone from BEV generation are shared for visual and structural streams in VPR, facilitating the learning of fine-grained local features in the visual stream. 3) The complementary visual and structural features can jointly enhance VPR performance. Our BEV 2 PR framework enables consistent performance improvements over several popular aggregation modules for RGB global features. The experiments on our collected VPR-NuScenes dataset demonstrate an absolute gain of 2.47% on Recall@1 for the strong Conv-AP baseline to achieve the best performance in our setting, and notably, a 18.06% gain on the hard set. The lithium-ion battery is increasingly critical in the fields of electric vehicles and sustainable energy. Accurate prediction of the Remaining Useful Life (RUL) of lithium-ion batteries is essential to mitigate risks and minimize potential losses. This paper introduces a novel fusion algorithm, FPSOGWO, which combines Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) with an enhanced Circle chaos strategy and a random adaptive weighting strategy. The FPSOGWO algorithm, integrated with Support Vector Regression (FPSOGWO-SVR), was utilized to predict the RUL of health factors in lithium batteries. Compared to other optimization algorithms, FPSOGWO exhibits superior optimization speed and value, effectively overcoming issues of local optimality. Specifically, when benchmarked against the Whale Optimization Algorithm-SVR (WOA-SVR), the R-Square values of FPSOGWO-SVR showed improvements of 15.62%, 1.28%, 5.67%, and 10.65% across four different types of batteries. Experimental results demonstrate that FPSOGWO-SVR provides more accurate RUL predictions for lithium batteries, highlighting its potential for broader application in battery health management systems. © The Institution of Engineering & technology 2024.

With the development of the low-carbon economy and environmental awareness, considerable academic attention has been devoted to reducing carbon emissions within the building supply chain. At the same time, consumer preference for low-carbon building products in the construction market is increasing, amplifying the potential benefits of these products. The highlight of this paper is that on the basis of the original research, introducing the potential benefits of the market, increasing the game strategy of bilateral cost-sharing contract, calculating the balance strategy under the two strategies through constructing a differential game model, and makes a comparative analysis. it is revealed that the bilateral cost-sharing contract strategy is more conducive to the coordination and cooperation of carbon emission reduction in the construction supply chain than the unilateral cost-sharing contract strategy and the optimal feedback balance strategy of the construction supply chain is also reached the optimal level through the introduction of bilateral cost-sharing contracts. © 2023 IEEE.

The fast DC vacuum switch driven by repulsive force actuator is the key equipment for the control and protection of the new energy power system. Its operating speed directly determines the interruption time of the DC vacuum switch. This paper takes fast 400V DC vacuum switch as the research object, studies the dynamic output characteristics, establishes the finite element numerical analysis model of electromagnetic repulsive force actuator, simulates and analyzes the influence of opening capacitors and charging voltage on the dynamic performance of fast switching. Moreover, the multi-objective artificial jellyfish optimizer is applied to design the repulsive force actuator. Based on the optimized 400V DC vacuum switch, the dynamic output performance of the fast switch has been obtained and analyzed. And the numerical simulation results show that the dynamic motion characteristics and energy conversion efficiency of the fast switch can be improved within 2.0ms. © 2023 IEEJ.

In order to solve the problem that image blur is easily caused by camera shaking of micro-robots during surgical navigation, which leads to the accumulation of SLAM errors, this paper studies the feature point extraction optimization method based on deep learning in fuzzy scenes, proposes an improved defuzzification network, and finally applies the network to the front end of SLAM, and conducts experimental verification on the open data set TUM. The results show that the proposed algorithm significantly improves the accuracy of front-end feature extraction and matching. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem that infrared fuzzy video data affect video quality, an improved YOLO v5 deep network model is established to carry out intelligent and accurate infrared fuzzy video data cleaning. Considering the problem of missing infrared fuzzy video data, a dataset named SYLU-INFRARED VIDEO DATASET is constructed. This dataset includes 5000 aerial and ground background infrared fuzzy video frames. Considering the spatiotemporal joint features of video data, a CBAM attention mechanism with two-dimensional attention allocation strategies is applied. This attention can automatically allocate the importance of video features extracted by YOLOv5 backbone in both spatial and channel dimensions. The experimental results show that the fusion model of CBAM and YOLO v5 enhances the cleaning effectiveness. CBAM-YOLOv5 has an increase of 17.8%, 28.4%, and 26.5% in Precision, Recall, and mAP compared to YOLOv7, respectively. © Chinese Institute of Command and control 2024.

In the fields of information security, the application of random numbers is becoming more and more widespread. True random numbers (TRNs) tend to have better randomness and unpredictability than pseudo random numbers (PRNs). Chaotic systems are very suitable for constructing true random number generators (TRNG) due to their periodic infinity, randomicity, long-term unpredictability, high sensitivity to initial values and parameters, etc. However, when chaotic systems are implemented by finite state machines, their dynamic characteristics will disappear, such as periodic infinity and initial value sensitivity, and there are serious safety concerns about the random number generator designed on this basis. In order to address the degradation problem of the chaotic systems, this paper proposes a true random number generator based on the chaotic circuit, implements a complete hardware system, and tests its randomness. © 2022 SPIE.
