Due to the powerful classification performance, Prototypical Networks is widely used in few-shot fault diagnosis. However, insufficient feature extraction ability and negligence of inter-class distance in the Prototypical Networks may lead to the decrease of diagnosis accuracy. To solve the above problems, a Prototypical Networks-based multi-task model (PNBMTM) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a convolutional autoencoder is built based on the feature extraction network of the Prototypical Networks, in which the optimization of the reconstruction loss is taken as a new task to obtain more efficient features. Secondly, a channel attention module (CAM) is designed to be applied to each layer of the encoder, which focuses on important features and suppresses useless features. Thirdly, relative distance loss is introduced while considering the effect of intra-class distance and inter-class distance to make inter-class distance larger and intra-class distance smaller, which helps to improve the quality of the features. And the optimization of relative distance loss is consequently taken as a new task to constitute a multi-task fault diagnosis model. Finally, a mechanical fault simulation experiment platform is built to verify the validity of the proposed model. The experimental results show that the proposed model has superior performance compared with other models. © 2022 IEEE.

While 6G provides communication services for massive wireless devices, it faces huge security risks due to its open feature. Cooperative jamming techniques in physical layer security provide a viable way to ensure 6G security. By actively transmitting jamming signals to deteriorate the eavesdropping channel, while authorized receivers implement cooperative jamming cancellation (CJC) using the prior knowledge of cooperative jamming, thus securing the communication at the physical layer. In practice, incomplete matching of oscillator device characteristics will lead to the in-phase and quadrature (IQ) imbalance problem, where the quadrature branches of the up and down converted carrier signals are not perfectly orthogonal to the in-phase branches, which may degrade the CJC performance. For this reason, this paper specifically analyzes the impact of the IQ imbalance problem on the CJC performance, where a closed-form expression of the jamming cancellation ratio (JCR) with respect to amplitude imbalance and phase imbalance is derived. The simulation results show that when jamming-to-noise ratio (JNR) is 35 dB, the system can tolerate up to 1% amplitude imbalance and 1° phase imbalance with 3 dB JCR degradation. Moreover, the IQ imbalance has a noticeable effect on the reachable security rate of the communication system.

This paper proposes a distributed tracking framework for high-maneuvering and malicious maneuvering target based on the sensor network. Considering some of sensors in the network can only observe partial system output, the collective observability is guaranteed. Based on the collective observability, the distributed target tracking algorithm is designed by local filter phase and consensus fusion phase. In local filter phase, the local estimate results can be obtained by each sensor node. Based on the target kinematic and sensor observation equations, the Kalman-like estimation algorithm is proposed to obtain the local estimate results. In most of the exist distributed state estimation (DSE) algorithms, the excellent target tracking performance is based on the assumption that the fusion times is infinity in consensus fusion phase. In practical application, however, the consensus fusion phase should be completed during two sampling instants. Besides, based on the finite-time stability theory, the error covariance matrix is processed as the solution of discrete-time algebraic Riccati equation (DARE). Then the stability of the proposed algorithm with finite-time consensus fusion is analyzed. Finally, a numerical example for tracking maneuvering target is given to validate the effectiveness. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

The space-air-ground integrated networks (SAGNs) are promising components of the next generation communication system, and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) swarms are the primary infrastructures of the SAGNs aerial layer, used for relaying information. Furthermore, UAV swarms form virtual antenna arrays (VAAs) and implement collaborative beamforming (CB), which can improve the deep-space communication distance and expand the ground coverage. However, in practical engineering, due to the doppler effect and local oscillator random frequency drift, there is a frequency offset between UAVs, even after frequency synchronization, resulting in CB performance degradation. Therefore, in the presence of frequency offset, this paper investigates and presents the derivation of the average far-field beampattern, 3-dB beamwidth, and complementary cumulative distribution function (CCDF) for UAV swarm executing CB in SAGNs. The results show that the average far-field beam-pattern, peak power, 3-dB beamwidth, and CCDF, deteriorate as frequency offset intensifies. Furthermore, as the UAV swarm scale increases, the peak power attenuation is aggravated, and the decrease in CCDF is steeper. With the increase in the UAV swarm distribution range, the 3-dB beamwidth expansion is alleviated.

At present, governments around the world and the organization are demonstrating how to deploy LEO communication constellations, such as Starlink, space-based information network and other mega constellations. With the satellite increasing quantity，it greatly increases the risk of satellite in orbit collision. In case of satellite collision early warning, the satellite depends on ground system early warning information, and then guides the satellite to avoid maneuver, the whole chain takes a long time and involves the coordination of multiple departments, multiple personnel and different links. The management cost is very high and the efficiency is low, which cannot meet the needs of orbit collision management of mega constellations .Autonomous avoiding of satellites on orbit is an inevitable trend. In this paper, we devise a scheme for satellite autonomic avoiding on low orbit mega constellations. By analyzing the orbit debris environment of spacecraft, its collision early warning theory is established, the strategies and methods for orbit avoidance are formulated, spacecraft warning software is based on continually update cata- -log database，what is also used for Orbit early warning and avoidance. It will provide technical support for the healthy on orbit operation of mega constellation in the future. © 2023 SPIE.

Magnetically suspended control moment gyroscope (MSCMG) is a multivariable, strong coupling and nonlinear complex system. The vibration force is generated by multi-source disturbances such as residual mass unbalance and sensor error entering the closed-loop control system through different paths. The existing research work on dynamic modeling and harmonic vibration suppression of magnetically suspended rotor system is mostly based on the approximate linearization model of magnetic bearing force. When MSCMG outputs large torque, excessive rotor displacement runout will aggravate the nonlinear degree of magnetic bearing force, and seriously affect the suppression accuracy of harmonic vibration force of magnetically suspended rotor system. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a nonlinear dynamic model of magnetic bearing force and analyze its impact on the vibration force, and provide a theoretical basis for the research of harmonic vibration force suppression algorithm.

Aiming at the ore blending problem in the open-pit mining scenario, the optimization objective is to minimize the grade variance of the sliding window of the ore flow, and a cooperative shovel scheduling model for real-time ore blending is established. A reinforcement learning-enhanced dynamic multi- objective evolutionary algorithm is proposed, where a Q-learning operator selection mechanism is introduced to reuse the information from the previous environment for tracking the optimal solution in the dynamic environment. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively control the grade fluctuation of the ore flow and dynamically respond to external events, and can find a better solution in real time compared with the traditional operator selection algorithm. © 2024 IEEE.

One of the most widely used and well-established atomic oxygen(AO)protection solutions for low Earth orbit(LEO)satellites is the deposition of protective coatings on polymeric ***,manufacturing extensive expanses of these coating materials with good transparency,flexibility,smoothness,ultra-thinness,and exceptional AO resistance remains a critical ***,we successfully deposited a 400 nm thick polyorgansiloxane(SiO_(x)C_(y)H_(z))coating with high optical transparency and uniform good adherence on to a 1.2 m wide polyimide surface,by optimizing the distribution of hexamethyldisiloxane and oxygen as precursors in the roll-to-roll compatible plasmaenhanced chemical vapor deposition *** AO irradiation with the fluence of 7.9×10^(20)atoms·cm^(–2),the erosion yield of the SiO_(x)C_(y)H_(z)-coated Kapton was less than 2.30×10^(–26)cm^3·atom^(–1),which was less than 0.77%of that of the *** indicates that the SiO_(x)C_(y)H_(z)coating can well prevent the erosion of Kapton by *** addition,it was also clarified that a SiO_(2) passivation layer was formed on the surface of the SiO_(x)C_(y)H_(z)coating during AO irradiation,which exhibited a‘self-reinforcing’defense *** entire preparation process of the SiO_(x)C_(y)H_(z)coating was highly efficient and low-cost,and it has shown great potential for applications in LEO.

In urban environments, complex transportation demands, including land, air, and maritime transport, are increasingly growing. While significant advancements have been made in land transportation and autonomous driving, research on urban air mobility (UAM) systems is still in its early stages. This paper presents an innovative urban air unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) framework: AirVista, which is designed and built based on the Artificial Systems, Computational experiments, and Parallel execution (ACP) approach, integrated with a multimodal large language model (MLLM) agent. Considering that UAM tasks often require UAVs to possess fine-grained spatial perception and reasoning capabilities, and given that existing MLLMs are somewhat lacking in exploring 3D spaces, this paper further proposes an instruction fine-tuning strategy integrated with 3D spatial knowledge, which has been validated experimentally for its effectiveness. Additionally, to enhance the understanding of the efficiency of MLLM for UAV tasks, this paper delves into prompt fine-tuning templates tailored for UAV task decomposition. Through experimental demonstrations, we showcase that the prompt-tuned MLLM exhibits efficient task decomposition and execution capabilities in handling complex UAV tasks. © 2024 IEEE.
