Given a maneuvering control strategy for air-breathing hypersonic vehicle, which adopt the compound integrated flight/propulsion guidance and control method, further excavation the capability of scramjet to run stable and low fuel consumption, on this basis, implement accelerate snake maneuver, improve the survival probability of weapons, guarantee the practical application ability of the project. Take one certain type of air-breathing hypersonic vehicle as an example, on the basis of an accurate simulation model, several groups of simulation analysis are carried out, the simulation results show that the method is effective and reliable. © 2018 IEEE.

Sensitivity investigation of 100-MeV proton irradiation to SiGe HBT single event effect

The single event effect(SEE) sensitivity of silicon–germanium heterojunction bipolar transistor(Si Ge HBT) irradiated by 100-Me V proton is investigated. The simulation results indicate that the most sensitive position of the Si Ge HBT device is the emitter center, where the protons pass through the larger collector-substrate(CS) junction. Furthermore, in this work the experimental studies are also carried out by using 100-Me V proton. In order to consider the influence of temperature on SEE, both simulation and experiment are conducted at a temperature of 93 K. At a cryogenic temperature, the carrier mobility increases, which leads to higher transient current peaks, but the duration of the current decreases ***, at the same proton flux, there is only one single event transient(SET) that occurs at 93 K. Thus, the radiation hard ability of the device increases at cryogenic temperatures. The simulation results are found to be qualitatively consistent with the experimental results of 100-Me V protons. To further evaluate the tolerance of the device, the influence of proton on Si Ge HBT after gamma-ray(^(60)Coγ) irradiation is investigated. As a result, as the cumulative dose increases, the introduction of traps results in a significant reduction in both the peak value and duration of the transient currents.

A new mechanism of new particle formation(NPF) is investigated using comprehensive measurements of aerosol physicochemical quantities and meteorological variables made in three continents,including Beijing,China;the Southern Great Plains site in the USA;and SMEAR Ⅱ Station in Hyytiala,Finland.D espite the considerably different emissions of chemical species among the sites,a common relationship was found between the characteristics of NPF and the stability *** stability parameter(ζ=Z/L,where Z is the height above ground and L is the Monin-Obukhov length) is found to play an important role;it drops significantly before NPF as the atmosphere becomes more unstable,which may serve as an indicator of nucleation *** the atmosphere becomes unstable,the NPF duration is closely related to the tendency for turbulence development,which influences the evolution of the condensation ***,the unstable atmosphere may dilute pre-existing particles,effectively reducing the condensation sink,especially at coarse mode to foster *** new mechanism is confirmed by model simulations using a molecular dynamic model that mimics the impact of turbulence development on nucleation by inducing and intensifying homogeneous nucleation events.

In recent years, the practicality and importance of the illumination with sunlight are getting more seriously concern in public. The reason is that natural light is non-polluting, energy-saving, and healthy in comparison with traditional light sources. Therefore, our research focuses on how to replace the artificial sources by natural light. A Natural Light Guiding system has collecting, transmitting, and lighting parts. For replacing the traditional sources, the lighting part should have similar characteristic, such as intensity distribution and geometric parameters, to artificial sources. In this paper, we design, simulate, and optimize illumination lightpipe with dot pattern to redistribute the collecting sunlight from Natural Light Guiding system. The lightpipe includes input, system, and output parts. In the input part, we design a coupler to improve the coupling efficiency with natural light. For optimizing the efficiency of the coupler, we evaluate the relationship between the distance that is from the fiber to the lightpipe and the coupled power. In the system part, the sunlight is locked by total internal reflection, TIR, so we design dot pattern to scatter the locked sunlight for uniform lighting. In the output part, a uniform illumination is our goal. For designing the percentage of the surface will be covered by dot pattern, we offer a design theory and simulate the efficiency. © 2009 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

Nowadays, modern warfare has changed from weapon-centric operations to network-centric system operations, which has led to the phenomenon of sea-level quantification of weaponry. It is an important research topic for combat commanders to select suitable weaponry from a large number of available resources when facing combat tasks. Recommendation technology is a solution to this problem, which can effectively solve the problem of information overload, so that combat commanders do not produce the phenomenon of “information loss”, in the shortest possible time to make the right decision. Therefore, this paper proposes a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm for weaponry based on the knowledge graph and the idea of collaborative filtering. In this algorithm, the knowledge graph provides a clear data model with various association relationships, and the collaborative filtering algorithm can realize it without relying on professional experience, which can realize the recommendation process more actively, faster and more intelligently.

There is growing discussion about enhancing climate policy efficiency by prioritizing health, with expectations for including health co-benefits in the next round of nationally determined contribution updates. Critical to this effort is the need to compare the benefits to the costs of mitigation. Here we synthesize the current cost-effectiveness of climate policies based on health-included cost–benefit analyses and identify key research challenges and opportunities for scaling up health-considered or even health-centred climate policies. Furthermore, we show factors essential to accelerating the development and implementation of mitigation policies, including providing tangible and policy-relevant health co-benefits, promoting interdisciplinary contributions and cross-sector policy engagement, conducting regional studies and improving inter-study comparability, and exploring health-considered optimized strategies.

In thremmatology, many researches focus on ecological illumination for improving the growing speed of animal or plant. According to the Trichromatic theory, any specific color can be made up of red, green, and blue light. Sunlight has full spectrum so it is the most applicable source. A Natural Light Guiding system includes collecting, transmitting, and lighting parts. In our research, we would like to design a beam splitter in the transmitting part to separate the sunlight into red, green, and blue light for ecological illumination. We use high pass and low pass dichroic coatings in a prism, called dichroic prism, to be the beam splitter to separate the wavelength. For measuring the spectra of the exit beams, we build a space with the Natural Light Guiding system. In the space, the spectra of sunlight outside and inside the space and the exit beams of the beam splitter are measured. Finally, we use prismatic structure to design the beam splitter, and optimize the surface of the element with aspheric surface and Fresnel surface to reduce the beam angle of exit light. © 2009 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

Recently, many researches focus on illumination with sunlight for saving energy and healthy lighting. A Natural Light Guiding system has collecting, transmitting, and lighting parts. In most systems, the paths on transmitting part are fixed so the collected sunlight of the Natural Light Guiding system can not be free managed and is sometime wasted. In this paper, we design an optical switch to change the path of the collected sunlight on the transmitting sunlight. The switch is cubic structure that includes a 45 degree mirror for reflecting sunlight. According to the structure of the optical switch, we can rotate the switch to manage the path of the collected sunlight. When the path is parallel with the mirror, the sunlight will pass through the switch;and when the included angle between the path and mirror is 45 degree, we can change the path of light. For coupling the exit beam into lightpipe, we design the surfaces of cubic structure to be aspheric surface with Fresnel surface. Finally, we simulate the efficiency of the optical switch when the path is changed by the mirror. © 2009 Copyright SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering.

The concept of architecture is put forward by the US Army, which refers to the composition structure of the system and its mutual relationship, as well as the principles and guidelines guiding the design and development of the system. Architecture design technology and its reference resources have important theoretical and technical support for the top-level design of information system. Based on the analysis of architecture technology and function, this paper systematically studies the connotation and development history of the architecture design framework of the US army, and sorts out the main reference resources of the architecture design of the US army, such as the common joint task list, information system interoperability level model, joint technology architecture. It provides useful reference for the theoretical and technical research of information system top-level design.

For robots to work effectively, the availability of a map with detailed information surrounding the workspace is an important requirement for indoor and outdoor tasks. This is usually achieved with using visual odometry techniques with feature-based methods. In this paper, we compare the performance of three different feature extraction methods: Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT), Speed Up Robust Features (SURF) and Oriented FAST Rotated BRIEF (ORB). This paper presents experimental results on standard evaluation datasets and all experiments use measurement of the number of image correspondences as well as the ratio of good matched for the evaluation purpose. The results of experiments demonstrate that the performances of three methods in processing time, matching capability and accuracy. SIFT presents its stability in most scenarios although it is very slow. SURF is faster than SIFT and outperform SIFT on some scenarios. ORB is the most efficient feature and shows strong performance. © 2018 IEEE.
