China is now confronting the intertwined challenges of air pollution and climate *** the high synergies between air pollution abatement and climate change mitigation,the Chinese government is actively promoting synergetic control of these two *** Synergetic Roadmap project was launched in 2021 to track and analyze the progress of synergetic control in China by developing and monitoring key *** Synergetic Roadmap 2022 report is the first annual update,featuring 20 indicators across five aspects:synergetic governance system and practices,progress in structural transition,air pollution and associated weather-climate interactions,sources,sinks,and mitigation pathway of atmospheric composition,and health impacts and benefits of coordinated *** to the comprehensive review presented in the 2021 report,the Synergetic Roadmap 2022 report places particular emphasis on progress in 2021 with highlights on actions in key sectors and the relevant *** milestones include the proportion of non-fossil power generation capacity surpassing coal-fired capacity for the first time,a decline in the production of crude steel and cement after years of growth,and the surging penetration of electric ***,in 2022,China issued the first national policy that synergizes abatements of pollution and carbon emissions,marking a new era for China's pollution-carbon *** changes highlight China's efforts to reshape its energy,economic,and transportation structures to meet the demand for synergetic control and sustainable ***,the country has witnessed a slowdown in carbon emission growth,improved air quality,and increased health benefits in recent years.

Major elements such as Fe,Ti,Mg,Al,Ca and Si play very important roles in understanding the origin and evolution of the *** maps of these major elements derived from orbital data are based on mosaic images or low-resolution gamma-ray *** hue variations and gaps among orbital boundaries in the mosaic images are not conducive to geological *** paper aims to produce seamless and homogenous distribution maps of major elements using the single-exposure image of the whole lunar disk obtained by China’s high-resolution geostationary satellite,Gaofen-4,with a spatial resolution of500 *** elemental contents of soil samples returned by Apollo and Luna missions are regarded as ground truth,and are correlated with the reflectance of the sampling sites extracted from Gaofen-4 *** final distribution maps of these major oxides are generated with the statistical regression *** these products,the average contents and proportions of the major elements for maria and highlands were estimated and *** results showed that Si O2 and Ti O2 have the highest and lowest fractions in mare and highland areas,***,the relative concentrations of these elements could serve as indicators of geologic processes,e.g.,the obviously asymmetric distributions of Al2 O3,Ca O and Si O2 around Tycho crater may suggest that Tycho crater was formed by an oblique impact from the southwest direction.

Under the background of the increasing proportion of new energy power generation, the mismatch of “source-load” occurs between regions. To effectively improve the utilization rate of peaking resources and increase the amount of “source-load” matching, this paper proposes the optimal scheduling of multiregional peaking resources considering network currents. The strategy takes into account the impact of wind power penetration rate on the demand for peaking resources and connects the regions with different peaking characteristics using contact lines. It evaluates and iterates the peaking resources of each region in each time period and finds the optimal amount of peaking resources and the optimal output of thermal power units in each region. Through simulation, the results show that the proposed strategy effectively improves wind power consumption and system operation economy.

This paper introduces a general question answering (QA) framework for Chinese domain knowledge graphs to serve various industries. The question is analyzed by shielding invalid characters in this framework, and the TransE calculation of entities and relations is used to search answer, rather than traditional logical queries that rely heavily on predefined rules. In this way, the QA framework can be easily applied to different fields with little manual participation, and reduce the migration cost caused by the lack of scalability of the existing QA systems, which are designed only for specific domains. Then, the proposed framework is operated on the space launch knowledge graph and has achieved HITS@1, HITS@3, HITS@5 scores of 60.60%, 80.87%, 85.61% separately, which is competitive with other restricted domain knowledge graphs. In addition, numerical results on the knowledge graph of the Three Kingdoms and the COVID-19-Character verified the scalability of the QA framework. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The nondestructive characterization of the mixing state of individual fine particles using the traditional single particle analysis technique remains a *** this study,fine particles were collected during haze events under different pollution levels from September 5 to 112017 in Beijing,China.A nondestructive surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)technique was employed to investigate the morphology,chemical composition,and mixing state of the multiple components in the individual fine *** image and SERS spectral analysis results show that soot existing in the form of opaque material was predominant during clear periods(PM_(2.5)≤75μg/m^(3)).During polluted periods(PM_(2.5)>75μg/m^(3)),opaque particles mixed with transparent particles(nitrates and sulfates)were generally *** classical least squares analysis further identified the relative abundances of the three major components of the single particles:soot(69.18%),nitrates(28.71%),and sulfates(2.11%).A negative correlation was observed between the abundance of soot and the mass concentration of PM_(2.5).Furthermore,mapping analysis revealed that on hazy days,PM_(2.5)existed as a core-shell structure with soot surrounded by nitrates and *** mixing state analysis method for individual PM_(2.5)particles provides information regarding chemical composition and haze formation mechanisms,and has the potential to facilitate the formulation of haze prevention and control policies.

In order to study the influence of the clustering aggregation of doubly-fed wind turbines (DFIG) in the wind-fire bundling system on the system subsynchronous oscillation (SSO), the expression of the DFIG output active power on the electrical damping De of thermal power units is first derived. Then the wind-thermal bundling system is built based on the IEEE first bench mark, and the wind farm is aggregated to several groups according to the rated power. The complex torque coefficient method is used to analyze the two cases of the same running state of the wind turbine and the difference of wind speed between the turbine and verified by time-domain simulation. The results show that the difference in wind speed within the DFIG groups has little effect on the system oscillation frequency before and after the aggregation of the wind farm, but there may be a slight error in the electrical damping coefficient before and after the aggregation,but the error does not affect the trend and analysis of damping characteristics of system. When studying the influencing factors of wind-fire bundling system SSOthe aggregated model can be uesd to improve simulation efficiency. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

With the development of integrated design and manufacturing technology, it is necessary to consider how to integrate a variety of modeling tools in the procedure of complex product design driven by the model-centric conception. In this work, we explored the development technology of multi-tool integration based on the Open Model Based Engineering Environment (OpenMBEE). We provide a multi-tool integration system solution, in which the integration schemes under different environments of LAN and virtual machine are designed, and the system scheme of multi-tool integration is also studied. From the idea of model design conception, we integrate the requirement analysis tools Cameo. On the basis, Model Management system (MMS) and View Editor(VE), as well as the specific model analysis tool MATLAB and 3D visual simulation tool Creo are also integrated seamlessly. The effectiveness of the proposed integration strategies is verified by some practical instances. That is verified that our study can provide an effective design idea for complex production. © 2020 IEEE.

The ever-increasing requests of users in emergency communication scenarios lead to high data traffic and transmission delay, posing challenges for resource-limited space-air-ground integrated networks (SAGINs). To address this issue, this paper proposes a joint caching optimization and user selection (JCOUS) problem that leverages unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) caching to maximize the residual energy of the satellite, considering the limited resources of UAVs. To address the complex time-coupling optimization problem with discrete variables, we propose a primal decomposition method to decouple the problem, and design an energy-efficient user selection algorithm with dynamic caching. Furthermore, to reduce computational complexity and cost, we consider a statistical scenario and maximize the statistical residual energy in the JCOUS problem. simulation results verify that the proposed scheme can achieve a higher residual energy and fast optimization, thus realizing energy saving and quick decision making especially in large-scale computation-intensive SAGINs. © 1972-2012 IEEE.

The reception and process of the pilot signal determines the beam steering accuracy in retro-directive microwave power transmission (MPT) systems. The high power transmitting array presented high background noise level to the pilot signal receiver and thus reduced the signal-noise-ratio (SNR). Analysis method was put forward on the effect investigation. And a study case was discussed in this short paper, and the background noise effect was evaluated with respect to phase detection margin. This work addresses a fundamental problem and is expected to contribute to retro-directive MPT system design.
