This paper considers the simultaneous attack problem of multiple missiles against a maneuvering target. Different from most of the existing literature in which the simultaneous attack problem is formulated as a consensus problem of missiles' time-to-go estimates, this paper formulates it as the consensus problem of missiles' ranges-to-go. Based on this strategy, novel distributed guidance laws are proposed to solve the simultaneous attack problem with the target of unknown *** control method is introduced to estimate the upper bound of the target's acceleration. The microstructure and wear behaviour of the thermite reaction coating produced by the hybrid laser claddingremelting on AA7075 aluminum alloy for the systems of Al-CuO-SiO2, Al-Cr2O3-SiO2, Al-Fe2O3-SiO2, and Al-TiO2-SiO2 were studied. The results of the X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis show that in all the four reaction coatings, α-Al2O3 and γ-Al2O3 phases were present at the top surface, together with various intermetallic phases, the corresponding reduced metal and Al phase in the fusion zone. Under the dry sliding condition, the wear resistance, in terms of weight loss, of the laser-clad specimens was considerably higher than that of the untreated specimen. The predominant wear mechanism of the former specimens was abrasive wear, while for the latter, it was the adhesive wear that prevailed.

InGaAs/InP avalanche photodiodes (APD) are rarely used in a free-running regime for near-infrared single photon detection. In order to overcome the detrimental afterpulsing, we demonstrate a passive quenching active reset integrated circuit. Taking advantage of the inherent fast passive quenching process and active reset to reduce reset time, the integrated circuit is useful for reducing afterpulses and is also area-efficient. We investigate the free-running single photon detector's afterpulsing effect, de-trapping time, dark count rate, and photon detection efficiency, and also compare with gated regime operation. After correction for deadtime and afterpulse, we find that the passive quenching active reset free-running single photon detector's performance is consistent with gated operation.

The typical operation flow of complex system has analyzed in this paper. The rehearsal model of the complex system based on the principle of Petri Nets has proposed, and illustrated by the case of OODA. The Petri Nets demonstration prototype under a typical scenario of complex system has built. The method of complex system modeling based on Petri Nets is a possible approach to fit in with the needs of constructing a typical rehearsal system of the complex system by existing simulation models (subsystems) in a short time. It meets the requirements of the demonstration research and evaluation mission for the complex system, which carries out in a short-term action cycle and accomplishes the mission in high efficiency.

Single-input, single-output problems lend themselves easily to one approach, but this approach is awkward for multivariable systems, etc. The purpose of this article is to point to the desirability of a unified approach to elementary control education using only tools of linear algebra as the enabling unifier.
