We present a family of graphical representations for the O(N)spin model,where N≥1 represents the spin dimension,and N=1,2,3 corresponds to the Ising,XY and Heisenberg models,*** an integer parameter 0≤ℓ≤N/2,each configuration is the coupling of ℓ copies of subgraphs consisting of directed flows and N−2ℓ copies of subgraphs constructed by undirected loops,which we call the XY and Ising subgraphs,*** each lattice site,the XY subgraphs satisfy the Kirchhoff flow-conservation law and the Ising subgraphs obey the Eulerian bond ***,we formulate worm-type algorithms and simulate the O(N)model on the simple-cubic lattice for N from 2 to 6 at all possibleℓ.It is observed that the worm algorithm has much higher efficiency than the Metropolis method,and,for a given N,the efficiency is an increasing function ofℓ.Besides Monte Carlo simulations,we expect that these graphical representations would provide a convenient basis for the study of the O(N)spin model by other state-of-the-art methods like the tensor network renormalization.

Over the past century,ferroelectricity has offered exciting opportunities for fundamental research and device ***,most of the discovered excellent ferroelectrics are oxide materials with large band gaps,limiting their potential for optoelectronics *** using first-principles calculations we identify a new narrow-gap ferroelectric beyond oxides,i.e.,ferroelectric perovskite sulphide BaZrS_(3).Under large compressive strains,BaZrS_(3)can be stabilized into a unique supertetragonal phase with an extraordinary polarization of 67.16μC/cm^(2),which is even stronger than that of conventional oxide ***,the supertetragonal BaZrS_(3)exhibits a direct narrow band gap of 1.2 eV and excellent electronic *** on the chemical bonding analysis,we attribute the formation of supertetragonal phase to charge re-ordering in which theπbond overlap along the long〈Zr-S〉bond completely vanishes and the antibonding states of theσbond appear below the Fermi *** work provides a conceptual strategy for designing new ferroelectrics for electronic and photovoltaic applications.

Existing three-dimensional(3D) imaging technologies have issues such as requiring active illumination, multiple exposures, or coding modulation. We propose a passive single 3D imaging method based on an ordinary imaging *** the point spread function of the imaging system to realize the non-coding measurement on the target, the full-focus images and depth information of the 3D target can be extracted from a single two-dimensional(2D) image through the compressed sensing algorithm. simulation and experiments show that this approach can complete passive 3D imaging based on an ordinary imaging system without any coding operations. This method can achieve millimeter-level vertical resolution under single exposure conditions and has the potential for real-time dynamic 3D imaging. It improves the efficiency of 3D information detection, reduces the complexity of the imaging system, and may be of considerable value to the field of computer vision and other related applications.
