In order to support the in-orbit operation of the satellites in the Strategic Priority Program on Space science, the Flight Control Decision Support Software (FCDSS) is developed. It belongs to the mission operation subsystem of the ground support system of the Strategic Priority Program on Space science. The FCDSS is responsible for the comprehensive analysis of the operating status of the onboard equipment, the use of the satellite resources, the scientific detection results, and full life cycle visualization of the scientific mission in real time and afterwards, and mission situation analysis. The software contains two parts--"Flight Control Decision Analysis and Comprehensive Situation Visualization Unit" and "Full-lifecycle Data Processing Unit". The latter is the main focus in this paper. It is responsible for acquiring required data (such as telemetry data) from the database and do calculations for coverage analysis, observation plan analysis and etc. Due to the various types and massive amount of data need to be processed, it posed high requirements to data processing. In brief, in this paper, we will first describe the software architecture in detail. Then, give detailed information on the design and implementation of the data processing layer. At last, mission applications of the software will be shown with conclusions on the performance and lessons we have learned as the four mission carries on. © 2018, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics Inc, AIAA. In order to deal with aliasing distortions of Doppler frequencies shown in time-frequency representation（ TFR） with aspect undersampling,an approach using adaptive segmental compressive sampling according to the aspect dependencies of the scattering centers is proposed. The random noise problem induced by compressive sampling is solved by employing a series of signal processing techniques of filtering,image transformation and Hough Transform. Three examples are presented to verify the effectiveness of this approach. The comparisons between the built models and the precise scattered fields computed by a well-validated full-wave numerical method are investigated,and the results showgood agreements between each other.

A Sharpe ratio-integrated indicator system for land use changes ecological risks: Within coupled disaster-economic assessment frameworks

Global climate change and human-induced land-use changes have threatened the stability of ecosystem service provision and intensified ecological risks. However, the ecological risk of land-use change (ERLUC) remains an emerging concept with unclear definitions and assessment methodologies. This study proposes a novel Sharpe ratiobased Ecological Risk Index (ERI) that integrates the probability of land use change occurrence with expected ecological benefits, applied to the North China Plain (NCP). Key findings include: (1) Probability of land-use change can be defined as the likelihood of future transitions, while expected ecological benefits represent potential ecosystem service gains or losses from such changes. The Sharpe ratio effectively couples these parameters for risk assessment. (2) Under three scenarios – natural development, urban expansion, and ecological conservation – the mean ERI values were 0.4718, 0.4719, and 0.4703 respectively, indicating highest overall risk in urban expansion. (3) Spatial analysis revealed similar risk gradation patterns across the plain, dominated by medium–high risk areas (20.33%), followed by medium-risk (30.21%), with relatively smaller proportions of high-risk (13.77%) and medium–low risk (14.23%) zones. (4) Future projections show escalating risks in eastern regions, particularly along urban peripheries. This framework advances ecological risk science by integrating financial risk theory into land system analysis, providing policymakers with spatial targeting tools to balance developmental priorities and ecosystem security in rapidly urbanizing regions.

In cloud manufacturing, resource perception and resource virtualization are the foundation of building an actual service platform. According to the characteristic of test equipment, a practical approach for test equipment perception and virtualization is proposed, which is based on cloud computing, Automatic Test Markup Language (ATML) description and data mapping. swTVM: Towards Optimized Tensor Code Generation for Deep Learning on Sunway Many-Core Processor

The flourish of deep learning frameworks and hardware platforms has been demanding an efficient compiler that can shield the diversity in both software and hardware in order to provide application portability. Among the existing deep learning compilers, TVM is well known for its efficiency in code generation and optimization across diverse hardware devices. In the meanwhile, the Sunway many-core processor renders itself as a competitive candidate for its attractive computational power in both scientific computing and deep learning workloads. This paper combines the trends in these two directions. Specifically, we propose swTVM that extends the original TVM to support ahead-of-time compilation for architecture requiring cross-compilation such as Sunway. In addition, we leverage the architecture features during the compilation such as core group for massive parallelism, DMA for high bandwidth memory transfer and local device memory for data locality, in order to generate efficient codes for deep learning workloads on Sunway. The experiment results show that the codes generated by swTVM achieves 1.79× on average compared to the state-of-the-art deep learning framework on Sunway, across six representative benchmarks. This work is the first attempt from the compiler perspective to bridge the gap of deep learning and Sunway processor particularly with productivity and efficiency in mind. Community is one of the most important structure features of complex networks. It has important research significance for topological structure analysis, behavior prediction, cascading failure, percolation and spreading of multi-layer networks. Aiming at the problem that the existing multi-layer network visualization can't clearly show the community structure, a multi-layer network topology visualization layout based on Louvain community detection is proposed. Firstly, a complex network community discovery algorithm (Louvain) is used to perform the multi-layer network nodes at each layer and the community affiliation of the nodes is obtained at each layer;then, based on the traditional force-directed layout, the community force is added to the internal nodes of the community, so that all the nodes that belong to the same community are gathered to the community center, so as to achieve the effect of displaying the network community structure. The simulation results show that the algorithm has the characteristics of faster convergence and clearer community structure than the traditional visual layout algorithm. © 2018 IEEE.

The accurate representation of surface characteristic is an important process to simulate surface energy and water flux in land-atmosphere boundary *** crop growth model in land surface model is an important method to accurately express the surface characteristics and biophysical processes in ***,the previous work mainly focused on crops in single cropping system,less work was done in multiple cropping *** article described how to modify the sub-model in the SiBcrop to realize the accuracy simulation of leaf area index(LAI),latent heat flux(LHF)and sensible heat flux(SHF)of winter wheat growing in double cropping system in the North China Plain(NCP).The seeding date of winter wheat was firstly reset according to the actual growing environment in the *** phenophases,LAI and heat fluxes in 2004–2006 at Yucheng Station,Shandong Province,China were used to calibrate the *** validations of LHF and SHF were based on the measurements at Yucheng Station in 2007–2010 and at Guantao Station,Hebei Province,China in 2009–*** results showed the significant accuracy of the calibrated model in simulating these variables,with which the R2,root mean square error(RMSE)and index of agreement(IOA)between simulated and observed variables were obviously improved than the original *** sensitivities of the above variables to seeding date were also displayed to further explain the simulation error of the SiBcrop ***,the research results indicated the modified SiBcrop Model can be applied to simulate the growth and flux process of winter wheat growing in double cropping system in the NCP.

Air quality network data in China and South Korea show very high year-round mass concentrations of coarse particulate matter (PM) between 2.5 μm and 10 μm aerodynamic diameter, as inferred by the difference between PM10 and PM2.5 observations. This coarse PM averages 47 μg m-3 in the North China Plain (NCP) region in 2015-2019 and 21 μg m-3 in the Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA). It is dominantly contributed by urban fugitive dust, rather than by natural dust as is often presumed. Concentrations decreased by 21% from 2015 to 2019 and further dropped abruptly in 2020 due to COVID-19 reductions in construction and vehicle traffic. This anthropogenic coarse PM is generally not included in air quality models but acts as a sink of nitric acid (HNO3), thus affecting fine particulate nitrate which is a major air quality concern in China and South Korea. GEOS-Chem model simulation of surface and aircraft observations from the KORUS-AQ campaign over the SMA in May-June 2016 shows that consideration of anthropogenic coarse PM largely resolves the previous model overestimate of PM1 nitrate. Anthropogenic coarse PM in the model increases the sensitivity of PM2.5 nitrate to ammonia (NH3) emission in winter. In summer, anthropogenic coarse PM directly affects PM2.5 nitrate by HNO3 uptake, and we find that the decrease of anthropogenic coarse PM over 2015-2019 offset the PM2.5 nitrate reductions expected from decreasing NOx and NH3 emissions. In view of the special properties of hyperspectral images(HSI) in the transform domain, in this paper, a new denoising method of HSI based on principal component analysis(PCA) and adaptive sparse coding is proposed. Firstly, the principal component image of each channel is obtained by performing PCA transform on the noisy HSI. Then, the first PCA output channels which contain a majority of the total energy of an HSI data cube are retained, and the rest PCA output channels which contain a small amount of energy, termed noise component images, are subjected to noise reduction through an adaptive sparse coding method. The encoding dictionaries are learned from each channel of noise component images by an approach of online dictionary learning. Finally, the denoised HSI is obtained by the inverse PCA transform. The proposed method takes the advantages of PCA and adaptive sparse representation that has better adaptability to the HSI. It not only performs better in denoising, but also preserves the details and alleviates the blocking artifacts well. The effectiveness of the proposed approach to hyperspectral denoising, termed PCASpC, is illustrated in a series of experiments with synthetic and realworld data where it outperforms the state-of-the-art. © 2018 IEEE.
