The optimization of radar reconnaissance constellation is of great significance for reconnaissance timeliness. In order to solve the problems of insufficient selection pressure and poor diversity of the evolutionary algorithm based on Pareto domination in solving the many-objective optimization problem of radar reconnaissance constellation, an imporved particle swarm optimization based on fuzzy relative entropy (IFREM_PSO) is proposed. A new inertial weight strategy is proposed to enhance the convergence speed and accuracy of the algorithm, improve the external archive maintenance strategy, and enhance the convergence and diversity of the algorithm. The optimization model of radar imaging reconnaissance constellation oriented to area reconnaissance is constructed. The IFREM_PSO is used to optimize the model, and the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm (MOPSO) is used as the control algorithm. Experiments show that the IFREM_PSO has better results in terms of convergence, diversity and convergence speed, and can effectively solve the problem of radar reconnaissance constellation optimization. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. Sentence semantic matching requires understanding the semantic relationship between two sentences, which is widely used in various natural language tasks such as paraphrase identification, natural language inference and question answering. Usually, the underlying structure of sentence is not strictly sequential, this structure is hierarchical. This paper studies how to better model the hierarchical structure of sentence for semantic matching. Recent research suggests that BERT implicitly captures classical, tree-like structures. Based on this, this paper proposes to further enhance the strength of modeling hierarchical structure of language with an advanced variant of LSTM-Ordered Neurons LSTM(ON-LSTM), which introduces a syntax-oriented inductive bias to perform the composition of classical tree structure. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach, which enhances hierarchical structure of language, significantly improves the performance of sentence semantic matching. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The aim of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are to perceive, collect and process the information of sensor nodes within the coverage of the network. As a bridge between the physical world and the digital one, WSNs have widely been applied in many fields. One of the key issues for most applications is to know the location of sensor nodes. Though localization algorithms based on multidimensional scaling (MDS), which only need several anchor nodes, have been proven to be robust with respect to range-based implementations, these methods are sensitive inaccuracy range measure. This article proposes a novel localization algorithm based on Bayesian MDS, named as MDS-MAP(P, B), where P and B denote the use of patching of local maps and Bayesian MDS, respectively. Experimental results in real-world systems show that our method is more robust and efficient. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2018.

In view of the actual decentralized development of the satellite service constellation and the trend of space-ground integrated information network, based on the idea of clustering, methodology of complex network community structure, a business scenario-oriented satellite network structure is designed. On the one hand, it reflects the different separation and integration of satellite constellations in business scenarios. On the other hand, the "head node"mechanism is introduced to be responsible for the interaction between constellation in different business scenarios. The satellite network structure is modeled using the growth and priority connection mechanism, and through computational derivation and simulation validation, the scale-free characteristics of the satellite network are revealed. Finally, through the simulation experiments on different satellite network parameters, the effect of different parameters on the static geometry, network efficiency, etc., are obtained. The influence of the law of the network will provide theoretical and methodological reference for the design of satellite network structure. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The optimization of reconnaissance constellation is an important step in the construction of space-based information system, and the coverage performance is the key index of the optimization of reconnaissance constellation. However, the coverage performance of the current constellation is mostly obtained through the simulation system, which has high time complexity and low efficiency, seriously slowing down the speed of constellation optimization. In order to improve the efficiency of constellation optimization, a two-stage optimization scheme of reconnaissance constellation based on machine learning is proposed. First, the trained machine learning prediction model is combined with the evolutionary algorithm to carry out rough optimization of the reconnaissance constellation, and the decision variable space after the scope is reduced is obtained. Then, in the reduced decision variable space, the simulation system and evolutionary algorithm are used to further optimize the problem, and the final result is obtained. The scheme proposed in this paper speeds up the convergence of population by reducing the search space of decision variables, thus improving the optimization efficiency. By comparing the optimization results of this scheme with those of the traditional scheme, it is found that the proposed scheme is 78.21% shorter than that of the traditional scheme under the premise that the quality gap between the optimization results of the traditional scheme and the traditional scheme is acceptable, which greatly improves the optimization speed of the reconnaissance constellation, and verifies the effectiveness and advancement of the proposed scheme. © 2023 SPIE.

The high dimensionality of many-objective optimization makes it difficult to represent the relationships between objectives and solutions of such problems. The overlapping and visual confusion problems occur when mapping high-dimensional solution sets to two-dimensional planes in the conventional parallel coordinate plots, which adds difficulty for decision maker choosing a preference solution. This paper introduces a visualization method for many-objective optimization non-dominated solution sets based on fuzzy theory and electromagnetic field clustering. The fuzzy theory is used to classify the non-dominated solution set, and each rating grade denotes the preference degree of decision maker. Visual clustering is conducted by electromagnetic field clustering, the solutions in the same cluster attract each other while solutions between clusters are mutually exclusive. The distribution structure of preference solution is highlighted through brightness gradient enhancement to optimize the visual perception. The experimental results show that the visualization plot of the proposed method is more clear and intuitive than the original plot, which is convenient for decision makers to discover the pattern of solution sets and make final decisions. © 2019 IEEE.

With the rapid development of information technology and space technology, the important position of space-based information support equipment is increasingly prominent. However, the increasing types and quantities of space-based information support equipment also put forward higher requirements for the formulation of combat plans, decision-making and deployment of combat equipment. In this paper, based on the seven-step method, an ontology construction method suitable for space-based information support equipment is proposed, and the ontology construction tool Protégé is used to realize the ontology modeling of space-based information support equipment. By acquiring open source satellite data, the knowledge map construction tool Neo4j is used to construct the knowledge map of space-based information support equipment. Finally, the space-based information support equipment conforming to the combat mission can be obtained to provide assistance for the formulation of the combat plan and the decision of equipment utilization. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

It is difficult for some applications to extract feature functions in the process of data visualization. Focus on the problem of large-scale pairwise data visualization, the paper first introduces and analysis the problem. Then the current mainstream methods for pairwise data visualization are analyzed. On the basis of active learning and configuration suture, the paper proposes a fast visualization method. The overall research framework, the key technologies are presented to provide some research ideas and recommendations for pairwise data visualization. © 2018 IEEE.

In view of the special properties of hyperspectral images(HSI) in the transform domain, in this paper, a new denoising method of HSI based on principal component analysis(PCA) and adaptive sparse coding is proposed. Firstly, the principal component image of each channel is obtained by performing PCA transform on the noisy HSI. Then, the first PCA output channels which contain a majority of the total energy of an HSI data cube are retained, and the rest PCA output channels which contain a small amount of energy, termed noise component images, are subjected to noise reduction through an adaptive sparse coding method. The encoding dictionaries are learned from each channel of noise component images by an approach of online dictionary learning. Finally, the denoised HSI is obtained by the inverse PCA transform. The proposed method takes the advantages of PCA and adaptive sparse representation that has better adaptability to the HSI. It not only performs better in denoising, but also preserves the details and alleviates the blocking artifacts well. The effectiveness of the proposed approach to hyperspectral denoising, termed PCASpC, is illustrated in a series of experiments with synthetic and realworld data where it outperforms the state-of-the-art. © 2018 IEEE.

With the surge of earth observation demands, the agile optical satellite scheduling has become a practical problem, which is hard to solve owing to the huge solution space and complex constraints. This paper proposes an agile optical satellite scheduling method based on Transformer networks to tackle this problem. A network model based on Transformer networks is proposed to generate high-quality solutions, and a masking mechanism is designed to improve the generation process. An Actor-Critic training algorithm is adopted to train the proposed network model. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms three comparison algorithms in terms of training effect, solving ability, and computing efficiency. © COPYRIGHT SPIE.
