For flight simulator system, a kind of Adaptive Backstepping Sliding Mode Controller (ABSMC) based on Radial Base Function Neural Network (RBFNN) observer is presented. The sliding mode control theory is famous by its characteristic that it is insensitive to the external disturbances and parameters uncertainties. Combining this characteristic with Backstepping method can simplifies the controller design. And the addition of the terminal attractor can make the arrival time shorten greatly. However, too large external disturbances and parameters uncertainties are still not allowed to the system, and the design process of ABSMC does not have the upper bound information of disturbance until a RBFNN observer is designed to solve the problems. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can improve the tracking precision and reduce the chattering of the control input, and the system has a higher robustness. © 2013 World Scientific Publishing Company.

When conducting complex simulation experiments, experimental factor screening is of great significance to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the simulation. Aiming at the problems of unsatisfactory accuracy and efficiency of existing experimental factor screening methods, a simulation experiment factor screening method based on combinatorial optimization (EFS-CO) was designed. EFS-CO abstracts the experimental factor screening problem into a combinatorial optimization problem, designs the experimental factor evaluation criteria based on the support vector machine model, uses it as the fitness function of the genetic algorithm, and finally obtains the significant experimental factor. At the same time, to eliminate the influence of the randomness of the genetic algorithm on the screening results, the screening results of the experimental factors were determined based on the results of multiple experiments. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by example analysis and comparing the results with the traditional experimental factor screening method. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The recently proposed ambient signal-based load modeling approach offers an important and effective idea to study the time-varying and distributed characteristics of power ***,it also brings new *** the load model parameters of power loads can be obtained in real-time for each load bus,the numerous identified parameters make parameter application *** order to obtain the parameters suitable for off-line applications,load model parameter selection(LMPS)is first introduced in this ***,the convolution neural network(CNN)is adopted to achieve the selection purpose from the perspective of short-term voltage *** begin with,the field phasor measurement unit(PMU)data from China Southern Power Grid are obtained for load model parameter identification,and the identification results of different substations during different times indicate the necessity of ***,the simulation case of Guangdong Power Grid shows the process of LMPS,and the results from the CNNbased LMPS confirm its effectiveness.

Multi-Resolution Model and simulation(MRMS) technology is an important Aspect in the Complex large system simulation field with important value to decrease model computation complexity to increase the simulation efficiency. Since the bottleneck of the MRMS at the aspect of Model consistence maintenance, aggregation-disaggregation(A/D) algorithm, chained disaggregation problem and so on, this paper proposed a non-consistence A/D MRMS method which won't seek overtop Model consistence and allows cross Resolution interaction at the accept range of caused errors. Introduced the basic idea and the Agent Model with the parameterization A/D algorithm and Battle simulation experiment of Weapon Equipment SoS was took to validate it. The result indicated the ability of performance increase and the simulation errors caused by A/D operation can be controlled, What's more, this technology is easy to realize and so threw away a brick for the development of the MRMS application.

In simulation grid, information sharing is very important for the grid units to cooperate with each other effectively and efficiently. In this paper, to resolve the problem of semantic heterogeneity, an ontology-based approach is proposed. In this approach, firstly, the local ontologies are merged into a global ontology based on their similarities. Then, with the merged global ontology, the semantic heterogeneity is resolved by comparing the classes and attributes of the local information source schemas. An example of how to resolve semantic heterogeneity in the E-government simulation grid is presented to illustrate this approach.

Two-color laser induced fluorescence (LIF) technique is applied to investigate the temperature distribution in rod bundles with spacer grid in this paper. In order to evaluate the characteristic, dye spectrum was analyzed to study the spectral characteristic of dye, especially temperature-variation characteristic and thermosensitivity. A transparent experimental facility using matching index of refraction (MIR) approach was designed. Various influencing factors were analyzed in calibration experiment, and the point-to-point calibration curves of temperature-light intensity applied to rod bundle were present. Accordingly, using the calibration curves, temperature field was reconstructed downstream of the spacer grid. The results showed that sensitivity of dye according to different temperature and accuracy of experiment can be improved by selecting suitable dye combination and different wavelength range. Dye peculiarity with temperature was verified in this paper. Calibration curves of temperature-light intensity were obtained by point-to-point calibration. The temperature field in rod bundles can be reconstructed, based on calibration relations. Furthermore, the temperature distributions downstream of the spacer grid are obtained. It is concluded that two-color laser-induced fluorescence technique is applicable to non-intrusive and full-field measurement in rod bundles, and it can be used as good provider for data base to validate CFD codes and evaluate the spacer grid performance. © 2016 Association for Computing Machinery Inc. In the nuclear field, the reactor using plate fuel assembly forms multiple jets at exit. So, it's meaningful to study multiple jets to learn the behavior of the coolant when it leaves the core. This paper uses PIV technology to study the flow characteristics of 9 jets at low Reynolds number. Firstly, the velocity field reveals that the pressure outside the jet is greater than the inside of the jet, which causes the jet to deflect and converge inward at z/w=0-8. Then, the velocity field with different Re number is analyzed in the center plane, and find that the flow distribution is similar. Then, a detailed analysis is performed on the jet under specific conditions, and the merge point is discussed in the paper. At the same time, the first-order velocity tensor are also calculated in this paper. In addition, this article also analyzes the jet flow field after the central narrow channel was blocked. In this experiment, a plug was used to block the No. 5 jet by 1/3. And the flow redistribution is discussed in this case. The methods of flow calculation using PIV technology is established and compared with the real number of flowmeters, it's found that the calculation method is rather accurate. On the other hand, the experiment find that the distribution of flow in each channel is not uniform, and the blocking condition make an increase in the flow of edge channels, which leads to the decreasing of flow in the blocked adjacent channel. © 2020 American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). Lead-based cooled reactors in most countries and some small reactors at sea use helical tube steam generators. Compared with U-tubes, the convection heat transfer coefficient in the spiral tube is higher, the structure is more compact, and the secondary flow is generated under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, which can achieve the effect of wetting the inner wall of the tube. However, due to the importance of the steam generator in the reactor and the complexity of the flow and boiling in the helical tube, the aggregation behavior of bubbles, the distribution of the two-phase interface and the secondary flow in the tube will significantly affect the heat transfer characteristics, so the gas-liquid phase in the tube is studied. Distribution, changes in heat transfer coefficients, and fluid flow characteristics are very important. In order to study the boiling heat transfer characteristics of helical once-through steam generators under static and marine conditions to provide safe and reliable energy supply for offshore facilities such as marine floating, this study uses STAR-CCM+ software, VOF method and Rohsenow boiling model to study the heat transfer capacity and flow characteristics of flow boiling in a helical tube under swaying and tilting conditions. The gas-liquid phase distribution characteristics, secondary flow variation characteristics and convective heat transfer coefficient of the fluid under different swing functions and inclined positions are obtained by numerical calculation, and the law of physical parameters changing with the cycle is found. The research results show that the secondary flow and heat transfer capacity in the tube change with the cycle, and the change is most obvious at the tube length of 0.8m. 5% of the normal condition;when the inclination angle is 45°, the maximum increase of the convection heat transfer coefficient is 16.8%, and the maximum decrease is 6.6%. © 2023, The Author(s).

In recent years, machine learning potentials (MLPs) have become indispensable tools in physics, chemistry, and materials science, driving the development of software packages for molecular dynamics (MD) simulations and related applications. These packages, typically built on specific machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX, face integration challenges when advanced applications demand communication across different frameworks. The previous TensorFlow-based implementation of DeePMD-kit exemplified these limitations. In this work, we introduce DeePMD-kit version 3, a significant update featuring a multi-backend framework that supports TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, and PaddlePaddle backends, and demonstrate the versatility of this architecture through the integration of other MLPs packages and of Differentiable Molecular Force Field. This architecture allows seamless backend switching with minimal modifications, enabling users and developers to integrate DeePMD-kit with other packages using different machine learning frameworks. This innovation facilitates the development of more complex and interoperable workflows, paving the way for broader applications of MLPs in scientific research. Copyright © 2025, The Authors. In recent years, with the continuous development of unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), the performance requirements of unmanned vehicle positioning system are also gradually improved. Existing unmanned ground vehicles need to use a variety of sensors to provide measurement information, and the available positioning information is dynamically combined in the positioning system and the positioning results are calculated. In this paper, multi-source information fusion positioning system of unmanned ground vehicles is established based on factor graph model. In order to solve the problem that the factor graph algorithm is difficult to identify and exclude abnormal observations autonomously, this paper combines the robust estimation with the factor graph to improve the factor graph method. The reliability factor is added in the construction of the factor node, which can be adjusted adaptively according to the current measured value to reduce the weight of abnormal observations and ensure the normal operation of the system. simulation results show that the improved factor graph algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the influence of abnormal observations on positioning accuracy. © 2022 IEEE.
