This paper studies how to use the cognitive model to model the behavioral decision-making for the tactical level simulation. The decision making process includes initial behavior planning and behavior modification. The direct solver based on skeletonization consists of two stages: selecting skeletons and computing the inverse matrix. The selection of skeletons can be expensive although Huygens' principle is employed to avoid filling in the complete impedance matrix. A fast matrix filling strategy is proposed to alleviate the difficulty by making use of Taylor series. Numerical experiments indicate the proposed method can significantly accelerate the matrix filling process with no loss in accuracy.

Compound extreme events and health risks in China: A review

Against the backdrop of global warming, China has been facing increasingly frequent and severe extreme weather and climate events, with a prominent risk of compound extreme events induced by interactions among multiple climate drivers and/or hazards. The present study first reviews the definition and classification of compound extreme events in China. Then, it summarizes research progress on the evolutionary characteristics, formation mechanisms, and future projections of different types of compound extreme events. The potential risks and possible impact pathways of three specific event types—namely, continuous day–night hot extremes, temperature–humidity compound events, and high-temperature–ozone compound events—on the health of the Chinese population are then explored. Finally, a framework for assessing the hazard risk of compound extreme events is constructed, accompanied by response strategies based on carbon neutrality targets. Building on existing research achievements, five future research directions are proposed: (1) identifying the risk chains of compound events; (2) addressing the constraints of observational records and coupled model performances; (3) attributing and understanding the drivers of compound extreme events; (4) finding optimal pathways for carbon reduction and air quality improvement; and (5) promoting inter-disciplinary, multi-regional, and cross-sectoral collaboration. Strengthening research in these directions will deepen our understanding of compound extreme events and provide technological support for climate change adaptation and health risk responses in China. 在全球变暖的背景下, 中国面临着日益频繁和严峻的极端天气气候事件, 其中以多种气候驱动因子和/或灾害相互作用而形成的复合型极端事件风险尤为突出.本文首先回顾了中国区域复合型极端事件的定义与分型;然后综述了不同类型复合型极端事件的演变特征,形成机制以及未来预估等方面的研究进展;随后, 探讨了日夜持续型极端高温事件,温湿复合事件以及高温–臭氧复合事件等三类事件对我国人群健康的潜在风险及可能的影响途径;最后, 阐述了复合型极端事件灾害风险评估框架, 并在此基础上提出了基于碳中和目标的应对策略.在总结既有研究成果的基础上, 提出了五个未来亟需关注的研究方向:(1)复合事件灾害风险链的识别问题;(2)观测资料和耦合模式性能的制约问题;(3)复合型极端事件的归因与成因问题;(4)碳减排与空气质量改善的最优路径问题;(5)多学科,多区域,多部门的合作问题.加强上述方

Preparation of hollow-fiber nanofiltration membranes of high performance for effective removal of PFOA and high resistance to BSA fouling

Nanofiltration(NF)process has become one of the most promising technologies to remove micro-organic combined water *** a NF membrane material with efficient separation for perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA)combined pollution is highly desired,this manuscript targets this unmet need *** this work,hydrophilic SiO_(2)nanoparticles with various contents blended with carboxylic multiwalled carbon nanotube were used to modify poly(m-phenylene isophthal amide)(SiO_(2)/CMWCNT/PMIA)hollow fiber NF *** modified membrane with 0.1 wt%SiO_(2)doping exhibits way better fouling resistance with irreversible fouling ratio decreased dramatically from 18.7%to 2.3%,and the recovery rate of water flux increases significantly from 81.2%to 97.7%.The separation experiment results had confirmed that the modified membrane could improve the rejection from 97.2%to 98.6%for perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA)and its combined pollution with bovine serum albumin(BSA).It is clear that this reported SiO_(2)/CMWCNT/PMIA hollow fiber NF membrane potentially could be applied in water *** research also provides a theoretical basis for efficiently removal of PFOA and its combined pollution by NF membrane.

Cross-domain synergy and intelligence will become important features of future warfare. Cross-domain guidance is one of the typical forms of cross-domain synergy. It can significantly improve the ability to respond quickly to random targets and time-sensitive targets and enhance the anti-jamming ability in the case of confrontation. This article introduces the concept and winning mechanism of cross-domain guidance, analyzes the research progress of cross-domain guidance at home and abroad, combs the key technologies of cross-domain guidance, summarizes the current challenges and problems in cross-domain guidance research, and proposes development suggestions. © 2022 SPIE

Nowadays, modern warfare has changed from weapon-centric operations to network-centric system operations, which has led to the phenomenon of sea-level quantification of weaponry. It is an important research topic for combat commanders to select suitable weaponry from a large number of available resources when facing combat tasks. Recommendation technology is a solution to this problem, which can effectively solve the problem of information overload, so that combat commanders do not produce the phenomenon of “information loss”, in the shortest possible time to make the right decision. Therefore, this paper proposes a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm for weaponry based on the knowledge graph and the idea of collaborative filtering. In this algorithm, the knowledge graph provides a clear data model with various association relationships, and the collaborative filtering algorithm can realize it without relying on professional experience, which can realize the recommendation process more actively, faster and more intelligently.

This paper represents the Procedure geometry detail enhancement algorithm of Chunklod. The enhancement algorithm adopts massive model as processing unit. Because the Chunklod algorithm lacks process that viewpoint is near to the ground. The enhancement algorithm improves the efficiency of rendering by combining the local triangle surface simplified algorithm and the error evaluation & control algorithm, it avoids large-scale computing caused by over-LOD. Finally ,the paper shows that the visual effect of terrain information is expressed well when the algorithm is working virtually-taking the geographical information system for example .The results indicates that the improved level of detail enhancement of ChunkLod is a practical terrain algorithm with total levels of detail technology.

The concept of architecture is put forward by the US Army, which refers to the composition structure of the system and its mutual relationship, as well as the principles and guidelines guiding the design and development of the system. Architecture design technology and its reference resources have important theoretical and technical support for the top-level design of information system. Based on the analysis of architecture technology and function, this paper systematically studies the connotation and development history of the architecture design framework of the US army, and sorts out the main reference resources of the architecture design of the US army, such as the common joint task list, information system interoperability level model, joint technology architecture. It provides useful reference for the theoretical and technical research of information system top-level design.
