In order to make the effectiveness evaluation models of the weapon equipment system universal and flexible, and adapt to different evaluation objects, a framework of effectiveness evaluation model is designed. Next a series of modular and reusable effectiveness evaluation models are proposed under the framework. Each type of evaluation model is built based on IDEF0, and the corresponding input and output of each model are designed. To further improve reusability, several models are mathematically described and model interface is designed based on XML.

The method of characteristics (MOC) with matrix form has more favorable performance compared with its standard application. And the linear algebraic solver affects heavily the computation efficiency. As a Krylov subspace technique, the preconditioned generalized minimal residual algorithm (PGMRES) was proposed to solve the resulting linear system in previous work. To accelerate the iteration process further, the current study utilizes the GPU-based compute unified device architecture(CUDA) technique to program the massively parallel PGMRES. The sparse matrix vector multiplication(SpMV), the most time-consuming operation, was optimized using the coherent visiting and shared memory, which improves the parallel computing performance significantly. Based on the analysis of the numerical feature of the coefficient matrix, two parallel optimization strategies are proposed to deal with the first part of the matrix equation, and the different schemes are utilized to the different parts of the matrix based on the size of row vector, which are expected to improve the throughput of the SpMV operation. The benchmark problem HTTR(i.e. 2D high temperature engineering test reactor benchmark problem) has been simulated to verify the parallel code and evaluate the acceleration performance, and the numerical results demonstrate that the parallel strategies are efficient for the HTTR problem, and the speedup can achieve more than 5.5 times with the optimal strategy. © 2018-2019 by JSME

Diffusion mechanism simulation of cloud manufacturing complex network based on cooperative game theory

Cloud manufacturing is a specific implementation form of the "Internet + manufacturing" strategy. Why and how to develop cloud manufacturing platform(CMP), however, remains the key concern of both platform operators and users. A microscopic model is proposed to investigate advantages and diffusion forces of CMP through exploration of its diffusion process and mechanism. Specifically, a three-stage basic evolution process of CMP is innovatively proposed. Then, based on this basic process, a more complex CMP evolution model has been established in virtue of complex network theory, with five diffusion forces identified. Thereafter, simulations on CMP diffusion have been conducted. The results indicate that, CMP possesses better resource utilization,user satisfaction, and enterprise utility. Results of simulation on impacts of different diffusion forces show that both the time required for CMP to reach an equilibrium state and the final network size are affected simultaneously by the five diffusion forces. All these analyses indicate that CMP could create an open online cooperation environment and turns out to be an effective implementation of the "Internet + manufacturing" strategy.

High dielectric characteristics polymer dielectrics are crucial for high-power, high-integration, and high-energy storage density electrical devices and film capacitors. However, polymer dielectrics accumulate much charge during operation, causing local electric field distortion and flashover or breakdown. The deep-level defect state (electron/hole accumulation center) is a fundamental factor affecting dielectric strength. Unfortunately, related research, especially on passivating deep-level defects in polymer dielectrics, is minimal. In this paper, based on experiments and first-principles calculations, it is found that KX (X=F, Cl, Br, I) effectively passivates deep-level defect states in polymer dielectrics. Further analysis of the physical passivation mechanism reveals that the deep-level defect cation passivation principle is the cation dipole effect on polymers. The principle of anion passivation of deep-level defects by suspending anions and cations is the key to producing more stable C covalent bonds. This stable covalent bond transfers the local charge from the C with the lone electron pair that originally contains the hanging bond. Therefore, some transfer occurs and the anion implements effective passivation. This paper addresses the design of high-performance polymer dielectrics, providing a reference for experimental and theoretical analyses. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In some case, the azimuth spectrum bandwidth is larger than the pulse repetition frequency (PRF), leading to a whole azimuth spectrum has been folded into multiple subsegments and aliased. Therefore, the traditional Doppler ambiguous integer estimation method cannot be used directly. In this paper, the influence of Doppler ambiguous integer on residual range migrations' slope is analyzed. Based on the slope, the Doppler ambiguous integer estimation method for moving targets with azimuth spectrum aliasing is given. From the simulation results, the Doppler ambiguous integer can be estimated accurately by proposed method. © 2019 IEEE.

Model based heterogeneous data collaboration is important in the integrated design and manufacturing technology. In this work, we propose a systematic method of collaborative design method for heterogeneous data sources. In our method, we use the Open Model Based Engineering Environment (OpenMBEE) to study. In our work, we setup environment and construct the integrated multi-tools achieving consistency design, and then we successfully design and implement a reasonable scheme to parameterize the model in requirement analysis and store the extracted parameters in Model Management system (MMS) for transporting to the visualization tool for further simulation. We integrate the mathematical analysis tools of MATLAB, and successfully design the interface in the tool integration, and realize the model consistency in the problem of integrating multiple tools in the design based on model center. The effectiveness of the proposed integration strategies is verified by some practical instances. That is verified that our provided study can an effective design idea for complex production.

The magnetic and magnetocaloric properties were studied in a stuffed honeycomb polycrystalline antiferromagnet GdInO3. The onset temperature of antiferromagnetic ordering was observed at ~ 2.1 K. Negligible thermal and magnetic hysteresis suggest a reversible magnetocaloric effect (MCE) in the GdInO3 compound. In the magnetic field changes of 0–50 kOe and 0–70 kOe, the maximum magnetic entropy change values are 9.65 J/kg K and 18.37 J/kg K, respectively, near the liquid helium temperature, with the corresponding relative cooling power values of 115.01 J/kg and 211.31 J/kg. The MCE investigation of the polycrystalline GdInO3 serves to illuminate more exotic properties in this frustrated stuffed honeycomb magnetic system. © 2021, CC BY.

In recent years, machine learning potentials (MLPs) have become indispensable tools in physics, chemistry, and materials science, driving the development of software packages for molecular dynamics (MD) simulations and related applications. These packages, typically built on specific machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX, face integration challenges when advanced applications demand communication across different frameworks. The previous TensorFlow-based implementation of DeePMD-kit exemplified these limitations. In this work, we introduce DeePMD-kit version 3, a significant update featuring a multi-backend framework that supports TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, and PaddlePaddle backends, and demonstrate the versatility of this architecture through the integration of other MLPs packages and of Differentiable Molecular Force Field. This architecture allows seamless backend switching with minimal modifications, enabling users and developers to integrate DeePMD-kit with other packages using different machine learning frameworks. This innovation facilitates the development of more complex and interoperable workflows, paving the way for broader applications of MLPs in scientific research. Copyright © 2025, The Authors. There is growing discussion about enhancing climate policy efficiency by prioritizing health, with expectations for including health co-benefits in the next round of nationally determined contribution updates. Critical to this effort is the need to compare the benefits to the costs of mitigation. Here we synthesize the current cost-effectiveness of climate policies based on health-included cost–benefit analyses and identify key research challenges and opportunities for scaling up health-considered or even health-centred climate policies. Furthermore, we show factors essential to accelerating the development and implementation of mitigation policies, including providing tangible and policy-relevant health co-benefits, promoting interdisciplinary contributions and cross-sector policy engagement, conducting regional studies and improving inter-study comparability, and exploring health-considered optimized strategies.

Historical documents provide evidence for regional droughts preceding the political turmoil and fall of Beijing in 1644 CE,when more than 20 million people died in northern China during the late Ming famine ***,the role climate and environmental changes may have played in this pivotal event in Chinese history remains ***,we provide tree-ring evidence of persistent megadroughts from1576 to 1593 CE and from 1628 to 1644 CE in northern China,which coincided with exceptionally cold summers just before the fall of *** analysis reveals that these regional hydroclimatic extremes are part of a series of megadroughts along the Pacific Rim,which not only impacted the ecology and society of monsoonal northern China,but likely also exacerbated external geopolitical and economic *** finding is corroborated by last millennium reanalysis data and numerical climate model simulations revealing internally driven Pacific sea surface temperature variations and the predominance of decadal scale La Ni?a-like conditions to be responsible for precipitation decreases over northern China,as well as extensive monsoon regions in the *** teleconnection patterns provide a mechanistic explanation for reoccurring drought spells during the late Ming Dynasty and the environmental framework fostering the fall of Beijing in 1644 CE,and the subsequent demise of the Ming Dynasty.
