In view of the rapid development of process mining, the rapid update of related algorithms, and the urgent need to sort out a reasonable classification method, the research on the current status of process mining algorithm classification is carried out. First, conduct statistical visualization analysis of process mining algorithms from different data sources, then analyze and summarize the specific algorithm classification literature at home and abroad in chronological order, and discuss its classification methods and advantages and disadvantages. From the research results, there are four main classification methods of algorithms, among which, based on the characteristics of the algorithm, it has the advantages of small crossover and obvious algorithm characteristics. © 2021 IEEE.

This paper proposes a directional polarization modulation method to enhance the transmission security in dual-polarized satellite communications. Indeed, two components of the polarized signal are respectively transmitted by two orthogonally polarized beams, which are formed by a dual-polarized array. Subsequently, a deviation angle is designed, which is used to determine the difference between the desired direction and the direction of the polarized beams. With a positive deviation angle, two polarized beams point to different directions. In this manner, only in the desired direction that two beam gains equal to each other, the polarized signals can be demodulated accurately, while the constellation is distorted in undesired directions, which makes it difficult to recover the information and, thus the transmission security is enhanced. Theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate the security performance of the proposed method. © 2019 IEEE.

With the continuous innovation of Internet technology, the explosive growth of information has become one of its most obvious characteristics, and how to break through the problem of data storage has become an urgent challenge to be solved. The knowledge graph proposed by Google can intuitively describe the relationship between entities in the objective world in the form of a graph, which is of great help in solving this problem. Firstly, the basic concept of knowledge graph is expounded, and include the key steps of knowledge extraction, knowledge fusion, knowledge storage, etc. Taking the relationship between confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) in a certain city over the recent period as an example, a knowledge graph of case relationship is constructed. The results indicated that the knowledge graph intuitively shows the transmission path of the epidemic, which can provide certain help for the effective prevention and control of the epidemic. © VDE VERLAG GMBH - Berlin - Offenbach.

Community is one of the most important structure features of complex networks. It has important research significance for topological structure analysis, behavior prediction, cascading failure, percolation and spreading of multi-layer networks. Aiming at the problem that the existing multi-layer network visualization can't clearly show the community structure, a multi-layer network topology visualization layout based on Louvain community detection is proposed. Firstly, a complex network community discovery algorithm (Louvain) is used to perform the multi-layer network nodes at each layer and the community affiliation of the nodes is obtained at each layer;then, based on the traditional force-directed layout, the community force is added to the internal nodes of the community, so that all the nodes that belong to the same community are gathered to the community center, so as to achieve the effect of displaying the network community structure. The simulation results show that the algorithm has the characteristics of faster convergence and clearer community structure than the traditional visual layout algorithm. © 2018 IEEE.

The space-ground integrated network is one of the important information infrastructures of the country in the future. In order to display its network structure in all directions and from multiple angles, a multi-view visualization interactive analysis method is proposed. First introduces the relevant basic technology, and then constructs the network dynamic model, which is mainly divided into three parts: link visibility analysis, relative motion analysis and visualization model construction. Finally, the digital earth technology is based on a unified coordinate system and data source. Establish a multi-dimensional view on it and provide a variety of interactive operations. Experimental results show that this method can more comprehensively show the structure of the space-ground integrated network, and help users understand its evolutionary law. © 2021 IEEE.

Photometry is an important optical characteristic of space targets. Due to the huge computational volume of the photometry of the full-angle of a space target, the computation time is long and is difficult to meet the realistic demand. In this study, a Gearman based distributed parallel computation framework is constructed to automatically decompose and distribute the photometry computation tasks, automatically balance the computational load, and compose the computational results. This method divides the target photometry calculation into four independent variables, conducts distributed parallel calculation respectively, and finally integrates the calculation results into single target photometry information. The distributed parallel photometry computation method based on Gearman framework is important for fast computation of full-angle photometry data of space targets and assisting space target situational awareness tasks. © 2022 IEEE.

Complexity in system of systems (SoS) is a key factor in SoS decision making. This paper analyzes the main characteristics of SoS, especially its complexity in terms of monolithic emergence, component systems adaption and uncertainty in SoS evolution. It further discusses the effects of SoS complexity on SoS decision making. In light of SoS complexity, the paper figures out the major problems that need to be addressed in four areas, namely SoS adaption, abnormity analysis in SoS evolution, exploratory analysis of SoS capability and SoS simulation. In conclusion the paper proposes a preliminary SoS decision making model based on the analysis of SoS adaption. © 2012 IEEE.

In the knowledge graph question answering, the graph neural network can be used to encode the subgraph nodes related to the question entity to select the correct answer node. However, existing researches mainly focus on the modalities for the node encoding with graph neural network, ignoring that different types of subgraphs have different requirements for encoding information. To overcome the problem, this paper divides the subgraph into two types: the searching graph and the extending graph. Then we propose an answer extraction method with graph attention network for the searching graph, which can weight the information of neighbor nodes with different attention instead of the average. The hierarchical attention is also introduced to integrate question information into the subgraph node embedding to obtain the node presentation with question dependency. The accuracy of 48.2% is achieved on the CommonsenseQA dataset, which is much higher than the random guess (20%). In addition, the accuracy of the simplified model with no hierarchical attention decreases by 3.5%, which indicates the hierarchical attention mechanism can improve the predictive performance of the proposed model. © 2020 IEEE.

In order to explore the dynamic evolution of satellite communication network, this paper carried out a visualization study on the dynamic evolution model of satellite communication network based on complex network theory. By constructing reasonable visual mission view and status view, the paper analyzes the properties of satellite communication network and also uses complex network theory to improve the modeling. Through the rule design and algorithm derivation of dynamic evolution model, it analyzes the detailed steps of the dynamic evolution of satellite communication network. By the experiments, it is proved that the dynamic evolution visualization model of satellite communication network conforms to the power law distribution of complex network, which lays a solid foundation for the follow-up study of satellite communication network. © 2018 IEEE.
